My kids feel very comfortable with him, and we as the parents are very confident with his advice and treatment for all of us. Fantastic experience: First time patient. I booked an appointment for a full check up. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The clinic is clean and does not feel clinical and cold. Dr.James took the time to ask about who I was and my occupation and was genuine in his conversation. He was well mannered and used my name when speaking with me. Dr.James shared insights and recommendations on how to maintain my mouth health, as well as products to use to achieve this, without being forceful. It was a pleasure the meet the team at Creative Dental Haus.

She said you won’t even know he is working in your mouth I took the plunge and booked a check up. Fantastic experience: My first visit to Creative Dental Haus was today, After having a few failed dentist experiences in the past. It has been hard to build up the courage to try someone new. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. The appointment was for my disabled brother who was in terrible dental pain. Dr James was quick to work out the problem and start treatment. He made him feel comfortable and explained what he was going to be doing. We organised a follow up appointment to continue my brother’s dental care. I think Dr James could be our new Family Dentist. Our kids casually work him into their conversations on a regular basis, that's how much they enjoy their visits Dr Andrew always makes sure to connect on a personal level, puts any worries and fears at ease and thoroughly explains everything. The office is a very pleasant space, beautifully decorated and equipped with latest technology. The team is always friendly and as a bonus you get to watch shows on the ceiling during your dental visits!

Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew was very caring, gentle, patient and supportive of our adult, Autistic son. He explained how and what he was planning to do and included our son in the conversation. Considering our son hadn’t seen a dentist EVER sitting in the chair, we couldn’t praise this clinic enough! The TV mounted on the ceiling to ‘entertain’ was a great way to sidetrack him. Dr Andrew wasn’t pushy, rather giving short breaks between inspecting his teeth. It was pleasing to get a good report and to know no work is needed, put our minds to rest. We were given a few tips for cleaning better, but overall everything was great. Can’t rate this clinic high enough!! THANK YOU

From the moment I stepped in I was greeted by lovely and friendly receptionist (apologies I didn’t catch her name). Dr. Andrew James was incredible. Very professional, gave great advice, super friendly and his assistant Alaska was awesome as well. The practice has a very calming aesthetic for anyone scared of the dentist. The practice was incredible clean and hygienic. They even had TV’s mounted on the ceiling to distract you as you’re in the chair. They also accepted my healthcare and that payment process was seamless. 10/10 for this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had multiple dentists tell me that my tooth had to come out and that there was nothing that could be done. I was recommended to see Dr Andrew James at Creative Dental Haus to see if he could help. After performing an X-ray of my tooth, he identified the issue straight away, thoroughly explained the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. 15-20 minutes later my tooth was fixed, and now I'm pain free and got to keep my tooth! Couldn't recommend any higher. Thank you Dr Andrew and your team, it was a pleasure.

The dental assistants, nurses and office team are all lovely and very helpful. Andrew is so personable and has wonderful chair-side manner, he doesn’t make you feel rushed and explains things in easy to understand terms without making you feel dumb. He is very gentle, thorough and seems to really care about the health of his patients. The kids love going to see him too.
