Negative experience: Unfortunately very dissapointed with the service I received . Went to have 2 vaccinations for my daughter and when I turned up the nurse didn't know what I was there for then proceeded to tell me she didn't have one of the vaccinations because she hadn't been told what it was we were coming for. Absolutely shocking that there is clearly no communication between the reception team and nurses and after voicing my stresses to the nurse ( all whilst my child is screaming the whole time of fear of what's about to happen ) she confirmed to me this is not the first time this had happened with is mad to me. How can you turn up for a vaccinations that you have been told you need yet you get there and they have no clue ? The system needs looking at to ensure this doesn't happen again to someone else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pasha Javani and Fai Hilditch have been my primary GPs for the last 8 years and I could not be happier. They are both very caring and never make me feel rushed. They listen when I explain my symptoms and discuss meds and side effects when I ask.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I attended the surgery to have COVID shots. We were seen on time and received vaccinations. Tara, the nurse, gave us the injection, as always she was very pleasant and advised us to wait 5 minutes in waiting room to make sure we were ok. It’s been 7 hours since receiving the vaccination and both of us have had no adverse symptoms.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Imon Chakraborty is an exceptional GP. He is consistently punctual — I hardly ever have to wait, and on the rare occasion that I do, it’s never more than 5 minutes. This level of reliability is almost unheard of in other medical practices. Dr. Chakraborty is not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable. Every time I’ve had a health concern, he’s been able to diagnose and treat it effectively. I have complete confidence in his care. The reception staff are equally wonderful — always warm, helpful, and professional. I cannot recommend Dr. Chakraborty and the entire practice highly enough. Truly a standout experience every visit!

When I ring the practice and leave a message for Gemma she always gets back to me and makes me feel like I’m her only patient. I have no doubt she makes all her patients feel this way.

Fantastic experience: Been seeing the doctors at Alkimos Medical Centre for years, Dr Imon Chakraborty and Dr Gemma Caine are amazing, kind, caring, thoughtful and most of all thorough. No hesitation in recommending them. I have saw other doctors at this practice and all off them are great. Reception staff are always pleasant to deal with. Appointments online are generally good to get and Dr Imon at the weekends.

Negative experience: Ive been there for 2 years and there is at least 5 people at the reception but no one ever answer the phone. I have to call all day everytime to talkto somebody. Also the lady at the front with short hair is always rude

Fantastic experience: 2 years ago when moved from Sydney to Perth I asked on a Facebook group about what doctor they would recommend around Alkimos area and not just one person but many recommended Doctor Gemma and since then she has been my daughters GP and mine, my partners GP is Doctor Imon which is great too, so yeah highly recommended the Alkimos Medical Centre, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff.

Negative experience: I only see Emily the dietitian and struggle to make an appointment at this place. Unfortunately you can't do it with her on health engine and have to call it in. Currently have been waiting for my call to be answered and in a queue for 17 mins so far.

Negative experience: I was running late to my appointment, I called to apologise and to see if I needed to rearrange . I was advised that I could still attend the appointment despite running late and that the doctor had agreed to this . I waited in the wait room for 20 min (which is fine as I was the one who was late after all), to then be told that in actual fact the doctor would no longer see me and I needed to rearrange the appointment. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this medical practice for over 5 years when some doctors were at the previous location. Can’t speak highly enough of Dr Imon Chakerborty, throughout being his patient I have had a lot of personal trauma and different illness issues. He is always empathetic, professional and prompt. Even recently I received an out of hours phone call to get further urgent testing done. I thought that was very good indicator of the type of doctor he is and sort of seems like the type of service people got from doctors in the 80’s and 90’s, at a time when it wasn’t just about numbers, time and money. Thanks Alkimos medical centre.

Negative experience: Don’t see Richard Marston he is the most inexperienced "GP" I’ve ever seen. Refuses to give a verification of medical condition even though all the info was on his computer screen. Highly disappointed a doctor would even refuse that to begin with.

Negative experience: I waited 45 mins and had to leave to get back to work without seeing the Dr. I respect that some people require a longer appt and there are emergencies however the surgery should call ahead to clients to come in later . I’m only 2 mins away so a quick SMS saying Dr is running late would have saved me rushing to get to appt on time only to wait !!

Negative experience: I wanted to share my experience as a new patient at this clinic. I received a $60 charge from Dr Richard Marston for a “Did Not Attend” (DNA) appointment for one of my twins. Unfortunately, the appointment was cancelled because the doctor was running late, and I didn’t take the other twin. As a newcomer to Australia, I wasn’t aware of clinic policies and didn’t read the website thoroughly. I also faced difficulties using our concession card for payment since we are bulk billing. The experience left me with a negative impression during what was already a challenging adjustment period. I understand the importance of respecting the doctor’s time, but I felt that the communication regarding the charge was harsh and unfair especially given it was kids first visit. A reminder or warning would have been much appreciated instead of the charge. Due to this experience, I have decided not to return to the clinic. I hope my feedback can help improve the experience for future patients.

Positive experience: I would have give 5 stars but extremely annoying and pointless not to have the Numbers when doing blood test. It's ridiculous have to wait 1 hour cause if you live for 5 minutes you can miss your spot. Please put the numbers back for the blood test! The non number thing is for non busy people that can spend time waiting. The center is clean and staff is professional, receptionist at times can be annoyed over the phone but I guess they can be very busy.
