Fantastic experience: My journey with tooth extraction was very smooth with Dr Shruthi. It was extremely satisfactory. She was an angel in making it very simple although, I felt very anxious as it was my first tooth extraction done . She has explained briefly what to expect and prepared me very well that it was smooth with recovery process as mentioned 1-2 days which is bearable. Doctors are believed to be God that’s what I told her after she has finished the tooth extraction which helped me relieve from my pain with the broken tooth . Kudos to her and her team and I would highly recommend to get your tooth checked and take her advise

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at 32 Pearls. I visited the clinic after an old filling fell out. The dentist took an X-ray and informed me that the decay had reached the nerve, stating there was an 80% chance I would need a root canal but still offered to replace the filling. After cleaning the tooth, she revised the chance to 50%, and despite this she still advised I was allowed to proceed with just a filling. The very next day, I was in immense pain and had to urgently see another dentist near my workplace. I was advised that, given the clear signs of infection, I should never have been given the option of a simple filling. This reflects not only poor professional judgment but also a concerning level of negligence in duty of care.

The dentist was incredibly skilled, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. His assistant was equally professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Negative experience: PLEASE READ — honest experience I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after what I’ve experienced here, I feel compelled to warn others. I initially came in for a wisdom tooth extraction due to pain, but instead of properly investigating the source, I was suddenly told I also needed two root canals as the extraction hadn’t eased the pain. At no point did I feel the dentists took the time to determine exactly where the pain was coming from. It felt like guesswork, with treatment decisions made quickly and without thorough diagnostics. I now realise the pain was never accurately sourced from the beginning, which led to rushed and expensive procedures that didn’t solve the issue. After my wisdom teeth were removed, I was sent home with no pain relief plan. I ended up in excruciating pain, needing to see my GP, who then referred me to the emergency room. I spent nearly $2000 here in just two weeks, only to have both root canals (done in a single rushed visit) fail—one tooth is now reinfected, and I’m back in severe pain. What disturbed me even more was witnessing how poorly a neurodivergent child was treated during my visit. A young boy was clearly having an autistic meltdown, and instead of showing compassion, the receptionist (Anna) kept approaching him to “shush” him. You could see the distress on the parents’ faces. Worse still, the receptionist and dentist were openly making fun of the child afterward in front of other patients. It was heartbreaking and unprofessional. After speaking to several local mums who’ve had similarly bad experiences—especially with their kids—I’m honestly shocked this place has so many good reviews. I’ve since moved to another dental clinic, and the difference is night and day. My new dentist is correcting the failed root canals, and they’ve shown a much higher standard of care, ethics, and professionalism. They don’t charge for repeat consultations for the same issue, which shows they genuinely care about patient outcomes—not just profits. Please do your research before coming here. I wish I had.

Fantastic experience: I started going here out of convenience of location but this is truly a great practice. They are very willing to work with your budget, your timing, and your health insurance. The pricing is similar to other places I’ve been. I really don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but the staff here make it a far more pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr. Sushmita. She is super friendly and informative, always answering questions helpfully with explanations, not just a yes or no as I’ve had elsewhere in the past. I’ve had her do a few fillings including a very visible one on my front tooth, which was scary for me, but she made my teeth look better than new.

Fantastic experience: Let’s be real, nobody “enjoys” going to the dentist, but after a week of agony, I got an emergency appointment and was seen within minutes! Dr. Archana Singh was calm and friendly, while Dr. Tauseef Seyd actually reshuffled his day to perform my emergency root canal - legend! The whole crew, including Anna the practice manager and the super chill dental assistants, made the whole thing relaxed and even made me laugh through the tears. Best part? The pain is GONE, and I didn’t miss a day of work. 10/10 recommend!

Negative experience: Today I've called to the hotline and asked about some informations, the lady who answer the call so rude. She disconnected the call while I'm asking informations. Ive not taken that much long for a conversation just 1 min, and I wanna mention this too, when I ask for a treatment that usually dental clinics does, she said that we re not doing that here and again I asked that time she told me about the treatment. I feel so bad at that time, you got some good reviews that's why I choose your service and called you for an appointment, then she does this worst. I really disappointed and never going to visit there again and I'll personally suggest my neighbourhood and my relatives and friends to not visit here. I wanna mention this here, The lady who attended the call is worked on 02.10.2024 morning. If someone in higher position seen this post please consider and tell her to be polite to the customers that asking for informations. Thanks!

From the initial meeting to the explanation and thorough detail on my options to the process of extraction. Throughout the whole experience the dentist was in constant discussion with you providing detailed information about what's happening and what's about to happen. Will definitely be now making this my regular dentist. I told my partner about the experience and she will also be booking in for a check up.

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice due to painful teeth. Booking appointment online was fairly easy and quick. I was given a slot for next day. Be a they had my file and details from previous appointment, dentist knew exactly what was wrong. He was quick to finalise the procedure. Procedure- removing 2 wisdom teeth was straightforward. Sachi and his assistant was extremely helpful during the procedure. I was very anxious and scared. He asked me what would make me feel at ease. I requested my current fav tv show to play on tv. He started it from you tube and it helped to distract my mind. The assistant was very helpful, caring and took care of me wholeheartedly while I was under the local anaesthesia. Sachi was honest in charging for the service. He quoted the estimated amount before the service and deducted the cost for what he didn’t have to do. I personally think this is very honest factor. I recommend .

Fantastic experience: Went in with emergency tooth pain over a month ago. Ending up needing a root canal on a molar. After 4.5 sessions it was completed by Dr. Snigdha. Who was lovely the whole time and very reassuring the whole time which is good as I am scared of the dentist but she made me comfortable and worked around my needs (headphones etc). The front desk staff were lovely as well and were easy to communicate with about the procedure. As well as easy when I have to reschedule a few times. Overall out of all the dentists I've been to in my life 32 Pearls is the most professional and comfortable experience I've ever had. Would rate higher if I could.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with the Manor Lakes branch. No professionalism at all. FRONT DESK was so rude. “AFFTER PAY” board is clearly visible at the front desk, and this rude lady covered the EFTPOS machine with her hand , when I try to pay with that mode. Saying that I can’t use the AFTERPAY. I was so shocked with her behaviour. Worse customer service I ever experienced. Please train your staff before they assume duty in the front desk. Chose this service after good research. But really regret now. Never recommend to anyone. Not worth for even 1star.

Fantastic experience: This Dental Clinic is conveniently located and provides a wide range of services. My previous surgeon was Dr. Avni, she was fantastic. My new surgeon is Dr. ArArchana, she is also as good. The other staffs are very friendly too. Lastly, with eligible private health insurance you can get basic cleaning and check up done for free.

Fantastic experience: Today my visit at 32 Pearls Dental in Wyndham seeing Dr Sachi was really amazing and my appointment was one of the best. My visit consisted of 1 tooth pulled and 3 cut from the gum and sewn. I had a panic attack as I’m terrified of dentists but Dr Sachi and his assistant helped me through it and they were both so very patient with me. After settling and finally started, it became very obvious I had nothing at all to worry about. No pain and no fear. I had been here 8 years ago and the caring friendly way is still here in abundance from when you walk through the door. I can’t speak highly enough of 32 Pearls Dental, Wyndham. Come along and give them a try, you won’t regret it

Negative experience: Gums haven’t stopped bleeding since I come here over 6 months ago. Never had a problem before then. Was only supposed to visit for a clean but was ushered straight into the X-ray room because “you need your wisdom teeth out.” 95% of wisdom teeth procedures arn’t necessary. But hey it’s just business like big pharma.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place and child friendly. I am impressed with the staffs at reception and the doctor. Surprisingly the cost to do the X-rays, cleanup and extract of tooth was within the budget after using my insurance. Appointment was the easy process and I got phone reminder to confirm the appointment even though I received message. Overall I recommend this place for our kids.
