Fantastic experience: My children have been treated by Dr Caroline Chung for many years. She has a gentle manner, putting my kids at ease - they are never worried or afraid of having dental appointments. Dr Chung is also very experienced, always happy to answer questions and giving advice on keeping my children’s teeth healthy. We drive 40minutes every 6 months to see Dr Chung.

Fantastic experience: My son loves here. Have a very high expectations and be very excited couple days before we come back. He gets his dreaming tooth stickers. He chose his favorite cartoon when he gets into the room. Very relaxing laying down and watching. He even get the tooth pencil bag and toothpaste toothbrush combination! Fulfilling by the love from Dr. Nurse and receptionist. He always said he wish to hospital do some surgery again as they provide nice food!

Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful to have Dr Nguyen handle a rather complicated and emergency case of mine involving my upper front tooth. With full confidence he quickly came up with a decisive solution and it was so skilfully executed that now I’m still able to show a nice big smile even though my tooth was indeed extracted. He put his patients’ needs first and made way for the procedure to be done on a day when originally he was fully booked. Last year, he had helped me repair fillings for five of my teeth. Negative experience: I am so disappoint with the recent experience I had with the front desk staff. My son and daughter have been seeing Dr. Lu Ming Jew at About Smiles for the past four years, and we have always been satisfied with the excellent medical care Dr. Lu provides. However, the recent issues with the invoicing process have left me very frustrated. Six months ago, I was issued incorrect invoices where my children's names were crossed. This mistake caused a failed claim on Medicare, and unfortunately, Medicare cannot correct the error once the wrong information has been uploaded into their system. Since I realise there is problem with the invoices I immediately brought this issue to the reception and recently emailed the incorrect invoices to the front desk manager. After speaking with her on the phone, I was advised to visit the Medicare head office in person as the best course of action, despite already spending 1.5 HOURS on the phone trying to resolve the error. The manager also mentioned retraining the staff responsible for this mistake but stated that I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE for the loss since the correct invoices were provided to me SIX MONTHS LATER! I find this response unacceptable. The error was made by your staff, and it is unfair to expect customers to bear the consequences of mistakes made by unqualified personnel. I also strongly advise everyone to check the invoices cause it will possibly happen to other people as well! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (4 years ago) Dr. Lu is very gentle and care, he is very good with kids. He could speak with my kids in Mandarine makes kids feels home. My daughter had her surgery done with no nervousness nor discomfort. Will definitely come again.

Throughout the process of effectively replacing the dislodged veneer with a porcelain crown on the remaining small tooth section he explained succinctly and in a timely manner the work being undertaken. Fantastic experience: About Smiles Chatswood are so kind and helpful. I called to make an appointment for my young son who had a playground injury. Reception was wonderful and asked to email through photos, the dentist had a look and called back to advise that it wasn't an emergency and provided directions for wound care. Other practices had all said to come in to have it checked the following day when they had appt's available. But About Smiles Chatswood went above and beyond and helped save a lot of anxiety for my little one by their understanding and helpful advice. At Absolute Smiles Dental Clinic, all the equipments and facilities are very modern and of the latest technologies. The ambience is cosy and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. On each of my regular visits, Dr. Young would examine my teeth and gums very carefully and thoroughly, explaining to me in easy to understand layman terms my various dental problems and concerns. Fantastic experience: Dr Mia Yufei Zhang is an experienced and caring dentist who has been looking after my teeth for quite long time. I had very severe gum disease and lost several teeth. Mia regularly cleans my teeth and she also did implants for the lost teeth as well as aneathetic treatment. Now my teeth look much better than before. I really appreciate Mia's help to make me smile again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aodhan at AboutSmiles Dental in Chatswood is the best of the best. He was highly recommended by a dentist friend of mine for cosmetic dental work. I have always been unhappy with the composite coverup on my front tooth after a root canal when I was a teenager. It was dark and discoloured and I never smiled showing my front teeth if possible in photos. Dr Aodhan fixed all of this and gave me a renewed confidence to smile freely showing all my shiny white teeth! He is honestly the sweetest and most caring dentist I have ever visited. He treats his patients like family. He explained every part of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointments (and they were long appointments haha) I was able to bring my music and drown out alot of the fear. He kept me informed as he was working on my teeth. The dental nurses at the centre are all just as lovely as Dr Aodhan.

Fantastic experience: Im in the process of a dental implant with Dr. Eugenee Foo and him and also Sara and Lara were amazing! I have an extraction of a molar with an infection (i had a root canal done ages ago) and i was soooo scared and anxious. But it was great! It sounds more scary than it actually is. Sara and Lara make me feel soooo relax (didnt take anything to be relax) and the dentist was amazing. Implant done a couple of days ago and the 2nd day I was perfect. Thanks so much to the team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been the kind of person who is terrified to go dentist since I’m a kid but I have to say Dr. Gregory Nguyen and his dental assistance team has changed that perspective for me. They look after me in every single appointment until I finish my treatment and I felt no pain at all plus he explained to me in detail the whole process which gave me peace of mind and 100% confidence on him. I highly recommend him and about smiles dental center in general, amazing technology and all the staff is super friendly and caring.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Aodhan at About Smiles for nearly four years in Chatswood, and before that in Zetland. In that time, as well as my usual deep cleaning by the friendly dental hygienists, I have had a couple of fillings and a crown. In all cases he has taken great care to ensure a smooth result. I am especially happy with the crown - it stabilised a cracked tooth and was an immediate fix to the pain I had in that tooth. I would definitely recommend the team at About Smiles Chatswood - or if you cant go there, see their Zetland practice.

Fantastic experience: We took our 3 year old daughter here after she chipped her tooth while we were traveling NSW, the dentist we had Dr Nguyen & his team were absolutely fantastic. Our daughter loved them all and sat happily the whole time while they fixed her tooth. Even to this day (5 months later) she says everyday she wants to be a dentist. We couldn’t recommend Dr Nguyen more highly, not expensive, happy to help and our daughter loved him.

Fantastic experience: My experience with About Smiles was great! The staff is outstanding! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I had a complex smile make over after a bad experience with another dentist. Dr. Aodhan Docherty and his team were highly professional and also honest about the process. I now have 10 beautiful, handcrafted new porcelain veneers which were designed and placed by Dr. Aodhan! I could not be happier with the result! Dr. Aodhan gave me my smile back and was kind and understanding on top. If you have problems with anxiety regarding a dentist visit I can definitely recommend you booking an appointment here. They will make you feel comfortable and save. My whole family is now going there, even my 3 year old son.

Fantastic experience: In the past I’ve had extremely awful experiences at the dentist and would be very anxious visiting one. However, I can honestly say my experience with Dr Docherty has completely changed that and I am now no longer terrified of any treatment! I had very crooked teeth and was interested in having veneers to fix my smile and to give me more confidence in my appearance. My first consultation Dr Docherty kindly explained I would need Invisalign to straighten and broaden my smile before having veneers. Last August I’ve had two fillings, Invisalign (top and bottom set) and now had porcelain veneers on my top set (10 x teeth). Throughout this whole treatment he looked after me, explained every procedure thoroughly and was so kind and gentle. My smile is now AMAZING!!! Genius dental work. I can’t thank Dr Doherty (and his wonderful team) enough and would highly recommend to everyone! Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Gregory Nguyen at About Smiles. I had been avoiding going to the dentist for several years prior to seeing him for the first time, but now I go regularly. At each visit, he has been very warm, friendly and reassuring. He has explained everything very clearly and I truly trust he has my best interests at heart. He has made several judgement calls in his care for me, which turned out to be best course of action. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gregory Nguyen was incredibly professional and thorough and explained everything in great detail (and in language I understood) as he went along. He did a wonderful job of the clean after a thorough examination. He diagnosed some minor issues I didn’t realise I had and explained all the management options clearly and honestly. The facilities are state of the art and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth and timely. Can hands down say this has been the best experience I have had at the dentist and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend his services!

Being a nervous patient in the Dentists chair normally , it was the best , most relaxed and pain free dental work I have ever experienced . 10/10
