Fantastic experience: I'm usually quite nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr Nicholas and the entire team made me feel comfortable and put me at ease for the moment I walked in. Every staff member I've interacted with has been genuinely lovely - very professional and friendly. I recently had an implant done and the price was cheaper than another place I was quoted and their prices in general seem to be very competitive. I also found there was no upselling or suggesting treatment that wasn't necessary right now which I like. Chloe and the Team also went above and beyond helping me set up a payment plan for my recent treatment which I really appreciated. Overall, I'm super happy to have found this dentist just down the road from where I live but even if I move, I will make sure to make the trip to this Melbourne dentist and recommend to friends!

Fantastic experience: One of the best clinics in Melbourne and definitely the best when it comes to dental implants. Over the last few years, I've got three implants, one of which was pretty complex with bone grafting and other extra care. Despite a tough situation, everything went well and I'm very satisfied with the results. All three implants work perfectly, I easily forgot about them within a few days of their instalaltion - as if I had never had issues with these teeth at all. Absolutely great work by Dr. Nick, and the entire staff goes above and beyond, too! They are always helpful, friendly and caring. When I urgently needed a duplicate of my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy, Chloe and other administrators were super quick and helpful. And another example, I recently had an emergency with unexpected toothache on a Saturday which could be a very inconvenient day for all the hassle. Nevertheless, Dr. Nick was very kind and found time in his busy schedule to see me on such a short notice. Great service and the best team!

Fantastic experience: I was strangling to trust my dentist before I came to High dental. When I met Dr Nicholas and his team, and saw all the newest facilities, I could trust their care. Although it was not easy to cope all the surgeries ( 3 teeth implant, then filling the clacks for a few teeth), I could relaxed and manage myself with Dr Nicholas's gentle and careful approach, and also support from his team staff. It has been a long journey took 1 year to be done all treatment with lots of pain, but I could finally finish all the process. I’m not a fan of dentists or dentistry but after much research and needing a teeth or two and some other structural/aesthetic work done I decided to consult with with Dr Nicholas Hi , yes I also saw a couple of others. The couple of hundred or so average 4.9 reviews attracted my attention and led me to a consultation. Since then I’ve had an implant and other work done. I could not believe how painless this procedure was ( as I explained when asked about any discomfort during the procedure/surgery I explained I had more discomfort having my 1 minute cold shower that morning ) and and how customer focused their team is. As I had a real dislike in dentists working on my teeth, I kept holding off on booking an appointment to see one. My gums were often bleeding and my teeth started to move and loosen over time. It was one morning upon waking, that I realised I had unknowingly knocked a tooth out in my sleep. It was at this point that I finally took action and decided to seek a very qualified dentist to look at my gums and teeth, so that I could understand what options I had moving forward. Looking back on this now, I should have sought Doctor Nick’s expertise well before this event. On my search in finding a competent Dentist I found HiDental & Doctor Nick, I am extremely lucky I did! From the onset Dr Nick and the team at HiDental had me take scans of my mouth, so that the damage caused by the gum disease could be assessed. Dr Nick was thorough in his explanation of the condition of my teeth, bone and gums. Dr Nick advised me that the process of rectifying the condition of my mouth would take time, as it I would require bone grafts that would take quite a considerable time to heal. This was before Dr Nick could insert the dental implants to that same bone. Then after this, the implants would also require time to heal and settle. Dr Nick advised once we had passed this process, a scan of my mouth would again be completed and the designing of my new teeth would commence. In the next part of the process I would be fitted with a 3D printed version of my designed teeth, where Dr Nick would check to make sure my bite was correct, the teeth looked symmetrical and the teeth overlap was correct. At this part of the process I would be able to make alterations to the teeth should it be required. The final part of the process was HiDental ordering my designed teeth and having Dr Nick and his team help fit them. I am very glad that I had the expertise of Dr Nick and his team so very early on. Chloe was absolutely fantastic in managing the process from start to finish, such a huge asset to HiDental. It was a very long process to go through, however HiDental knew exactly what needed to be done in order for my gums and teeth to be rectified properly. I have heard many horror stories of this type of work being rushed and leading to more complications in the future. I have the confidence in Dr Nick that he had my best interests at heart and knew what was required, although I couldn’t wait to have these issues fixed. Dr Nick stuck to what he knows best throughout the process and I was regularly monitored over time to ensure that things were moving on smoothly. When dealing with Doctor Nick I knew that given his past experience in this area his suggestions on things would more than likely be best case scenarios, as it always seemed as though in every dealing with him that he wanted the best for me and really wanted to help. The team at High Dental all played a huge part in my journey. They all played a part in the process of not only rectifying my issues with my teeth, bone and gums but also all played a part of boosting my confidence and well being in everyday life. I am much more confident now in my appearance and life’s daily dealings with people and really have Dr Nick and the team at HiDental to thank for it. For anyone looking at doing similar dentistry work and looking at potentially using the services of Dr Nick & HiDental to do this, I am quite happy for the lovely Chloe to organise a time with you for myself to pop in and show you how the HiDental team changed my life and how good my smile now looks because of their hard work and dedication to me.

I had some really difficult root canals and Nick was able to treat me where as many dentists would have referred me off to a specialist. Fantastic experience: My daughter had a scooter accident and knocked both her front teeth out. On a Sunday. I didn't think there was any chance of finding a dentist open, let alone finding such a kind and caring team. They fit her straight in, calmly and kindly checked her out including xrays and were so gentle. A promise to call in the next few days to check in was just the next level of care!
