Fantastic experience: Have found Gentle Dental Care Liverpool to be very professional, quite well priced and very accommodating with working out appointments around my work schedule. Would and have recommended these guys to anyone that needs Dental assistance, minor or major surgery like I have had. Really know their stuff and have all the top equipment. 5 stars from me . Just been for my 6 month check up and deep clean. Again all good things to report Still very happy with all aspects of Gentle Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Gental Dental, Liverpool NSW, for quite some time. They are professional, and make sure the work is completed properly. I have had two prosthetics performed as well as normal work. All done beautifully.

Micheal is an obsolete professional in every aspect. He always takes the time to ensure i am comfortable and fully informed with procedure. Fantastic experience: Great service and overall customer experience.

Negative experience: Completely horrible treatment. Customer service from the receptionist at start was very dry and rude and the doctor finished it off by completing mistreating me and spoke in a sarcastic ton and really made me feel uncomfortable and charged $270 for a 15 min consultation with absolutely no help. For a place called gentle dental care that was nothing near gentle or nice. The dental assistant was the only nice person in that place.

Fantastic experience: Had an awesome wisdom tooth removal experience at GDC Liverpool. I urgently needed 4x removals due to infection and failed sedation and removal at a different place. Sue accommodated me immediately and got me the closest appointment. The sedation doctor and dentist were both understanding and gentle. Very quick and smooth removal. Definitely recommend if you have had previous troubles with sedation/removal. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Hi, I visited the Gentle Dental on Friday, the 28th of Match and had a tooth removed. My dentist, Paul, did a great job in giving me gas, anaesthetic and removing the tooth. He explained whether I should keep the tooth and have other options like implants or a crown. I wasn’t sure to choose one of the options, they’re expensive anyway. I was distressed and in pain with the tooth and the dentist helped me to make the decision to have it removed. I appreciate him for his efforts. The dentist’s colleague was helpful in taking me to have the x-rays, though she seemed quiet. I would’ve liked to communicate more with her. I had pain that evening until midnight and my left cheek was swollen a lot. It took about four days to subside and I feel much better now. I‘m able to chew food better than I expected and am glad I took the dentist’s advice to remove it. Thank you very much for helping me and I look forward to visiting Gentle Dental again. Ellen Koch

Fantastic experience: Just outstanding. Who looks forward to an emergency root canal? Not me. But these guys were available, professional, quick and got the job done in about 25 minutes. They listened to my concerns and whole experience was reasonably pain free. I left hardly believing it was over and behind me already. The amenities are clean and bright with beautiful murals so you feel more like you’re in a hotel lobby on holiday in the Gold Coast rather than a dental surgery. Already recommending. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Came in for an upper crown after temporary measures were put in place several months back.... Dr Ed did the 1st part then I had to train into Town Hall for business - came back 2.45pm - had the actual crown put in almost straight away

Just need to wait for couple of minutes more to see the dentist. But call them and make an appointment. They are available via appointment. Overall service was good. Parking space is at backside for two hours paid parking.

Fantastic experience: Spectacular! It’s Sunday, close to Xmas & I’m in agony. My husband booked me in to gentle dental at Liverpool, we arrived at 10am & we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Now, I the patient, have a background in dental & I was blown away with everything. Clean & bright reception, the practice is lovely, However the dentist Dr Harry P. Was outstanding & so was he’s lovely assistant. Had a lower molar removed, felt NO pain, not from the needle & not through the extraction. He explained everything to me & he has a very calming nature. Great work, very impressed & definitely will be spreading the news!

Fantastic experience: Gentle Dental staff just successfully removed my 3 remaining wisdom teeth, everything went exceptionally well and their aftercare treatment is terrific! The anaesthetist also did a wonderful job talking me through the procedure and helped me calm down because I was pretty nervous about going under, even though I have gone under before.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. I’ve been going here for 10 years now. Dr Gary and Dr Ed have done excellent work on my teeth. I have major anxiety when going to the dentists, mainly because in the past I’ve had dentists do work and they didn’t numb properly. So I would put off my dental work. These guys have been so patient with me. I’m now 31 and my remaining wisdom teeth were infected. I went there again and they put a plan together. This time I completed the plan and boy am I glad. While under sedation, they used the time to complete a few fillings, 2 caps, and an implant. Then I went back a week later and they removed 3 teeth- 2 of which were infected wisdoms. The process was awesome and I had the best sleep, I didn’t feel a thing. They wrote me scripts and the medication provided has given me the best relief. My teeth were a bit tricky because 2 were stuck to the bone. But they got them out easily and with little to no pain- truly gentle and they listen to your concerns and work with you to help you get your dental hygiene to its best. The after care is awesome too, I love that they check in on you as you wait and provide you with a cool cup of juice, knowing you haven’t eaten anything. Thank you Dr Ed for all your work, I truly appreciate it! Highly recommend
