Negative experience: I visited this clinic today in extreme pain, tears were streaming down my face for most of the appointment, and yet I was met with a concerning lack of empathy. Despite being told I could wear my sunglasses for comfort, they kept falling off, and when I tried to distract myself by watching the ceiling TV, I was told I must keep my eyes shut. Not exactly helpful when you’re already trying not to panic. There was no warning before a local anesthetic injection, the dentist simply reached into my mouth. When I instinctively pulled back, I was met with a sharp, “Just listen to me and all will be fine,” which felt more like a threat than reassurance. I repeatedly tried to communicate that I was in serious pain but was spoken to as though I was being difficult or argumentative. At that point, I stopped talking altogether and just cried silently in the chair while choking on saliva. The device in my mouth made swallowing nearly impossible and felt like something out of a medieval torture chamber. To add insult to injury, when I asked that my partner not look into my mouth, the dentist dismissed this by saying, “He’s just curious”, as though my consent didn’t matter. She then spoke to him about my treatment as if I wasn’t even in the room. I left feeling humiliated, unheard, and with the distinct impression that compliance was valued far more than care or communication.

Fantastic experience: Incredible dental clinic! All the staff are so kind and attentive. Always happy to help out. The clinic has great opening hours, and even better patient manner. 100% recommend. My dentist is incredible / very gentle, efficient and even let me watch a Netflix movie during my treatment!

Fantastic experience: Dr Easaw is absolutely amazing with my children. She is so patient, gentle and kind. They have a TV on the roof where the kids can watch their favourite show during the appointment which helps a lot when the kids are nervous. She allows them to take breaks whenever they need to. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else she is incredible and very compassionate.

Very gentle ,patient and understanding dentist and she makes you feel comfortable knowing that your going to get the best treatment available. They have Netflix tv on ceiling and headphones to block out noise and a therapy dog for cuddles and comfort if that’s what works best for u. Positive experience: 5 visits to Charity within 3 months 2023 3 x fillings/repairs on my 12yo daughter Both of us had our teeth cleaned 3 x fillings/repairs on myself 1 x molar rebuild/repair/crown on myself The Clarity staff and Physician were professional and empathetic with both of us when the procedures were getting hard for us to endure. Huge needle for a 12yo to cope with and a molar crown for me wow, what a hard job, it was tough, but we ploughed through, thanks to Clarity. Clarity utilises afterpay, and zip for post payments and check medicare, for eligibility for some procedures, especially for children (this was really helpful for my daughters costs) Thanks again Clarity Cheers Annie

Negative experience: I visited Clarity Dental for a tooth extraction and was left extremely disappointed with the level of care I received. The dentist attempted to remove my tooth for hours without success and then suggested that I visit a different practice for surgery in three days, despite my mouth being severely bruised and constantly bleeding. I had to advocate for myself to get an appointment in just three hours. The procedure was eventually performed effortlessly by a surgeon at another dental practice in just five minutes, without the need for surgery. I would not recommend Clarity Dental and advise others to look for alternative options.

Fantastic experience: After going to the same dentist for 30 years in Melbourne and him subsequently retiring I needed to find somewhere new to go which I thought would be a hard task as I am fussy . Clarity Dental came highly recommended and I didn't mind making the trip from Melbourne to Bendigo. After walking in the door I felt immediately relaxed with the quiet calm surroundings. Dr Rebecca Easaw, Chloe and Kiandra are a great team and I immediately felt at ease and knew I was in experienced hands. The most painless scale and clean I have ever had and extremely thorough examination! A week later I received a detailed email and photos of what was done as follow up. I will definitely be back again and have no hesitation in recommending Clarity Dental and Dr Rebecca. Thankyou!

Negative experience: AVOID THIS CLINIC. I really value Google reviews, and I feel it is my obligation to give a review of my recent experience here. The dentist looks lovely, the clinic is clean and appealing. The receptionist is lovely, the dentists all present very well. That being said, THE DENTIST WORK IS NEGLIGENT. Every job I had done here, the work needed to be re-done or repeated as there was an error. A simple crown was 3D printed twice, still fitted too large for my mouth, so there was no space to floss. I asked them to there fix that so I could floss my teeth. I came in a few months later when I had the time and the dentist told me she 'would not file my natural tooth down to make space, but remove the glue on the crown' which was causing the space issue. This was a blatant lie, she not only filed down my natural tooth, but she also filed down all the neighbouring teeth down to the dentine at the root too.... So now I have nerve pain constantly. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I am still having a lot of pain. I can't chew on that side, it aches at night, I have pain to any kind of change in temperature. She also made such a huge gap in my back teeth, that now I have a massive issue forever with my back natural teeth. Another dentist has told me there is nothing I can do, except hope the teeth desensitize and heal themselves over time due to the aggressive filing. All I can do is use Sensodyne and hope my natural back tooth doesn't die whilst the others recover... STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC the dentistry work is horrendous.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Connie and Clarity Dental highly enough. From first appointment Dr Connie was honest and straightforward about what I needed done and follow up correspondence - plan, pricing etc has been exceptional. In the chair Dr Connie has been very gentle and I have never had a filling appointment without pain or discomfort until now. I am usually highly frightened of dentists but Dr Connie has changed that for me and I am actually looking forward to following our dental plan towards a better smile! Highest recommendation *****

Fantastic experience: I first started with Clarity Dental as my dentist in 2014. I was drawn to their graphic design, and stayed for a whole lot more reasons! The team are all very supportive and genuinely caring. I have some ongoing issues with my teeth that Dr Rebecca and the team carefully monitor with time. I feel so much in good hands and have never felt this level of care, comfort and reassurance at a dentist. My husband and now 2 year old son attend also and the team have been fantastic providing support whenever we need it. Could not recommend more highly!

Fantastic experience: My first visit. Dr Christina Shue is the dentist who saw me. The clinic is fresh spacious and modern and easy access. The two girls I spoke to at reception were friendly bright and very helpful. Dr Shue was bright, cheerful and explained everything she was doing. Was very efficient and we discussed my options and devised a plan to finally get my teeth back to fully healthy after the 3 years of neglect due to Covid. Also flexible with my appointment requests. Highly recommended

Negative experience: I always check reviews when looking for a new product or service and I tried Clarity Bendigo on the basis of the glowing reviews posted. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. The actual dental work was technically fine (so far) but I was extremely unimpressed by the dentist's rushed and patronising attitude and the clinic's exorbitant prices. Surely it must be possible to find professional, empathetic and skilled clinicians charging reasonable fees?

Fantastic experience: Typed best rated Dentist near me and Clarity Dental was up there and thought I'd give them a go, haha... So I booked in With Christina Shue, and I was very impressed. Christina was amazing and all the dental nurses and receptionists were so friendly. I could go on all day about how impressed I was , but I'll just say ... I HIGHLY recommend them if your like me and looking for a new dentist. Thanks Christina see you in 6 months
