Positive experience: Very friendly and kind staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. This is the only reason I’ve provided 3 stars. Otherwise, there were some issues with the service itself. They offer a free dental gift package if you give a 5 star review which may inflate their overall rating. My husband and I have had issues with our dental work since it was completed. Our fillings feel unstable due to not being properly smoothed out. They have an external edge that makes it feel like you could just pop the filling off or food could get in there and continue to damage your tooth. We are also experiencing aches in our teeth where the dental work has been completed.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The doctor was very gentle, kind, and explained everything clearly. My both of kids felt comfortable and well looked after during their check up and treatment. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. She made booking easy and greeted me with a smile. Negative experience: After several years of visiting this practice for half annual scale, check ups and cleans for my son and I. We both experienced this clinic to provide dental clinical services lacking comprehensive attention to detail to meet client requirements for prolonged dental care. Would not recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Took my 7 year old for her check up under the child dental benefit and as soon as I booked my appointment I was contacted to remind of appointment and for general information to speed the process up which was good When walking in we were instantly greeted so kindly by esha the receptionist and the dentist rangi and assistance were both very nice. Checkup was quick and comfortable feeling my daughter was super happy She also even got a free mini kit

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old son was booked in to see Dr.Rangi as he has an adult tooth growing with his baby teeth still intact. Dr.Rangi handled him gently and firmly which made it easy for him to follow the instructions. I was happy with the explanations provided and the suggested course of action. Dr. Rangi recommended that we wait and watch instead of rushing to unnecessary treatment. My mind is now at ease Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

My teeth have stayed incredibly healthy throughout both my pregnancies. Any products required after treatment easily available for purchase from them as well.

Positive experience: Very happy with administration and the doctors behaviour. Kids are happy to go there. I am not sure how good the treatment is. Took less than 5 minutes for cleaning without any internal checking. Cost $150 to $200 check up and cleaning with ex ray for adult anywhere in Brisbane. I went there once last year. I got deference treatment advised from them. I didn’t tell them, I was somewhere else before them. Why the dentists have deference treatment advice from deference dental clinics. I don’t know how much they charged to Medicare for kids cleaning only. I asked them to the administrator, she said $200 plus.

Fantastic experience: My daughter recommended Dr Rangi her Dentist, as a "gentle dentist" ...so I made an appointment and was very pleased with the professional and thorough treatment I received. I left with a plan for future treatment which I am very happyto proceed with!
