Fantastic experience: In the past I have suffered from bouts of ‘Dentist Phobia’! In recent years I have been fortunate to have Dr Sally Choden at Allied Dental Ocean Keys as my dentist. That phobia is now a relic of long ago! This week Sally undertook a quite complex procedure to fit a crown for me. As has always been the case with her, the process was pain free and carried out with skill, precision and obvious care. There was no residual pain after an extended session in the chair. I unhesitatingly recommend Sally and endorse the manner in which she practises her craft. I am thankful for the relationship we have established as patient and dentist.

Fantastic experience: Front desk staff r friendly n smiling .Dr Sandra Tan did xray for my teeth n scaling too. She is very good friendly smiling and listened attentively to what you say. She also showed me pictures of my teeth. Very good clear big pictures. I would definitely recommend Dr Tan to anyone who is looking for a dental surgeon. Fantastic experience: I’m 54 and had many dentists on my travels. This is by far the best dental practice I have had the pleasure of attending. My dentist was so thorough and explained everything, in detail, and was extremely gentle (I hate my teeth being cleaned!) but Sandra was brilliant. I feel really happy and confident that the work being done here is necessary work and not just to use up my Medibank allowance, which I have felt the case in the past and listening to other customers, I wasn’t the only one impressed by this fantastic dental practice!!!

As someone who struggles with dentist visits, the team have been so patient and understanding with my additional needs. Fantastic experience: Took my 4 year old here for her first dental appointment. You walk in to a beautiful reception area, lovely staff & even a cute kids area. The dentist was lovely & there were cartoons on the tv attached to the ceiling so she could watch during her check up. We look forward to our next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous prior to my visit but I had no need to be. From the reception staff to Dr Edmund and his assistant, everyone was welcoming and made every effort to make me comfortable. Dr Edmund took care to explain everything to me and to address my concerns in a way that was easy for me to understand. He explained all the options available to me, the implications of the different options and allowed me to make a decision that matched my particular needs. I look forward to continuing my treatment plan with him. The facilities are clean and beautifully decorated - you wouldn’t think you were in a medical facility! I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering using their services.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and have received excellent care all along. It’s easy to get appointments and the new office is stunning. I like to be able to see my teeth on the monitor and they don’t push treatments that aren’t necessary. Dr. Sally is personable and caring. Just one tip, use the bathroom in the food court before your appointment, there’s not one inside!

Fantastic experience: Firstly… I called to book an appointment and the receptionist Leanne. She answered straight away. She was extremely helpful. This goes a long way with me. When I arrived at the practice the receptionist was so lovely and kind. She reassured me that everything would be fine as I am generally nervous when going to the dentist due to bad experiences. This is why I am trying a new dentist. They where on time so I wasn’t sitting around nervously waiting. Sally, my dentist was so careful and it was pain free. Didn’t feel a thing and I felt so comfortable I was actually enjoying the show on the screen above. She always answered my questions. I also couldn’t believe the price. It was so much cheaper than anywhere I had been before I had to double check. I must also mentioned that the owner of the practice came in to see me and shook my hand to welcome me before my appointment. Again! This goes a long way with me. I was so impressed I did something I’ve never done before with any dental practice. I rebooked 6 months in advance! Would highly recommend.
