Fantastic experience: I think Dr Malcolm Cotton did a great job for my 5 years old son teeth, he was very gentle and calm handling all the situation. He did 4 teeth filling for my son and all covered with medicare and I don't need to pay anything. Thank you Dr. Malcolm and thank you No Gaps Dental Wynyard.

Negative experience: It's not no gap. They still charge you. They don't follow appointment times and no respect for your time. Receptionist are rude.

Fantastic experience: Hey! I rarely bother leaving reviews, but occasionally I'll find myself having no choice. My tooth implant at No Gaps Sydney CBD was as positive an experience as I could have hoped for. Dr Evan was possibly the politest, most considerate professional I've ever met in my 55 years. I'm extremely happy with my brand new tooth and I somehow paid less than I was budgeting for. I would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Malcolm Cotton fixed up my unexpected problem very well and quickly. Great skill - the filling is much better than it was previously by another dentist at another practice and he has a great reassuring manner. The receptionist was also very helpful.

Fantastic experience: This dental clinic is awesome. And what makes it even better than not having to pay for the gap is their new addition Dr. Emily Chow and their new front desk lady who I sadly haven't got the name yet.They both are very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Emily is extremely knowledgeable, more than every other dentist that I've encountered, even at other places where I've spent a fortune in paying the gap fees. And the only dentist that focuses on providing the patient with the best service and solutions, also understands the impact of high dental costs to the majority of people. The clinic itself is equipped with newer and better equipment than their other CBD clinics.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Emily Chow is simply amazing, I visited her last week (17.4.25) to get a routine clean done. While I was there she was able to do exactly that, in addition to fixing my chipped front tooth using composite bonding - all within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service provided by her and her assistant. The receptionist was also really accommodating and helpful :) Will be going back for sure.

Fantastic experience: Dr Malcolm was spectacular! not only a good dentist using his many years of experience but offered solutions to prevent further issues. Was originally only for a one off visit but I will now be a repeat patient as I felt that this was a better experience than my previous dentist(s). Negative experience: Excellent Dentist and cordial staff at reception as always, but why are you still asking for Covid jabs declaration and other pandemic questions? Are these still required by CHO? Also I don't like your policy of $70 for cancellation. No one wants to cancel but life happens. You are big and busy enough to deal with it. Been with you for almost 10 years now, but it's time for a change. It's not the same customer experience anymore. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service provided by Dr Rebecca Amerena-Cowie (on 10/03/25), where I found her to be very professional and friendly/approachable throughout our session. She took the time explain all the procedures that she was going to perform, including the x-rays to be taken, the checks, down to the main procedure. She maintained good communication throughout, including letting me know whenever some part of the procedure might cause discomfort and that I could raise my hand to let her know if I needed some respite. She also took the time to explain the results of the x-rays, anything relevant that she had found/seen throughout the procedure, some advice on brushing methods and gum care in my case, and also any work or considerations for future sessions. I would highly recommended her services.

Fantastic experience: Dr Emily Chow is easily the best dentist I've ever had! She's super gentle and actually takes time to explain things properly - no rushing through appointments. I feel so relaxed in her chair - I sometimes have felt i can almost fall asleep during cleanings! She's got this way of making everything completely painless and comfortable. The whole place is super clean and everyone who works there is just as nice. I travel 30+ mins to see her now and would easily drive an hour + if she moved practices. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a new dentist.
