Fantastic experience: Dr Sam Green is fantastic, very calming and comforting for those who are nervous. Explains the process in detail. Couldn’t recommend high enough.

Fantastic experience: I'm a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to dentists. Dr. Anshul Gupta will put you at ease. He is the most calm, caring professional you are likely to encounter. Everyone is switched on, and noticably calm. Quite unique, and very reassuring!

Positive experience: What a shame that this clinic has changed. Initially, 2 years ago, I gave it 5 stars but no longer I’m disappointed to say. I thought it was my forever dentist but when a $50 booking fee commenced, with no refund, if cancelled within 48hrs, I was not happy. This encourages people to attend even if sick. Dr A Gupta was not welcoming on my visit at the end of 2024 and seemed more interested in doing the more complex procedures and not a basic check up etc. Whilst the pricing used to be comparable unfortunately it is no longer. Parking is good and the building lovely and clean though. I have thankfully found another great dentist with a much better atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: I have extremely bad anxiety surrounding dentist appointments to the point I usually have to be put to sleep, but an emergency broken tooth brought me to Whitehills Dental for my first experience there and I can not rate them higher. I explained my anxieties and they did everything possible to make me comfortable. The wonderful nurses, so so lovely and friendly and the dentist himself was so understanding and gentle. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit anxious about going to the dentist (not my fave people), but I found Divya & the team at White Hills Dental to be a professional team. It is not easy to get comfortable with a new dentist, but these guys were very caring & considerate of the way I was feeling. Everything went without any problems & my tooth is fixed now. I would definitely recommend Divya to anyone looking for a good dentist. When I build the courage for my next visit I will be back to see Divya.

Fantastic experience: Excellent for great service and clearly out lined the problem and potential solutions and associated cost and limitations before going ahead. Now that level of consultation is rare and certainly next level so got to be happy with that. Having been a returning patient over approximately 6years I would say the service and effort has not diminished with staff and dentist and take time and consideration of the patient and not made to feel pushed to get through the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Saw dr Divya 3 times already and each time the experience was 5 stars. Super gentle and clear on what needs to be done. No surprises. And she has a nice calming voice. The price was surprisingly lower than at my previous dentist (but, I don't paying more if the service is good) . When Dr Divya mentioned that she used to work as a maxillary consultant before moving to Australia i new I was in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Divya and her assistant were very excellent attending to their dental practice. They have quick response to what needs to be done and had a transparency on how much the cost will be for my root canal. The only thing that the dental clinic needs to improve is that when there's a procedure happening in the room, is to avoid lot of distractions - door keeps on opening and the other staff talks to the dentist and her assistant. There shouldn't be distractions as practice is delicate thing. Just a room for improvement.

Fantastic experience: No other Dental Practice that I've been has ever met the absolute level of Satisfaction and Professionalism as White Hills Dental! Dr Anshul and the team have been amazing when it came to my dental needs and provided professional care & advice. They're professionalism and determination in striving to find the causes of Dental problems before issuing a diagnosis & treatment plan is something all Dentists (And Doctors in general) should strive for. I also find their openness to providing hands-on training to their Dental Assistant's to be inspiring as well. While my last visit had a bit of an unpleasant moment with gagging on one of their suction devices nearly going into my throat, I understand the assistant was only in training; and you have to start somewhere to know what to do in future along with getting better at the job. No real damage was done and I'm hoping that slip up doesn't weigh too much on her mind. If I wasn't moving on to another clinic due to insurance reasons, I'd of 100% stayed with White Hills Dental Practice, and I highly recommend them to everyone requiring the best in dental care. Hell; if the other clinic doesn't meet up to the standards White Hills Dental Practice has, I might even come back!

I know people can feel uneasy with dental work but dental pain is a lot worse. They were reasonably priced . Overall a positive experience.

Positive experience: Dental nurses were fantastic. Needed an emergency appointment. However was left feeling very uncomfortable from the dentist himself. Felt like I wasn't being listened too. Left quiet upset and sore for longer then i needed to be. Ended up going somewhere else for follow up treatment. This was just my personal experience.

Friday 23rd June returned when bottom tooth broke, Daniel a wizard expertly created a new sensational looking functional tooth. For context I have six lower remaining 60 year old teeth that survived amphetamine addiction in my 20's so their not too flash, heavily filled that I with the support of White Hills Dental team will continue to hold my lower denture in place. Chloe kudos to you to, Chloe stepped up beautifully to being only dental assistant for the day under pressure maintaining her beautiful client centre manner. Ìl be back. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: If you’re like me and dreaded going to the dentist and keep putting it off longer and longer, until an actual decade comes and goes. Well you can put those traumatic childhood experiences away. The staff are amazing, friendly, professional and really put me at ease and the TV on the ceiling is a nice touch but, it does make me question, what is worse - getting a filling or Young Sheldon?? I had a filling done today and i am willingly going back for another. They are not the closest to me but I am glad I go there. I couldn’t recommend the team here enough. and there is SO MUCH PARKING!

Fantastic experience: Took my 20 month old to see Dr Daniel. Her first dentist trip. Dr Daniel was so kind and patient, he worked with my child to help get her comfortable and feeling safe. When she wasn't coping with the chair he moved her to the waiting room and coloured in with her to help her feel safe and secure. He was amazing and I cannot recommend highly enough. Edit- since writing this review I have been back twice to see Daniel. After a life long phobia of dentists I finally feel comfortable and safe. Daniel is amazing at what he does and is incredibly professional, as are all staff at the practice. The option of zip and after pay is making it easier for me to be able to afford the work I need doing, and their rates are excellent. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.
