Fantastic experience: State of the art technology and skill base - coupled with KIND, gentle, supportive staff. I am terrified of dentist visits - these guys have changed EVERYTHING .. they take care of EVERY detail - with comfort hacks to calm and absolute consideration with what I can and can’t afford. Fantastic experience: Dr Sein and Dr Wei are the best! I went with an excruciating toothache and told Dr sein my worries about my dental anxiety and needle phobia she was so patient and understanding and talked me thru what had to be done and assured me im in great hands. The next day I went to Dr Wei for a tooth extraction, I was so nervous. Dr Wei and the dental assistant were so kind and patient with me. So gentle with needles. I couldn’t recommend Beyond Dental care at sandstone point more! Thankyou to you both for being so lovely patient and kind to me

Fantastic experience: I totally recommend Dr Nick Jin for your dental care. I am a seriously nervous type of person going to a dentist. Nick is excellent at keeping you calm, he will talk you through everything prior to, and whilst getting treatment, to ensure you are informed and I have to tell you pain free with all the work I have had such as an extraction; 2 x crowns and a bridge, and now waiting for a crown and bridge for two lower front teeth. Totally recommend Dr Nick Jin.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited Dr Eshaan and my nerves were through the roof. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and Val also made me feel relaxed. It’s been a very long time for me seeing a dentist and I will say this experience today has really settled my nerves so I can come back for more work. Negative experience: I had an appointment this morning, when I arrived I was told I needed to update my medical history, I told the receptionist nothing has changed including medication, apparently this was not good enough for her. She then began to question me in front of other patients telling me some of my conditions and medications that I take, so she already had my information which has not changed. Her attitude towards me was unacceptable so I left.There are other dental practices nearby goodbye beyond dental.

Fantastic experience: With toothache and likely infection, I googled and found Beyond Dental Care at Sandstone Point. From the first interaction the the last, I can honestly say this team know great customer service. Nick and Lynne were my team and they were super caring and professional, having a tooth out isn’t pleasant but these two made the process so much better than I expected. Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by a lovely receptionist, who offers you water or herbal tea. The atmosphere of the surgery is calming and warm.So you instantly feel relaxed. The dentist and assistant were very informative and both kind and professional. Positive experience: First visit to a dentist in Australia and unfortunately had to wait 1-hour as Dr Nick had encountered a problem with the patient ahead of me. I fully understand that these things happen. I was kept informed and was happy to wait. Dr Nick was very apologetic for the unforeseen delay. He carefully listened to my very specific dental issue and took a lot of trouble to make a thorough examination before making a recommendation. I liked that he allowed me to view my x-rays and photographs and we could discuss the various treatment options and agree on the way forward.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST !!!!! Apart from the marvellous surroundings to put you at ease the Staff are irreplaceable and no where matches their care and professionalism…. My dentist listened and checked everything on my badly aged and broken tooth and fixed it up perfectly and painlessly…..AAAAA As well I managed to frighten all these poor people half to death with a feint falling backwards and hitting my head on the floor leaving a sizeable egg on my skull… They were there in seconds to help and give me a check over and administer First Aid …After contacting my doctor for advice they would not let me drive home and a staff member Steph drove me home and the Office Manager followed making sure I was right at the front door puppies and all. My carer took me to the Bribie Satellite hospital and on for a head scan to ensure no internal bleeding occurred. Steph called me again at days end to make sure I was home and fine once again wishing me the best of wishes and a speedy recovery…. I’m a very happy and very satisfied customer and a lifetime member of this Dental Surgery as they went ABOVE AND BEYOND IN MY CASE and I believe will do the same for all their customers….. Fantastic experience: I have just started going to this dentist and had my first visit a few days ago. The front staff Rachel and Viv were so friendly and helpful. The place also offered complimentary comfort items such as weighted blankets, eye masks and all sorts of things for those that are more anxious. Dr Natalie was so good! Her and her assistant we so kind and genuine. I had a scale and clean and it was the first time I'd been to a dentist and felt no discomfort!! The whole experience from start to finish was positive.
