Positive experience: My regular dentist is Dr Carla who is 11/10 easily as far as a dental experience. She makes you feel at ease and comfortable! Today I couldn’t see her and saw Dr Gj for a replacement filling. If this was my first experience at this practice I would never go back. No first rinse, NO POST RINSE… they didn’t give a shield over my glasses which were suitably dirtied along with all the water down my face. No offer to clean or give me something to clean them. The filling was a perviously filled chipped front tooth filling without local (not required) that’s has had several repairs over the years the most recent being last year. However I still payed an absolute premium. I am now looking for other options after this experience

For someone who has a morbid fear of dental treatment, James' quiet calming manner is very reassuring and treatment is pain free.He is a gentleman. It happened the night before and they happily made me a late notice appointment. Dr Zaw had it fixed and better than before in less than 45mins. Reception staff are lovely, dental nurses/assistants (can’t remember correct title) are friendly and helpful, and in particular Dr Gejing’s work and manner are both fantastic. I have anxiety about teeth and dental work from growing up and Dr Gejing sets me at ease and is happy for me to use headphones to distract myself during procedures as well. She is also wonderful with my 4yo daughter who now has a positive association with going to the dentist, setting her up for a lifetime of dental health. As a senior citizen I needed to consider not only the lengthy process, but also the costs. Fantastic experience: A place where you feel comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff, good, professional Dentists that are using the latest technology. I was always able to find an appointment at short notice for urgent care with an experienced and skilled dentist. Very clean, plenty of carpark with easy access and has a big bathroom on the premises. As a patient you can buy Piksters and other products at a competitive price. I really appreciate they have a recycling bin for toothpaste & toothbrushes.

Fantastic experience: Rarely does the hype of marketing match reality, ToothKind are an exception. As a new patient taken on for an urgent treatment after another dentist couldn't fix the issue, the attending dentist and assistant were patient, tenacious and knowledgeable! Like most people I have lived a lifetime of terror at the prospect of the dental drill. Several days ago, driven by the dreaded toothache I scored an almost immediate cancellation (reception is on the ball) together with the impossible dream. I fell asleep while Dr. James Fox was busily drilling away at a back tooth!! Can there be any higher recommendation? The best in the West. ToothKind almost makes me look forward to the next appointment ☺️ I have total confidence in Dr.James Fox. From my first encounter years ago he was able to prioritise what needed attention and offer a "plan of attack" for further treatment (dictated by finances as I no longer have Medical Aid) ToothKind is an exceptional practice. Staff are very friendly also After an extremely traumatic extraction that took 15 minutes of torturous pulling at ANOTHER dental clinic, where they later discovered they fractured the tooth next to it, I then went to Toothkind Deagon after many recommendations. Dr CHRIS was brilliant. He took the evil tooth out in seconds, very reassuring. Made sure I had enough meds to make it numb. Iv had no after bleeding, jaw pain. Nothing. Thank you so much. Dr Fox is an excellent dentist who is very caring, patient and discuss option of procedures to get the best result. I had many crowns and one implant done by him. I’m happy with all of it.

The team at Deagon were able to fit me in first thing the next day for some emergency treatment. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and seem so genuine and lovely. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing 3 of the dentists at this location now and all have been terrific. Extremely professional, are able to answer any question you may have, and very empathetic which in emergency situation definitely put my mind at ease knowing I’m in good hands.
