Fantastic experience: Dr Reza is amazing. I have a deep fear of dentists so I don’t get regular checkups & only go when something is wrong. My last long term dentist years ago traumatised me & I’ve gone to random dentists since, never returning to the same one. I have finally found the one. As soon as I met him, I felt this was someone I could trust. He’s a lovely person with a calm and caring demeanour. Exactly who someone with anxiety like myself needs. I will now be sure to get regular checkups and fix things as soon as they show themselves. I had a tooth extraction & worked myself up into a panic. He took less than 30 seconds to get my tooth out & I felt zero discomfort or fear. I walked home afterwards feeling so relieved & happy. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have done a tooth extraction and two implants (second one half way through the process) with dr Reza. He is a courteous and skilled dentist. I am happy I found him. Also their charges are reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Today I saw Dentist Drew Langan and I cannot get over how positive my experience was.Prior to today I was unable to get through an appointment without tears, anxiety and pain.Usually I feel nerves hit requiring more anaesthetic or injections that seem to be too painful to bare. Dr Langan gave me two fillings, a tooth clean and a tooth extraction today and I felt nothing. The injections hurt but they were bareable and after that for the first time in my life of many dental visits and 45 years of fear of dentists I was a ble to relax. I felt nothing. Everything was numb, Nurse Farzarna made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in with me. I found myself able to calm down and actually trust Dr Langan. I will never see another dentist if I can help it. Dr Landan I can't thank you enough I really don't think you understand what you did for me today. Nurse Farzarna you are definitely in the right job thank you for helping me stay calm at the beginning and checking in on me right through you are both amazing

Fantastic experience: Have had a full upper implant done and a single lower implant with a few repairs. Dr Reza has been a pleasure through the whole procedure. Took the time to explain everything upfront and advised on changes needed to give the implant the best chance of being successful. The surgery and most work were completed in 1 visit, and my new teeth were fitted 1 day later. The results are amazing, and I would highly recommend Melbourne Dental Vision and Dr Reza to anyone. A quick note also to thank the amazing staff nurses at the clinic, have called several times for advice, being my first surgery, and they have been very helpful every time and truly show they care. Thank you all for all for your effort and ongoing assistance with everything. I am told I look 10 years younger and amazing

Fantastic experience: I had to reschedule my appointment due to COVID… from the time I rang to the the completion of my dental work my experience was amazing.. Bahar and jahan at the front desk were absolutely tremendous. They made everything so easy and uncomplicated whilst doing it with a beautiful smile… Lisa my dentist was also amazing, she did such a thorough job and the whole time being friendly and checking on my welfare. Her dental assistant was also amazing lovely person.. I highly recommend this practice and am actually not scared of the dentist anymore…

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Dental Vision Narre Warren with dentist Lisa since I experienced a dental emergency during a period of lockdown for Covid-19. As an emergency service worker, this practice really takes great care of me and my colleagues. I have also had Janen treat me for some crowns and an implant and I am very happy with the service that he and Lisa have provided me.

I actually got an appointment with Dr Stephanie on her lunch break. Words cannot describe how thankful and appreciative i am of her. Dr Stephanie's knowledge in dentistry was amazing. She gave me every bit of support, knowledge and care i could ever ask for. She knew everything that i was going through straight away. I was given amazing treatment and I walked out of there stress free and anxiety at a 0 with the proper medication that was required for me. Dr Michelle was fantastic - super calm and walked me through everything as we progressed and made me as comfortable as possible. My daughter has needed 2 baby teeth extractions and wasn’t provided any sedation and she found it quite traumatic at our prior dentist, given how great the experience was for me we will be changing over to Dr Michelle

Fantastic experience: Dr D’Caro has terrific communication skills and explains everything clearly to patients. She checks periodically to see if everything is okay during treatments; she is kind, listens to your concerns, and provides detailed answers. If you are someone who doesn’t like the dentist because of previous bad encounters with other providers, Dr Sandra D’Caro and the receptionist team at DentVision may be a good fit!

Dr. Drew was really great at steeping out the risk associated with my wisdom teeth and made me assured that he will be taking good care of my teeth removal and I couldn’t have been happier. The procedure went very smooth and pain free. Nurse Sara was great and comforting as well keeping an eye out to ensure I was doing well during the whole process. Both were amazing and made the procedure seem less for me.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from reception to dentist and all staff. Efficient, supportive and friendly and extremely good value for money.

Negative experience: I asked the dentist l wanted a quote to fix 4 teeth. His quote was for 6. I told him l hadn't worked for over 2 years. His response " Don't worry, l can access your super". Then l requested my full mouth exray to be emailed to me. 1st they sent a single tooth image. When l complained, the full mouth x-ray was emailed but the central portion was blurred. Also the manager rang me after my complaint and promised to send me other options. Nothing came. When l called again, l was told the dentist wants to see me. I don't know why, when the manager said she'd send me the options and then they want to see me. The yard of the property looks like a rubbish tip too.

The charges are reasonable and the clinic is clean and hygienic with very professional care. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dental care in southeast Melbourne. Dr. Punya is available only on Wednesday though.excellent.

Fantastic experience: I went to clinic due to a toothache and was fortunate to have Dr Lisa who was amazing. Really lovely nature, explained everything clearly, gave me several options and continually ensured I was ok throughout treatment. Steph in the office was also extremely helpful and answered so many questions relating to not only myself but my husband. Best dental experience I have had. Both my husband and I will be returning as regular patients as now confident of going to dentist with no fear.

Fantastic experience: Love the no gap cleaning. We have a private health card, and we don’t pay anything to get our 6 month cleaning. Dr Sandra D'caro is very patient and does a very good job.

Negative experience: The worst clinic ever. They think just for money, not at all for their patients. Even during a routine teeth check they make unnecessary X-rays without warnings and then you have to pay for it, as well they forget to provide a receipt.
