Negative experience: I went to the clinic in January due to a toothache , and two of my teeth were extracted, which led to the hospital. After that, I decided to get two dental implants, paid for the procedure and was told it would be completed in the six months.however we are in the eighth month and the implant still haven't been done.the seems that they take 90% of the money while not even completing 10 % of the work.every time I go there, they come up with a new excuse just to take more money. I am dissatisfied with the service provided by clinic. Their only goals seems to be taking money. I asked for a refund but they refused. If they don't refund my money back, I will make a complaint.

Negative experience: This was by far the worst dental experience I've ever had, and I left feeling extremely shocked,upset, and taken advantage of. I originally came in for a simple filling on the side of my front tooth, but without my consent,the dentist shaved down the bottoms of 3 OF MY FRONT TEETH!! I was completely numbed so I couldn't feel anything. She completely ruined the shape of my natural smile,not only that but she also made them completely uneven (at least do it right!). Even worse, when I opened my mouth to show her the tooth in question, she looked at me and said “woah” in a disgusted tone (I'm 13). The cavity wasn't even noticeable and wasn't that bad. That moment alone let me know I messed up walking in this clinic. The experience only got worse from there.the assistance seemed totally untrained,she repeatedly suctioned my lips,tongue, and gums instead of my saliva, and paid little to no attention to the ongoing procedure as she chatted about “boyfriends” and “blacktown” in another language. She also had an extremely strong body odor that I had to keep up with for an hour,which made the situation even more uncomfortable. At one point, she mixed my filling material using her gloved finger instead of using proper tools, completely unhygienic and unacceptable in any medical clinic.. On top of all this, the shade used for my filling didn't match my natural teeth at all. I was allowed to come back after calling them, c n and complaining about my previous experience free of charge, but the replacement still looks mismatched. They also had no empathy whatsoever and was so unbothered and unfazed, really showed customer value. I paid a total of $600 for this careless and unprofessional work, and I regret ever stepping foot in this clinic. One star is generous.

Negative experience: Over charged. Do not sign the contract. They will rip you off. Inquire around there are cheaper places. They would not realise me off the contract yet I my health fund got blocked and they have not done the work. Worst experience I have had at a medical center or dentist.

Negative experience: If u need to book second visit make sure u do it on the spot. Receptionist is beyond useless. I wanted to have 2 teeth removed under IV. Receptionist said that she has to contact anaesthesist and will let me know. Week and half gone, no news. I called and I was told that she is about to send me an email with appointment which was the following week. No email came through. On the day of so called appointment noone called me when I didn't show. I had to end up going to a different dentist..... Waste of 200 dollars for the initial consultation. U cam be good bunch of dentists there but the receptionist is letting U down big time.

Positive experience: Today, I decided to gave them 3 stars. They called me after they read my comment as below. They fixed my tooth quickly within 2 weeks. I appreciate anyone who reckon their mistakes and redo it better. I have got a good looking tooth now. I rate for them 5️this time for their apologized attitude, caring for their business and learning from mistakes and get better. So (5+1):2=3️. If you want to know why just read comment below that was written before. (Now they have replaced my tooth): They are not deserved to 1 star. I came with healthy teeth and did veneer just for beauty. I did 12 teeth. When they finished 6 teeth on the top, my teeth started wobbling. I told them but they ignored. I kept telling them but they blame on me touching those teeth. Then they took me 8 months to finish my 12 teeth. However, I could not bite any food even the big piece. I came back and the male nurse shaved my teeth to make me to be able to eat. When he was doing that, he broke my teeth and continue to shave it without apologies. It dropped on my tongue and I gave it to him. He threw straight away to the bin without any words. Then when I got home, I only could eat the big piece, any food with the size of rice, I just swallow. I called them back, they did not pick the phone. I tried my best to bite then three months after, suddenly something dropped down like a piece of my veneer but I checked and saw nothing. Then a few days after I saw the gap in between the front teeth. Then the gap developed. Just 2 more weeks for the appointment day, so I was patiently waiting. On the day I met them, I told them about the gap. They said I need to meet the doctor but she was in over sea at the moment. They booked me for the next time but doctor not came back then booked again and again. I came at least 3 times for nothing, waited at least 45 minutes but not see the doctor. Finally, I met Doctor. Then they checked X-ray plenty times. Then they said I might got gum infection and needed to pay more to treat the disease. After that, I also had to pay more to do implant. I refused and they said they would put the cling (something like that) for me at the night time to stop my teeth wobbling. After that I got a missed call from them and I called back but no one picked phone. Then now nobody called to care. And now all of 12 teeth are wobbling. I lost a lot of money, time and suffer for this centre. I’m really upset! Scam!

Fantastic experience: I recommend “Your Family Dentist”in Liverpool highly to anyone who needs dental treatment, crowns, root canal or anything to do with your teeth. This dental office is owned by the Bhayani, Dr Nick and Dr Shaveta and they have a bunch of excellent staff. You feel at home as soon as you enter and they do their work with love. Negative experience: They gave consultation for $9000 to fix my teeth and they have not got back me about about to start any dental work it's been 2 years so far I keep getting ignored and have not got my money back highly not recommended

Negative experience: We had an appointments twice and every times we were waiting 40 minutes to get inside the room. Not proper job and poor service. Not recommended at all.
Negative experience: The receptionist never calls back to follow up, even though she says she will. This has been a years long experience. Recently, I wanted to see a dentist that provides a service that this clinic doesn't, and Your Family Dentist Liverpool has ignored emails and multiple follow ups to send my records to the dentist. I sent a formal complaint on email which has been ignored, and they have also ignored Fair Trading in regards to this complaint. So unprofessional.

Negative experience: Walked out very disappointed and confused I wanted the gap on my front tooth filling done.I said this to the old lady/dental done she checked I remember her saying this can only for show no biting no eating at all only for show I remember she keeps saying this so I decided not to go ahead with anything..walked out very disappointed filling was $1500 avoid going to this place at all cost Not worth a star
I think you are reviewing wrong dentist,
Number 1 we don't have a patient with the above name.
2] I don't know of old women working with us as currently we do t ha e any old or mature women working.
3] we don't charge 1500 for fillings, cost of filling with us is 250 to 400 dollars.
Also there is ageism and lies in you review and you should take this down.

Negative experience: A year back i was there because of left side lower wisdom teeth pain but they simply extracted the upper one and charged $520 for single normal extraction and now the problem is still same, lost my teeth and money for nothing.

Negative experience: I’ve heard and dealt with it first hand, their bad service and lies they have told me when getting my braces, they promised perfect results and after 4 years I’ve still not seen promising results. After I told them about my concerns they ignored it and said that they never said it would be perfect results and that’s the best they can get even tho they told me getting Invisalign was the best alternative other than getting braces. Their service is bad and I wish I had never gone there. Now they are saying I should get braces paying extra $1000s of dollars when I could have just gotten it earlier and got it done earlier. I do not recommend.

Positive experience: Paid $300 to get super forms "submitted " to my super to use for dental, well that never happened, they don't "submit" the forms at all. They fill in a form but then u have to do all the work ,. My form they filled in got stolen, then told I have to pay another $300 now, even though they were never submitted. As well as my upfront $1000 & other payments is all used up. I spent 6 hours travelling there & back each time & the last time the forms weren't even ready so I wasted 6 hours & the costs to get there. So 2 years wasted (because I don't have the time to do what I thought I paid for ! For them to actually submit the forms So no I'm not happy now

Negative experience: This practice is good. It's well equipped, the dentist was very experienced and the the staff are friendly (with the exception of the reception). Here was the issue - This was my first time there and I had made an appointment for 11am. I rock up 5 minutes beforehand and they get me to fill out some stuff and I wait for the dentist. It was not until 12pm that I finally was able to see the dentist and they started my consultation/cleaning. Unfortunately this was far too long to wait to see a dentist, you have to wonder what's the point of making an appointment if you wait that long and why didnt they just tell me to come a bit later? Afterall they did call me 15 minutes beforehand to check that I was coming. Sadly, i dont think I will return for this sole reason. If not for the wait it would've been an easy 5 stars.

Negative experience: Wow , If you’re looking at getting any urgent work done I’d personally recommend going anywhere else. Customer service is horrible & Urgency is none existent. I’ve seen coffee shop workers more interested in what they do. The amount of times they have made my partner go back and forth on the phone with them with constant excuses as to why things will be delayed is horrendous from people taking 3-4 days off at a time to their machines not working or some type of tech problem. Genuinely can’t believe she’s paying for the close to nothing service you give. Seriously I’d choose a different dentist, FIX YOUR WORK CULTURE , ATTITUDE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT. PEOPLE ARE PAYING BIG MONEY!!!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. 12 months ago I had a consultation for veneers. I got my veneers 9 months after my initial consultation due to them telling me repeatedly that their lab tech making the veneers was on holiday… then he was sick. I sent email after email and called, however no one would get back to me until I sent an email requesting a refund of the amount I had already given to them. I ended up letting them do my my veneers. To the actually dentists credit, they did a good job and were accommodating, however this was only because they knew I was unhappy to begin with. Since having the veneers done, I have called and emailed numerous times to get the codes so I can claim on health insurance. The ONE time I got through to someone at reception, I was told I would receive an email from them with the codes. I have still not received it and have been trying to call the clinic with no answer. Contact with them is a nightmare, so spare yourself the trouble. I won’t be going back…
