Fantastic experience: I had the misfortune of have a molar removed last week, however I was extremely fortunate to be in the care of Dr Amy and Tilly. Amy is a dentist who is very gentle, capable, caring and professional. Supported by Tilly, who is equally as kind and caring. Together, they made a fraught and potentially painful experience easy and painless. The follow up phone call the next day to check on me was unexpected and very welcomed. The level of care is exceptional from Amy and Tilly, and from Minke, in reception.

Fantastic experience: Had a bad tooth. I went online booked an appointment. I received a call straight away explained i wanted it extracted. Made the booking I received a txt about an opening. The whole experience was amazing everything was laid out before anything was done. For a emergency tooth extracted to be seen straight away is great. The price of the whole ordeal was very good. Negative experience: Terrible Dr with awful customer service. Been quoted for an easy job and charged twice and didn’t answer me since the . Their price is much higher than any other dentist in Sunshine Coast and quality of service is much lower than most of them. Don’t get fooled with their fake 5 star reviews (the marketing company does it for them). Absolutely ripoff not recommended their them

Fantastic experience: Absolute 5 star worthy, I cannot thank Dr Phillip and the assistant who was with him enough. I had to book an emergency appointment as my wisdom tooth was in really bad condition. After a few minutes of consultation, he suggested to remove it. It only took roughly an hour with everything combined. And, they were very thorough in ensuring the best care of me, not to mention too that they were very friendly. Made it so much easier to relax. Worth every cent, I could not recommend them more for dental health.

Fantastic experience: Got an emergency appointment on the day since I’ve dealing with sharp tooth ache. Dr. Amy was amazing, super throughout the whole treatment and transparent about costs. I said I was going back home shortly and just wanted a quick fix for now and was treated super well. Liked how Dr. Amy makes you feel calm during the whole process as dentists can be stressful places, she reminds to breathe and tells you all that is happening, I didn’t feel the usual pain and stress I normally do. Fantastic experience: Was incredibly apprehensive coming into the clinic but after meeting dr Amy I was immediately comforted. I felt heard and advocated for with no judgement whatsoever. The recommendations were clear and concise on next steps in my dental work needing to be done. She took the time to get to know me on a personal level never felt like I was just another number coming into the chair. Dr Amy took the time to explain everything needing to be done thoroughly in great detail. You could tell she genuinely just wants to help people which is very refreshing. Despite not having gone to the dentist for several years due to this fear, I finally decided to schedule an appointment with her. Dr. Amy's calming demeanor, thorough explanations, and patience during my initial consultation, even when I became emotional, made a significant difference. Following the replacement of some fillings during the first session, my fear of dental visits significantly diminished, leading to two subsequent anxiety-free sessions. Fantastic experience: I have just moved to Queensland and need a new dentist. My first appointment with Dr Phil Nguyen was fantastic - he was extremely thorough and explained everything that he was doing in detail. I had a full check-up, a clean, x-rays and imaging. I also had some residual cement on the back on my front teeth from an old retainer that Dr Phil removed. I also had discolouring on the bottom of my front two teeth which I have been self-conscious about which Dr Phil was able to easily fix for me. Overall, a great experience - super friendly and professional.

Reminders for Appts (even when booked 6months in Advance) they will always call to confirm well before the Appt & SMS reminder. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a lot of issues with dentists being quite demeaning and unhelpful, and I’ve now been to Avenue Dental in Sippy Downs a few times who have held my hand through the anxiety and done nothing but help me. They also fit me in urgently when needed. I can’t fault them and will be back.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist was nervous seeing a new dentist after being with my old dentist for over 30 years after moving from Syd … nothing but praise made me feel at ease and front of house were very professionals . Dr Phil is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. It's easy to tell that Dr Phil has a strong passion for his work and providing patient-centred care as he truly went above and beyond to explain everything comprehensively and provide high-quality dental care. The whole team was very friendly and made it a seamless process to book future follow-up appointments.
