Hello Edward, We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with our clinic/Dentist. We strive to give our best advice and best treatment to our patient. You have come with your son and wife for many times with us and you all had been very wonderful patient and were very happy with us since 2022. To let you know, we always follow current Australian guidelines and do not use any expired materials and we rigorously follow current infection control guidelines. Your wife was first seen by dentist Dr. Atiqua Adeel in May 2023 for limited check up and 2 fillings were done and was transferred to experienced dentist Dr. Madhu Kumari to take out your wife’s complicated wisdom tooth extraction and her complicated wisdom tooth was extracted here Aug 2023. (All records are maintained in our clinic.) Then your wife came after her traffic accident this year and saw Dr. Madhu Kumari and wanted to claim her dental treatment from TAC. Dr. Madhu Kumari did full mouth examination after her accident. (No full mouth examination was done PRIOR to her traffic accident by Dr. Madhu Kumari) and all reports were sent to TAC Correctly and truthfully. TAC denied your claim saying she was not injured in her face at all. Dr. Madhu does not deny seeing your wife and has filled all the forms correctly and according to the current legislations. You came to our clinic on 17/10/2024 and first requested Dr. Madhu Kumari to write a letter which is not correct and is not legally right and then threatened her and left the clinic abruptly, when she was trying to explain to you. WE DO NOT DO WRONG THINGS or WRONG DENTAL TREATMENT. (We have all our digital records ).Hope it answers your questions and if you have any grievances, you can still call us or email us to resolve your matter.
