Let’s be honest — going to the dentist doesn’t exactly top anyone’s list of fun activities. But this clinic truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and welcoming environment that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Brijesh takes the time to clearly explain each step of the process, making sure you understand what’s happening and why — something I really value. If you're on the hunt for a new dentist, and you're like me (not exactly thrilled by the idea of dental visits ), I highly recommend giving them a try.

From the moment I walked in, Lily greeted me with warmth, smiles and a friendly face that immediately put me at ease. I had the pleasure to have Onmia do my check-up and a thorough clean, and the whole experience made me realise my fear was completely unfounded. It was comfortable, professional, and surprisingly pleasant. I’ll definitely be going back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Amazing service, fantastic team—10/10!

I live 6 hrs from Perth & raced down there after having fractured/ cracked my lower Wisdom tooth. Knowing that I was from the bush, these ladies & the woman dentist went SO FAR OUT OF THEIR WAY - to accomodate my needs that I was overwhelmed at the fact that they did ALL OF THAT for me. Dr. Omnia is an exceptional dentist – professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the current state of my dental health and what steps we’d take next. The cleaning was gentle yet very effective, and I left feeling genuinely cared for. A special thank you also goes to Nurse Lily, who was friendly, attentive, and made the entire visit even more comfortable. Her calm and caring presence really helped put me at ease throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines clinical excellence with such a warm, welcoming approach. He is gentle and caring as well as competent and professional. He strives to perfection and ensures patient is satisfied with outcome. His staff are friendly and welcoming. Having been well looked after by Dr. Elmofty a while back for an emergency, surgical wisdom tooth extraction I am now under the excellent care and expertise of Dr. Mandli. (Dr. Elmofty was on leave when a molar broke a few weeks ago). Like Dr. Elmofty, Dr Mandli is a first class dentist who communicates well and has performed several procedures painlessly. He understands my financial situation (not having private health insurance) and has focused on the essential work. I genuinely believe he cares and wants to prolong the longevity of teeth I have not looked after being a heavy smoker and anxious about dental work from bad experiences twenty plus years ago. Very happy to entrust the health of my teeth to this doctor. Shout out for the excellent, reassuring dental nurses and brilliant front of surgery staff. Can't recommend this practice enough. .................... I only ever review cafes and restaurants but I'm going to make an exception for this excellent dental practice. Early this week at work I started experiencing quite severe wisdom tooth pain. When I called the dental practice I usually attend I was told the doctor that I see had retired and that no other doctors were available until the following afternoon. I went into a bit of a panic but a work colleague recommended this practice so in pain and anxiety I called First Impressions. Speaking of first impressions, Tina and her colleagues were professional and compassionate and organised an emergency appointment with Dr Mohsen Elmofty within 3 hours. Although the surgical extraction was protracted and complex I am very grateful to Dr Elmofty for his superlative skill, professionalism and reassuring manner. For the assistance from his very able dental nurse and the free follow up care. Three days later I've been given the all clear so I won't miss my Xmas dinner after all and can get back to reviewing curry and noodle cafes after 3 days of yoghurt, hummus and smoothies. I will definitely be making another appointment to discuss other work that may need done. Thank you team. First class.

Negative experience: I am so upset that I would not even give them 1 star. First since I am leaving for my homeland, I aksed my file and they refused to give it at the beginning.But this is not an issue, the issue is how their dentist did not fix my teeth. DO NOT go to this place, the dentist at this place was doing the same teeth over and over again, but I still had problems after, such as sensitivity and pain even after a few months. When I went to other dental place in Perth, I was advised after the scan that the teeth were not treated correctly and cavity is still present and they need to do the same teeth again and fix it properly. So now I have to pay again for treatment for all the 4 teeth. Also their dentist Dr Ahmed advised that I need to take out my 4 wisdom teeth and when I went to the dental surgeon in another practice here in Perth, he advised me I do not need to take out my wisdom teeth at all and I do not have 4, only 2 wisdom teeth. The worst experience ever!

Fantastic experience: I had not seen a dentist for 7 years due to a traumatic experience… my initial consultation with Dr O Abouzeid was at Butler! I was immensely impressed, with how well I was received and treated by the Doctor and staff who put me at ease ! On the 9.9.24 I attended their Joondalup Dental Clinic and again was received with such warmth and support! The extraction was complex and required the assistance of another doctor- However, Dr O Abouzeid conducted the procedure. The assisting dental nurse was equally empathetic and maintained communication throughout the procedure, and truly put me at ease. I was very anxious about this situation. The care and attention to detail and checking in with me from Dr Abouzeid, the reassurance throughout the process alongside her professionalism - certainly helped me to feel confident in her abilities of experience and expertise. My overall experience was that, I felt held in a very safe environment and impressed by the care of everyone involved at First Impression Dental Clinic Joondalup. I’m always a bit apprehensive about dentists due to some painful experiences, however no issues like that here, whether it’s a filling, tooth extraction for Invisalign, or a scale and clean, they have all been painless experiences and my dentist always makes sure I’m comfortable and ok, offering breaks along the way. A very professional and compassionate team, highly recommend!

She spent extra time talking to me and was so kind and non judgmental. Fantastic experience: Dr Brijesh at First Impressions was a delight to visit. I had a clean and tray impressions done, professional service and he made me feel very comfortable throughout. The dental nurse was amazing too, precise control with the sooky-hose, I didn't feel like I was drowning once, perfect!

Positive experience: It was quite a good and prompt service from the doctor as well as the receptionist. I had my wisdom tooth extracted followed up by a free appointment to check the status of the healing process. The only thing that got me was the price. I ended up paying $490+(also some establishment fees for installment plans). I know dental care is expensive but yet this managed to put a huge dent on my wallet.

Fantastic experience: What an absolute ripper of a dentist, not only did they help me every step of the way to get my super for my very much needed implants for my front teeth there were phone call check up aswell by the lovely reception staff whom I come to know over the past year and a ½. Excellent work by Dr Brijesh and his team on mine and my sons teeth, very gentle with the numbing needle and making sure he was comfortable throughout the whole process . Before, middle and after photos all very detailed and explained in a way even I can understand. Highly recommended thru n thru. She was able to give me all the relevant information I needed in order to make an informed decision and made me feel comfortable to book an appointment in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Just turned 18 first time having to go do my annual check up by myself staff were very understanding walked me through paperwork and were overall very nice, respectful and charismatic

Negative experience: Very very rude receptionist! She called me (mother with little baby, also a client) about my husband’s procedure. She ask me why is he not responding to their calls and emails. She ask me for the reason and then why he is going somewhere else… and she commanded me to tell him to pick up the phone and respond to emails! Sorry we live in 21th century and we can choose any provider we want and do not have to tell anybody about our decision if we did not sign any contract about procedure or anything else. Unfortunately this is very unprofessional and customers should never be approached like this. After this experience I would never ever recommend this practice to anyone. Please avoid if you do not want to be harassed. And as an advice to the practice please educate your staff about how they should be approaching customers. Good luck with your future business.
