Negative experience: Visiting braces and faces for past 4 years never had issues with treatment and staff. Today waited 1 hour after taking appointment and when checked in reception staff answered rudely and asked to wait arrogant tone. not expected behaviour from staff.

The consult was very informative and they answered any questions we had clearly and factually. Fantastic experience: Hash and the Team at Braces n Faces are truly the amazing, the treatment care I have received from start to now (almost finished) is absolutely the best. From walking in and being greeted by the amazing reception staff, to each and every assistant, the team in the background making all the magic happen to Hash, Ingrid and David who in some way have been with my journey from the start, you all are amazing in your own respective ways.

Fantastic experience: The team was Next Level! What is normally a daunting experience for children turned out to be a pleasant, at times fun and most importantly a positive experience. The end result was a happy daughter with a smile that can light up the world. We are super happy and grateful for the whole team.

Negative experience: I did my full braces journey with these guys at age 19, mostly fine experience. However, I found one of the receptionists to be quite blunt and unhappy (every time I went). My teeth were never bad, just lots of spaces and overbite, I was surprised when Hash recommended I get jaw reconstruction surgery for ‘aesthetic purposes’ aka my jaw doesn’t sit ‘right’ which doesn’t look as good as it could. I was unaware of this problem throughout my whole life so him saying that has caused insecurity of how my face looks. I cannot afford jaw reconstruction surgery to make myself look better, nor do I want to go through the painful process, I just wanted to straighten my teeth a little. I’ve sat on this feeling for years, but I’m fed up with feeling insecure and wanted to share my thoughts. I haven’t been back in years and even missed the one year follow up after getting my braces off because I didn’t feel comfortable going back to a grumpy receptionist and a ‘know it all’ orthodontist. Sorry to leave this review but it’s been eating me up and has affected my mental health (which has never been good).

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Braces and Faces Geelong highly enough. We have had nothing but wonderful experience. The team have gone above and beyond every step of the way. To the point where we needed a replacement retainer, and even though their machine had broken that day, they sourced another way of making the retainer and express posting it to us that very same day. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go with braces n faces for my Invisalign treatment and I'm very glad I did. I 100% felt like they cared more about my teeth being perfect than rushing me out the door, and when I thought my teeth were fine they were pushing for me to make slight adjustments to get them even more perfect. The treatment was a flat cost, so each further adjustment and refinement didn't incur any additional cost to me, which was awesome. The team was amazing, always happy to have banter (which is good because dentistry isn't always the most relaxing thing to do), but shout-out to Danielle from the front-desk - always accommodating to my random reschedules, fun to chat with when I arrived for an appointment and just overall fantastic! Ingrid, the MVP who showed me her growing YouTube channel of cardboard based veggie growing, and Hash is super professional and efficient. What a team! To anyone reading, if you want to get braces or Invisalign, do yourself a favour and go to braces n faces.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, always kind and gentle. Our daughter had braces put on in September and we have seen amazing changes and alignment. Any emergencies simply call and they will try to slip you in. Check ups are quick and painless, (well not painless) but next steps are explained. While adding tension bands or new wires they explain what they are doing and how it will make a difference. Masks are still required when entering the office.
