Fantastic experience: The first ever dentist that made me walk out shocked , in the best way . Usually no body likes going to the dentist because of the cost & all the fun that comes with it , tho when I booked myself & my dad as new patients at this clinic , after both our check ups , there was absolutely no extra cost just like it said , there was NO expansive bill given for the future appointments. Would absolutely recommend. I have seen 2 different Dr’s & they have both been absolutely wonderful.

Negative experience: Terrible customer experience and very unprofessional. I booked in the tooth extraction two weeks ago with the receptionist and was offered and booked in on Friday morning 10:00 am. I firmly confirmed if I need consultation before the booking date and the replying is no need as Lucas already got my xray from my previous tooth washing. Text message confirmed again on Wednesday. On Friday morning 9:10am, receptionist called me and said unfortunately we can not do the extraction today as Rachel can not do it can you please reschedule it? I was like thounds of questions mark around my head. Wasn’t I booked with Lucas who did the tooth washing and xray for me before? Why you guys notify me this on the day of supposed extraction 50 mins before even with confirmation text message sent 2 days ago. I planned 2 days off weeks ago from busy work and got this fantastic result. Well done Hornsby dental. Please avoid this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Hornsby Dental with Dr Olivia and Jing. My daughter needs to remove 4 teeth in 2 appointments. Olivia made her so comfy and build up a trust in just in a very short time. Jing is very helpful to assist the whole process including look after me as i am nervous as well. We recommended them to anyone. Receptionist is also very helpful. I had a very pleasant experience here.

They are highly qualified and keep up to date with latest procedures and technologies. I first went there for a Crown on one of my molars. I found they made the crown in house then and there and meant that I did not have to have several visits. Price wise it was exceptional

She is very professional and very nice. My first time check in process was smooth and very professional as I was promptly given my forms to complete and I feel support to ask the staff if I have any questions. My check up was done with the most utmost professionalism and very smooth. At first, I feel very nerves but after settle down my feeling I found that I feel very relax and no need to worry. Also when it came to payment, the reception staff where once again highly professional throughout the whole process. Overall, it is a very good experience. Surely will come back next time. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently dealing with dental issues which has progressed over the years, and I knew I would require a dentist who would understand my dental phobia and can explain a treatment plan that would be suitable for my current condition. I've been to a few dentists before coming across Hornsby Dental and I wish I found them sooner. The receptionists are very warm and helpful (Lindsey & Belinda), Dr. Song is very knowledgable and it showed on my very first appointment! He was able to alleviate my fear of dentists (not eliminated, because I have had this for years) but he reassured me everything can be treated and my case is not lost. He made sure I was comfortable with the next steps, and gave me details on what needs to be prioritised. I am keen to go back for my next appointment to sort out my dental health issues, one thing at a time. Lastly, just wanted to say thank you to Adrian from the North Sydney office for going above and beyond in helping me with administrative stuff. Dental treatments can be expensive, and sometimes that means I will need to make arrangements to make sure I can afford it. Adrian was pro-active, prompt, and has been very empathetic throughout the whole process. I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend, and look forward to my future dental appointments.

Negative experience: As much as I like and respect Dr Phillip, I would like to give 0 stars to those "silly girls" at the front desk. It was raining today, the parking was hard, I have to park at Westfield and then walk to the clinic in the rain, it was my first time so I had some trouble finding the location of the clinic, I called the clinic and ask one of the girls to direct me, they told me to go inside Mc Grath building, I went inside checking few places and found out that they clinic is opposite Mc Grath building across the road, the practice has two entrance and one was sealed, so when I made it to the clinic upstairs, I was wet and uncomfortable, one of them hands me the form to fill, as soon as I'm sitting down to do the form they've started to whispered and one of them couldn't hold her laugh she just burst. I was like...Are you for real??? I guess they were so thrilled to make me a victim of their childish play. So to the owner of Hornsby Dental Clinic, with all due respect if you have any respect for your patients who paid a fortune to go to your practice, at least hire a proper receptionist with professional training and at least knows how to dress for a desk job.

Fantastic experience: I came in for treatment and I was seen by Dr Richard. I'm general I'm an anxious person when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr Richard was very reassuring and talked through every part of the procedure as he carried it out. He had a very calming voice which made me feel he was confident in what he was doing. This reduced my anxiety and left with a much better experience than I expected.
