Negative experience: Unsupportive clinic I had a dental appointment with Dr.Sanjana for veneer and implant consultation and I quoted around $30k for both treatments. I planned to get ATO to release some of my super to fund this treatment. ATO says if veneer helps a person improving mental health,the fund can be released and I had documents to support this claim from my therapist .also I needed 3 implants as my gum hurts when having hard foods like raw vegetables and nuts. So the implants had medical reason. ATO sent me a form to be completed by Dr.Sanjana to release my super but she refused to complete it and said it is not their business' policy to confirm such treatments meeting ATO requirements however I had all documents supporting my ATO application and she just easily ignored to sign a simple form. It was frustrating to make an appointment with such a clinic where they do not know ATO process. If you plan to get fund from ATO to do dental treatment, avoid this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend enough for how amazing Lynbrook Dental Clinic is. From how friendly and accommodating the receptionists, caring and highly skilled doctors, after care check and cleanliness of the clinic. Highly recommended! Cheers, Jen

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Dr Jeevan since 2006. My teeth still sparkle and I dont have any fillings. He has a funny sense of humour and we understand each other (at least I think so). He loves cars and so does my son who is 17 and has always been to Lynbrook Dental. He also has beautiful teeth and just lost his last baby tooth! He has had to have his baby teeth removed as they have all been stuck so the way they do this is so gentle informative and caring that he was able to go back to the same dentist. We are more than happy :)

Dr. Chris gave me that smile. I was embarrassed at the state of my teeth but he made me feel very comfortable. He is very caring and put me at ease. He is the best dentist and I would recommend him to all. His assistants Becca and Eliza are fantastic and very kind as well as all the receptionists. Fantastic experience: My experience with Surgeon Naser. He’s a Gem, guided me the whole process about my wisdom tooth and informed me both sides of my situation. He was patient took his time to explain. I would highly recommend and endorse him given my experience. He informed me my case should be going to General asthesia as it’s a bit complicated. I’m happy to recommend this clinic to anyone who might be looking for a new dentist in the Lynbrook/Cranbourne North area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My only issue was that their onsite carpark seemed a bit small for me… but that’s no big deal! ‍♀️

Negative experience: Was getting a check up and the assistant dentist wasn’t wearing a mask on properly and coughing on me so now I am sick with a sore throat.

Positive experience: I have done my braces with Dr. Ashwani here. He is great at his work and explaining the steps as well. I have had two emergency mishaps with my braces twice and both times I have had to wait 2 weeks to see him. I have been told the orthodontist works in this clinic one day every two weeks. Regrettably, I wouldn't do my braces here again because of the lack of availability of an ortho in case of an emergency. Dentists on the other hand are great. I feel like their advice are geared towards what's best for the patient rather than selling a service!

Positive experience: My low star review is for the surgeon Naser. I was referred to him to get my wisdom teeth removed. He lacked empathy, lacks communication skills and has no bedside manner. I was left traumatised after the procedure, as he didn’t numb my mouth properly before cutting into it. His priority is doing the procedure as fast as he can, so he can get to his next one to get his $$. So if you are already scared and/or anxious about getting this procedure done, my advice to you would be: don’t do it with him. I’ve had my other wisdom tooth removed with another surgeon at another practice and he took his time, communicated every step and my recovery time after that procedure was much faster. And most importantly, he actually made sure my jaw was numb everywhere before cutting into it lol. All the other staff that work there are all amazing. Shoutout to Dr Sanjana, she’s always so thorough and informative. Receptionists are all helpful too. It’s a shame that one persons arrogance and negligence can ruin all the good experiences you have had.

She thoroughly explained and made me feel at ease with what the process would be. I have always been apprehensive with dental work as I have had some bad experiences, however I have no complaints what so ever from Dr.Ilango! Easiest and least painful dental experience I have had.

Negative experience: I had to go here for a general checkup. I greeted the dentist as usual, then sat myself in the chair. The dentist asked me if there was anything they should know, (anxiety issues, past trauma, that sort of thing). The operation went ok at first. But then they went a little careless with the small drill. It was just a little bit of pain, so I didn’t mind it. But then the dentist just went haywire on my gums, I displayed my pain in my obvious movements and they told me “don't worry, it will be over soon” and continued to scrape the hell out of my gums. It doesn’t help that the assistant there was stabbing my gums with the tube. Gums are sore, tongue hurts, all for them just to say, “keep doing what you’re doing”. Never have I once been told that at the dentist. Obviously, this was an inexperienced dentist that didn’t know what they were doing. Seriously?

Fantastic experience: I'm so overwhelmed with Dr Shami's work (braces). The friendly team always make it so comfy to come visit everytime. I appreciate the awesome service that team Lyndbrook Dental Care does and quality of dental work is definitely 10/10.
