Negative experience: Save yourself. Do not attend this clinic. I was made to feel like a liar when I recently asked to reschedule my appointment - long time endometriosis sufferer. Even though I was vomiting on the phone and could not stand upright I was not allowed to reschedule my appointment. Horrible treatment when I was already sick. Made a complaint which was addressed by the person I had complained about so basically management was kept out of the loop.

She explained me how the procedure works and how much it's going to cost me out of pocket after insurance coverage, which gave me some assurance. Fantastic experience: I had a sore and swollen gum on Sunday did the usual thing thinking it might go away (as you do) but no it was still hurting the next day, being new in town just doing some shopping and there was a dentist Dental Solutions so in I went thinking it would be a week away before I could booked in but no they fitted me in awesome the lady explained everything before starting which was good, next thing I was walking out feeling great thanks guys and oh yes the next day they rang to see how I was feeling now that’s service for you

I particularly liked the way he explained everything and put me at ease. I haven't had any post-operative pain whatsoever since the procedure yesterday and in fact am back to normal. Fantastic experience: On the 12th of September, 2023, whilst travelling from Victoria to W.A on holiday, I had the most excruciating pain in one of my broken teeth. I need to firstly mention that I have the biggest fear of visiting the dentist in general hence why I prolong putting my visits off. I no longer could ignore my pain as I could not eat and the pain medications I was taking made no difference. I had to face my fears and see the dentist pronto!! We were staying in Kalgoorlie at the time hence how I came upon “Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie”. I can not recommend them high enough!! From the first point of contact with, “Gemma”, so welcoming and reassuring at front of house to being treated by the most incredible Dentist that I have ever had the privilege of having treat my teeth (and my fears), Dr Rajinda Pathirana, whom I found to be so empathetic to my fears, caring, friendly and so very informative of my situation to the point that I could understand the pros and cons of my treatment. All of my concerns and questions were addressed and answered leaving me 100% confident in my procedure. Dr Rajinda Pathirana was so gentle to the point that I did not feel any pain or discomfort to the point that I did not realise that he had already extracted my tooth out in no time!!! I could not believe it!!! I was in absolute shock and adulation at just how incredible of a Dentist Dr Rajinda Pathirana is and I can not recommend both him and Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie high enough for anyone to go to for all of their dental needs! If I could I most definitely would travel the long road back to the West for all of my dental care with this team of professionals!! I can’t thank you all enough at Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie for fitting me into an urgent appointment, your professional and friendly staff and for your follow up phone call the next day checking in on how I was doing !! Best scale and clean I've ever had. The dentist explained clearly and showed me what work I needed done and what was priority and what could wait ect.
