Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Tuart Hill Dental with Jainish today, I was nervous going as I am not very fond of going to the dentist, I had a really wonderful experience, Jainish was so lovely and welcoming and made me feel completely at ease, he explained everything really well to me and done a wonderful job. All of the staff I met today were also most helpful and kind. Definitley helped me to overcome my fears of the dentist! I would highly recommend them to anyone! :)

Negative experience: I have been a patient of this practice since early 2022. Due to significant TMJ issues, I required a splint several months ago however despite nightly usage my jaw and teeth were in constant pain. I waited weeks to see Dr J for an appointment. In mid April my appointment day finally arrived. I was sure my problem would be resolved however it wasn’t. I was advised by Dr J she was going on a holiday and on her return was booked out for weeks. I had the option of seeing her colleague or trying to get to see her at another practice in Joondalup, details of which she was not allowed to give me but which I was told to Google if I was interested. I felt incredibly dismissed and wasn’t even in the chair 10min. I burst into tears the moment I walked out the door. It’s sad that I got to build up trust and a patient, dentist relationship only to be told I needed to see someone else should I decide to seek further treatment.

I left the clinic with a smile, feeling happy, because the staff was very helpful. Even Dr. Shah took his time and explained everything well—he wasn’t in a hurry.

Negative experience: I’m not coming back to your clinic ever again, I was running late and dr Lena 6/12 @1040 appt was very rude the way she spoke to me,she was very condescending and spoke to me like i was little child, it was very unpleasant and awkward situation, I’m sure even her assistant felt bit uncomfortable with her behaviour,refused to do clean and only did what she wanted to do, least thing she could’ve done was either reschedule my appt another time or speak in polite way. How hard it is??

Fantastic experience: I had very bad tooth pain during the week and needed an emergency appointment. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I saw Charlotte who did the first stage of a root canal treatment and she was amazing. I didn't feel a thing and I am now pain free. I will be back again in a few weeks for my second stage.

Fantastic experience: Tuart Hill Dental is truly a lovely practice with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I recently took my two children, ages 10 and 12, to see Dr Charlotte, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly gentle and friendly, making my children feel at ease. As a parent, I was anxious about the visit - I’ve had struggles getting my kids to brush their teeth, often feeling like I have to turn into a ‘crazy person’ to get it done. Past experiences with school dentists have left me feeling judged, as if I were neglectful, when in reality, they don’t understand the daily challenges. However, Dr Charlotte was nothing like that. She was understanding and supportive, and as a result, my nervousness and tendency to over-talk quickly faded. I left the appointment feel like an adult still and not a naughty child just told off…….oh yeah, remember the kids were happy If you have children who are a bit of a challenge when it comes to dental care, I highly recommend Tuart Hill Dental. You’ll feel reassured and supported, just as I did

Fantastic experience: I had to call several dentists to find one that would fit a mouth guard when the patient had braces, this clinic would and our health insurance covered it all as they were a preferred provider with BUPA. Our daughter was excited about the plethora of colour options! And the dentist was gentle and did a fantastic job fitting the mould and gently removing without damaging braces. She cleaned them up afterwards as well. So it was a quick and pleasant experience!! Very thankful and looking forward to getting her mouth guard in two weeks!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are wonderful - although they couldn't perform the emergency surgical extraction I needed there & then, they called two other clinics and found me an appointment that suited my difficult schedule. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This Practice is wonderful. I see Dr.Patel for my Dental needs. I went in today to have a filling looked at that felt a bit off. Dr.Patel had a quick look and confirmed the filling was fine, I was in and out in 5 minutes. The best part was there was NO CHARGE. I felt so glad that they did this for me as a regular customer as we all know how tight money is these days! These people are good humans that look after their patients. Of course you’ll pay for any work you have done but to have the comfort of knowing I can approach my dentist for help without the fear that they are going to milk my wallet, is something you cannot put a price on. Negative experience: I went there for my appointment and the receptionist lady was not professional at all. From the first sign, She worn nose ring and did not greet customers. When I confirmed my details for the booking and showed her the text message of reminder of the appointment, she did not help and said my name was not in the system and because of miscommunication. I was not happy at all as I went from long distance for my teeth to be treated as it was so painful that time and the lady did not do any effortsin this case foe example asking any dentists at least, that is why I think she was not helpful and professional in her job. My friend went there last time also had bad experience with her customer service as well. I just want to let whoever in charge knows.

I recently needed immediate review (outside of usual check-up) and was able to get in with my usual dentist within days. Won't be changing dentists even with the 30min travel!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have seen in years. For a check up (scale & clean) I’m fully covered by Bupa with no gap to pay! Fillings are relatively cheap and they even gave me a discount on my mouthguard so there was no gap to pay again. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with this practise to have a vaneer fixed before I go on holiday. They booked the appointment in and have now cancelled the appointment. I’m very dissapointed as it will now certainly be too late of notice to get this fixed before my holiday. Extremely upset

Fantastic experience: Always feel welcome and relaxed going here. Reception is friendly, and the dentists are all friendly and informative and ensure you are as at ease as possible. I live accross the road from a dentist and still rather make the 20 min drive to come to them.
