Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience. The dentist was condescending and dismissive throughout. She did nothing beyond basic X-rays, offered no real assistance, and on departure requested unnecessary additional X-rays—seemingly to inflate the bill and take advantage of the DVA system. Highly unprofessional and unethical conduct. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really kind dentist who explained everything to me! Was knowledgeable and quick and offered numbing gel which I thought was especially kind and sensitive. I’m normally okay with the dentist, but I think if I was afraid of the dentist I would definitely go here because of how nice and painless they tried to make things!

Fantastic experience: I have always struggled to find a dentist I can trust. With Advance Dental I have had a dental implant and other dental treatments and felt at ease everytime. They always let you know what they are doing and are realistic with expectations. Great atmosphere for kids aswell

Negative experience: Worst dental experience I have ever had. The dentist was not patient with me as my tooth was difficult to extract. I advised her how a previous dentist had done it and she insisted that i do a a root canal which I had indicated I cant afford so I wanted a complete extraction. The extraction process was very painful I will not be going back there. 3 days later i am still in alot of pain. I put 1 star because I can get otherwise i would put zero stars.

I had a very important meeting over the next two days and that being the sole reason I had googled and found her...was not off putting, she understood and didn't make me feel bad. Not only was I seen then very next day, and Dr Priya repaired the tooth and it looked great, but she also took the time to talk to me about why this had happened and how she could work with me to put a plan in place to help make sure this didn't happen to me again. I really appreciated all that was done and am so grateful.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety and I needed a tooth to be pulled, it was too expensive to get it done at hospital so I decided to get Dr Priya to do it for me, she took such good care of me even after when my body when into shock because my anxiety levels, she let me lay there and relax. She took amazing care of me and I’m even keeping the tooth Dr Priya has a new patient now after today.
