Fantastic experience: Went in for the first time for a pre-employment medical check. Booked with Dr. Chakma. Fantastic doctor, he talked me through the process, was swift and professional, and very accomodating. Personally gave me a call afterwards when I requested from my employer a medical report, and he sent the report within the hour. Possibly the best doctor I’ve had in Australia.

Fantastic experience: The doctors here are fantastic and the staff are always friendly and helpful. On occasion the appointment times can run a bit behind but it’s well worth the wait in my opinion. I’ve been coming here for the past five years to see my GP and this clinic is easy to get to especially for people who work in the CBD. Doctor Nazareth and Doctor Fiser are always empathetic, patient and extremely knowledgable in their fields, I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Darren Vairamuttu without a doubt has been the best GP I’ve had during my life. I never had a regular GP except in my adolescence, and would always see whoever was closest when I moved to Melbourne. But since meeting him around 9 years ago , I will always return here ; regardless of where my work or home situation takes me. Never had an appointment that didn’t result in being heard and being responded to with empathy, information and treatments available based on the best current evidence of substance. Never a condescending or tone deaf moment. I highly recommend him, and I really appreciate his time over the years.

Negative experience: I’m really upset with this clinic. They were listed on the AHM OSHC website as a direct billing provider, which is why I went there. But when I arrived, they said they don’t do direct billing anymore and still charged me $200 just for a normal GP visit. The staff were quite unfriendly and didn’t care at all when I explained I’m an international student and relied on their advertised info. It feels like they take advantage of students who don’t know the system. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re on OSHC, double-check everything or avoid this place.

Negative experience: Front of house staff are some of the rudest I’ve ever come across. A young brunette lady with curly hair and a nose ring was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. Only come here if you like being disrespected by receptionists.

Negative experience: Have a happy customer for many years however lately (over the last year) the service has dropped considerably. My GP runs late constantly - which i am pretty chill about however i think the thing that's tipped me over the edge is the last FOUR appointments i've made i have had a call from the office within 2 hours or on the day of to say the GP isnt available... What's the point of online booking if the GP isnt available. no explanation is ever provided. As someone who organises their day around appointments (as one should?) this is very frustrating. I will now only book on a day i know i am flexible and have 2-3 hours for the mess around of this place. Last week i booked a telehealth appointment online 2 days out (the soonest i could get in), was rung on the morning to say the GP wasn't coming in till the afternoon - rescheduled my day to accomodate. Got called back to collect pre-payment (which i missed) I called straight back to pre pay, on hold for 15 mins, had to hang up. THEN the gp ran an hour behind - called back again - at which time i provided feedback that this was A LOT of back and forth, i would have happily paid on the first phone call this morning. There have been many more examples of incompetence and unnecessary communication from the front desk team here - no one particularly is to blame - it's their systems. bad systems in place. i feel sorry for the staff to be honest. Great GP - Great care - however i can no longer recommend this place as i don't support long wait times, unorganised staff and constant rescheduling. Please do better.

Negative experience: It was an awful experience. I had a consultation 2:15pm one afternoon and the Doctor keeps delaying sending the prescription and sick leave certificate. I had been calling them for over 10 times to chase those documents and manage to get the prescriptions around 6:30pm. I kept on calling to chase for the sick leave certificate the another day and finally I got it around 3pm. The manager is arrogant and said it was a system error. Do NOT go here. It is a torture to patients. Though all the receptionists are responsive, nice and patient.

Negative experience: I initially booked online for my kid appointment with Brian Soo at 2.30pm but was kept waiting for 1 hour as either the doctor is with another patient or haven't arrivred yet. What is worse was that after 1 hr waiting the receptionist told me that Brian Soo cannot see children. Fortunately the receptionist were able to arrange dr. Jun Feng for our child. Dr. Feng was great and really helpful.

Negative experience: I had an referral that was meant to sent out on Monday. They still haven’t sent it to specialist by Wednesday afternoon resulting significant delay. Simple phone inquiry was difficult to make as I had to wait 15mins and it got hang off. No apologies or whatsoever was made when I called them back and mentioned about it. It’s shame because my GP is such a lovely lady.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I visited for the first time today. Since I am Korean and not fluent in English, I made an appointment with Dr. Rebecca Kim, a Korean doctor who is more comfortable speaking English. However, there was no issue communicating in Korean I had severe stomach pain and suspected a problem near my uterus, so I consulted with her. She was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining everything. She helped me get all the necessary tests done, and her accurate diagnosis really put me at ease. I have seen many doctors in Australia, but she was the only one to give me a precise diagnosis and detailed explanations about my condition. I am truly grateful. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you so much again!❤️❤️ I don’t remember the name of the person who drew my blood, but I was nervous, and they helped calm me and waited patiently. When I’ve done blood tests elsewhere, they had trouble finding my veins and had to poke me two or three times. However, this time, it was painless and done in one go. Thank you for making the process smooth and comfortable The reception staff were also very kind and thorough. They clearly explained the procedures and even placed my documents in an envelope when I requested it. They provided detailed and friendly explanations about the costs and the next steps This hospital has kind and meticulous staff all around! I highly recommend it. Thank you to everyone for taking care of me and helping me today. ❤️

Negative experience: Bad experience with this place, this is happened to me for second time, First time I booked for 1pm and I have to wait almost 1 hour for see the doctor. it was my second time I booked at 2pm and I arrived there at 1.50pm and I have to wait 1 hour again! So why did you guys have time for booking? If your customer arrived on time but your doctor not available for booking? Very waste won’t come back there again!

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs, even if you’re desperate. I went to this clinic recently for severe lower back pain, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The doctor wasted time talking about irrelevant things that had nothing to do with my condition. He even refused to recommend an MRI scan, calling it “useless,” which I found shocking and unprofessional, then after I begged for a referral he gave me one. To make matters worse, the receptionist claimed I had gone over the consultation time and charged me double the fee. It felt like a complete money-grab. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. If you’re thinking about going here, don’t. Read the reviews and save yourself the trouble. It was a terrible mistake on my part.

This consult was on a weekend and the weekend rate was applied which occurs a higher fee, which you would get a rebate back from Health Insurance. You were made aware of the private fees prior to the consultation. The consult was 28 minutes and prescriptions were given on the day. A referral was also given for an MRI. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Argyropoulos for years, can't recommend him highly enough. He does run late, but he's worth the wait. And whenever he's been unavailable, the replacement doctors have been great, too. The receptionists are always friendly and professional as well.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience, verbal attack by doctor named “Jun Feng” today. As a doctor, this is very unethical, and attacking a woman's age and appearance is very bad and intolerable behavior. Apologies are also perfunctory and lack basic respect for people. And lest you say I'm not your client and I can provide the time of day when it happened, I was an escort for the patient on October 31st at 3:15 PM.

Negative experience: After making prompt payment, they mess up things on their side and tell medicare payment is not received, which is wrong information. Now I spent hours on the phone with the reception at the clinic and medicare and finally they will send a cheque for the medicare rebate in 6 weeks time which has to be cleared in less than 90 days else will be invalid ! What a joke! After paying a premium out of pocket price, this is what you get from them. If you ever try to follow up, be prepared for a condescending lecture from the other side. Rudeness seems to be their top selection criteria for the job.

I booked my 8:15am appointment last night because I am not feeling well and I am checking the clinics that open earlier coz I have work at 10am today. Positive experience: These guys have been looking after my complex case for years, and always show compassion and expertise, from the reception, nurses, doctors (who work collaboratively, seeking the opinions of those who might have more expertise in a particular area), cleaners, technology, management ... the whole team! It's why I've stayed with them, despite moving an hour away. [Edit: After reading some negative comments, it dawned on me how difficult it is for the service industry these days. It is impossible to please everyone! For example, some people have complained about excessive wait times (which are a result of doctors spending more than the allocated 15 minutes for each patient; hopefully the current medicare review will result in more government funding, and lower fees), but for me being given more than 15 minutes is a *good thing*. Upon reflection, maybe it (whether a doctor tries to adhere to the 15-minutes) can be part of the listing, in a similar way to highlighting a doctor's gender or particular specialities.]

Negative experience: The doctor was great but when I booked the time at 4:30 and having to wait until 5:15 was not a pleasant experience, especially when you are sick. The cost is extensively high when having to wait for so long and also I had to give my ID card before the appointment and the reception forgot to hand it back to me so I had to go back the next day which was quite a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to QV medical one since 2017 and Dr. Brian Soo has been my regular doctor throughout. He is very dedicated and compassionate, especially towards international students. It is also good that he understands Asian cultural values, which makes him easy to talk and discuss various health issues without fear of judgement (in relation to social context) and allowed me to have a lot of trust in him, which I think is very important. I really appreciate Dr. Brian Soo in helping me maintaining my physical and mental health throughout my PhD journey in Melbourne.

Negative experience: I was in Melbourne on a trip and needed urgent care relating to mental health. The receptionist was condescending, showed no empathy and was just a right out disgusting piece of work. The doctor I seen (Deepthi) was worse. I have never had an experience like this from any doctor in my life. She was dismissive and plain nasty, and basically kicked me out of the consult room. She needs to be sacked. The whole experience was a waste of time and just made me feel so much worse. Thanks for making a hard day even harder. Avoid this place at all costs.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Dr Abbas. Got me trying 4-5 different antibiotics that didn't work, and made me come into the clinic (and charge me) to hear test results and get prescriptions. I insisted numerous times that I would like to go see a specialist, but kept pushing back that he wanted to try other meds. Last call ended on a sour note, asking me to book in another consult (more $$) for that referral I asked weeks ago. Never returning here.

Negative experience: I respect healthcare people but it just left me so many questions. I suppose to get the 3rd dose of HPV but the doctor didn’t make an appointment until I go back again for a new issue, 1 year apart. I don’t understand why. I was trying to think positively that maybe under her consideration, I only need two??. I swear, there is no appointment or reminder for me. I was too busy until I realised that I didn’t complete it. First thing that another doctor said today is you need to get the vaccine to complete 3 doses. At least she said it’s still ok to have the 3rd dose now, no need to restart again. Also, it took me waiting for this vaccine for 40 mins on a quiet day. If I didn’t go ask them, probably have to keep waiting as they forgot about me. And yes I was late for my work. It’s just really not my day. Really hope to finish everything and change the clinic.

Negative experience: Edit: I am going to edit my review now that I have been visiting MedicalOne a few times now. 1. It took them over a month for them to provide me with the results of a sample I provided. The first time I called, I was told first that it was strange the doctor hadn't told me and the doctor was informed. Still no call. The second time, I called Melbourne Pathology. They also said that it was strange the doctor hadn't called and again they informed the doctor. Still no call. The third time I called MedicalOne again and they told me I need to make a booking. Every time previously I just received a call out of nowhere about my sample (without asking what time is best for me fyi). This time I had to make a booking? After a MONTH? This brings me to: 2. I made that booking for telehealth knowing I had a long drive that morning, specifically requesting telehealth. The telehealth call time comes. And goes. After 30 minutes I call the reception. They said "this was supposed to be an in person appointment!" No it wasn't. Their saving grace was that they reorganized my booking fairly quickly. 3. They make you make an appointment to have a consultation where they ask you to take samples (blood, urine, stool etc), pay for that appointment, then call you up/make you make an appointment to be called up to tell you the results, then immediately make you pay like $80 for a 3-minute phone chat about those results. Are you kidding me? 4. They chase you for payments like loan sharks, all but spray painting your house and hanging a pig's head up at your door. Seriously. Having a long day? Working 9-5 or maybe 8:30am-8:30pm? With no breaks? Like I do? Too bad! They will not only repeatedly call you but demand you make payment before 5pm on the work day you had the appointment itself because head office needs it! Regardless of your valid explanation or the fact that you have been reliably paying them every single time. I work in customer service myself, and I understand these difficulties but it is well and truly ridiculous for them to force you to drop everything at your own workplace or panic run to their site after a workplace so you can read out your credit card details to them over the phone lest you face the wrath of 15 consecutive phone calls. Especially if you are sick enough to require samples to be taken! The front desk staff and doctors are lovely and all. But none of this is ok. Do better please. ---- I don't understand the bad reviews at all. I called in half-dead yesterday and the receptionist who answered the phone was caring and friendly and gave me well-wishes. It made me decide to ignore the reviews and I booked to go in last night. Walked in with the flu that had me shivering, coughing, sneezing and vomiting and unable to sleep without waking up to cough so hard I'd vomit for hours for several nights. I got to see Doctor Catherine Streeton within minutes. The doctor thoroughly checked my ears (sinus), throat and lungs with care. She was attentive and listened to everything I said, even though my voice was mostly gone, and even instantly printed me a medical cert when I off-handedly mentioned I had to miss work due to my flu. She even smiled and sent me off afterwards with well-wishes. I came out with prescriptions that gave me my first uninterrupted full night's sleep in far too many days and I feel much better today. I couldn't book with my regular clinic so the one last booking available that I found and snatched up with Medical One was a stroke of luck and a real lifesaver. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for over 10 years. My Doctor Michelle Nazareth, is always caring and thoughtful. At the beginning I was close by but since moving in all directions I still come back to see her even though it's a big distance. It's hard to find a Dr who shows me the same attention and care as Michelle does. Michelle has a great understanding of mental health and always shares good and honest advice. The receptionists at medical one also have always been efficent and helpful.

Negative experience: If I had done a bit of research, I wouldn't have visited this clinic. Just as most of the reviews said, there was long waiting and a large out-of-pocket expense. My appointment was at 2 PM, but I waited until 2:45 to see my GP. They charge $120 for short consultations under 15 minutes and $151 for those over 15 minutes. I paid$151 and received $80.10 from the Medicare rebate. I had a blood test on that day. According to their rules, they don't offer consultations over the phone, which means more long waiting and out-of-pocket expenses ahead.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at this clinic for a decade now. Dr. Michelle Nazareth is not only a thorough doctor but also a very warm person. The wait times at the centre typically range from 20 to 30 minutes, occasionally stretching longer during busy periods. However, I anticipate this and always bring a book to pass the time in the waiting room. Although the clinic's fees are slightly higher than those of my local GP, I'm more than willing to pay the extra cost for the quality care provided by Dr. Nazareth.

Negative experience: Dr. Brian Soo:” If I was late for your appointment more than 1 hour and you should go out to have a coffee and wait till be noticed.” “You know, I am very patient doctor.”(??) My appointment is 15:45 and I waited outside for more than 1 hour. IT IS doctors’s responsibility to do the time management for each appointment slot rather than making excuses for your LOW efficiency. My time is priceless, I paid the money for my appointment time not others. Because the start time is nearly 17:00, clinic can charge higher fee which is more than 100 bucks. Good for you, experience sucks.

Negative experience: Ive had my fair share of horrible experiences here. When the location is so good, it's hard to find compelling enough reasons to leave but trust me for anyone reading this, find somewhere else. It is worth it to travel to any other medical centre. Over the past years: 1. Appointments range from being 10-120 minutes late, with an average of around 25-30 minutes. they are very consistently not on time. I have never once had an appointment on time. 2. This establishment is cashless. Fine, whatever ill pay by card, but then suddenly there's a card surcharge. An extra $1-2 wont sway me that much but it's intentionally misleading and illegal under competition and consumer act 2010 to have a card surcharge not priced into the service/product without accepting cash. dont ask how i know this i just love learning and studying consumer and taxation law. 3. Today specifically, they failed to mention in any way (not on their website nor their reception prior to the appointment) that the specific doctor I saw does not accept student rates. I am a student, and have always paid student rates, and today they made me pay more than double the out of pocket of what I usually pay. What clowns. 4. Despite my previous point I do totally recommend the doctor (Catherine Streeton) she was an extremely good one, and if you unfortunately have to come here, go see her. The pathologists are also great. Doctors here are a complete hit or miss. Some really are garbage trying to get you in and out but hey test your luck I guess. 4. For 'security reasons' they cant provide any medical results over the phone which is a clear and obvious method of rorting your customers another $100+ for an unnecessary follow up appointment. 5. Back in Covid, and quite a long period post Covid they wouldn't let anyone attend without a mask (Sure, fine) but ended up charging for masks, and often said they don't have any left, encouraging buying masks at the pharmacist next door which would only sell a multi pack for >$10. What kind of medical establishment runs out of face masks during a pandemic? That is like Macdonalds running out of fries. Clear and obvious lies. 6. I swear its like a 20% chance a doctor can pronounce my name correctly. (For anyone reading, my google name is not my legal name). I get that for a lot of them English is a second language but you call out our names when you're ready for our appointment, and I don't want to sit there confused on whether or not they called out my name because they seemingly can't pronounce it. Use numbers instead... I could go on and on but i've already wasted thirty minutes typing this string of garbage on my day off. Positives? As I said some, definitely not all doctors are really good, pathologists are really good. Thats about it. Don't come here. Edit: My Mum's experience here: "I came here once only, and was charged $70 above the bulk billing rate only to find that I was processed in a matter of minutes and out the door lickedly split. I couldn't justify spending $70 for what was clearly inferior medical service"

In response to your response: I did not attend for myself. The appointment was for my 12 months old. Your reception response of no idea is right on point consistent with their service or lack of. Fantastic experience: They really go above and beyond to show care!! My usual GP isn't open on Sundays and after checking out a few other clinics on Google, I came across this establishment. The receptionist Natalie gave a good first impression and made the appointment booking quick and easy. Similarly, she made the experience seamless when I visited the practice for my appointment, which was with Dr Chris Argyropoulos, and I must say I was really impressed with how he cares for his patients. I was also grateful that he provided some proactive advice - which I rarely get from my GP. I'm now thinking of changing my usual GP.

Negative experience: Terrible rude and racist reception. Today afternoon, me and my wife was there for an appointment. The reception was so rude and impolite. We forgot the mask and we kindly ask if we can have 1 spare. They refuse it and say without it i have to leave. However, the lady after us was no mask as well but this time the staff did come to inside and take a mask for her ? You can check CCTV at 2:00 pm today for evidence. Absolutely never comeback there.

Fantastic experience: It’s interesting to note how diverse each of our experiences can be in regard to all sorts of services. So I was very surprised to note the negative review for Dr Brian Soo. Medical One QV has been my primary medical care provider for the last 15 yrs. Except for one single episode, which in hindsight I think may be a consequence of the chaos of Covid, I can sincerely say that I’ve had really exemplary service from reception staff and the GPs I have seen. Dr Soo in particular has been my GP for the majority years I’ve been a patient. I find him to be conscientious, committed, professional, thorough and organized. He has been attentive and responsive to my various medical issues and forthright in motivating me to effectively address health matters I, at times prefer to “defer” or even ignore. One, being a condition I ignored for 6 years. Shame on me. I certainly don’t envy anyone being given responsibility to do the best by their patient, and all patients, whatever the medical issue even when Dr knows best. I think it’s a tough gig for you docs! So thank you for being there when we need you.

Negative experience: First and last time I will be visiting Medical One - QV. Terrible consultation with Dr Brian Soo, I agree with an earlier review made in regards to him. I was too also made to feel like my issues didn’t matter. I am investing in my health to be there and be checked up. I didn’t come there to be judged or lectured. The consultation was poor and not professional. The consultation felt rushed with little to no care factor. Dr Brian Soo lacks attention and empathy towards his patient. It’s not great that another person in the review section has always felt this way.

Negative experience: Doc was over an hour late for my 15-minute appointment. BTW, this clinic makes you come back for another paid appointment to get ANY test results, most other clinics don't (e.g. Northside, Prahran Market Clinic, MSHC...) Edit: they get one more star for the actual medical care being decent.

Negative experience: Excessive charges, was $112 for short appointment to renew script, quite a lot more than my previous GP. However the higher fees apparently not enough to cover debit card payments which was surcharged on top.

Fantastic experience: Qv staff always go above and beyond! Jessica on reception is amazing and always so helpful as is Rita and the rest of the reception. Jun Feng, is a great doctor, doesn’t mess around and makes sure you understand whatever he is telling you. Negative experience: Don't bother with this clinic. Rude staff and ridiculous waiting times. I Was going to remove this review. However after the 3rd time I have been dealt with in an absolutely unprofessional manner. I strongly stand by my review. With holding patient information is appalling. Regards Matthew

Negative experience: I'm very dissatisfied with my recent medical consultation with Dr. Jun Feng, and I have concerns about his medical expertise. During the visit, I felt like the doctor was dismissive and somewhat discriminatory. He was be like if you r a student, u r 100 % merely trying to avoid the homework or exams and seeking special consideration. Towards the end of the consultation, without inquiring about relevant medical information, the doctor abruptly asked if I might be pregnant simply because I am a woman. Last night, after consuming food that may not have been fresh, I experienced continuous headaches and vomiting. The vomiting persisted until the early morning hours, and I could hardly sleep after expelling most of what I had eaten. Prior to these symptoms, there was a peculiar incident where I suddenly couldn't control my speech and struggled to communicate properly. It turned out that my cat was trying to jump onto my computer, and as I spoke to the cat, I found myself unable to articulate properly. The vomiting and headaches have persisted, but when I attempted to explain the situation with the speech disorder, the doctor interrupted me and did not display patience in listening to my full account. Ultimately, the diagnosis given was that these symptoms were a stress response resulting from being frightened by my cat... In addition, the website is difficult to use as it always shows an error. I have tried for about 15mins before change to make an appointment by phone.

Positive experience: I initially gave 1 star after my husband's first visit Medical One for his low back pain as unprofessional treatment and management, also he was sent to the emergency room after taking the medicine which was described by the doctor. Today, I finally decided to edit the review, and upgraded the star. We will give 4 stars to both the manager, Rita, thanks for the re-management, and Dr Bhagadatta Chakma, thanks for the professional treatment. My husband is getting better now. I felt extremely upset to the Medical One at the day my husband was in the emergency room. But I still need to apologise to the manager, Rita, she was surfuring my bad mood during our first conversation. That's unfair to her. I'm sorry! I learnt a lot from this experience. Not only getting more knowledge or information about the Medicare and our private insurance policy, but also learning a great lesson that healthy is everything. BTW If you felt unwell about the experience in anywhere, try to communicate with the manager first. I think they would find a way to solve the issue. Thanks!

Negative experience: Receptionists were friendly but the charge for consultations are not worth it. I just got a very bad experience there.I called them to check if they do a medical check up which includes the xray, blood test and urine test and they told me it was $125 for it. when I come for the appointment and see the GP, she told me it was $365. I came in with misleading information and got charged 125 and they are gonna charge another 365 for the check up. As an international student here i feel like i’ve been scammed. Dont go here. Edit: Someone called to discuss and said it was a misunderstanding. Nevertheless, a less than 5 mins consultation just to get a referral letter (no check ups done) for $125 is absolutely ridiculous. Note that the price mentioned is for the weekends. I think it costs around $112 on weekdays.

Negative experience: Their new booking system is still not working for most of the functions. Can't check my previous or upcoming bookings. I can't cancel the booking or reschedule online. I have to call and wait on the phone forever. And now I want to make an appointment online, booking system is not working at all. Not available time slot for all doctors up to Dec. Please fix the system.

Negative experience: The reception retained my ID before I had the consultation with GP, I think it is the way they have in case patients don't pay the bill. But she didn't give it back to me after I paid. If you have the responsibility to ask for ID then it is your responsibility to return it. I remembered when I was almost home, called three times, no one picked up the phone then I had to go back. Also, this place charges $112 for stsndard consultation.

Positive experience: Guaranteed 1 hour wait (minimum) before you will be seen for your appointment. Until they start offering a service where they contact you in advance to warn you, don’t show up until at least 30 minutes AFTER your appointment time.

Negative experience: Absolutely rubbish service - left me sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes. When I asked the doctor had been delayed - but had I not asked they probably would have left me sitting there til closing time. I'd maybe try somewhere that sees you as a patient rather than a number.

Fantastic experience: Smiling, helpful and professional staff welcoming us. We're from overseas, and made this appointment the day before. The manager took care of paperwork and phonecalls with our insurance company. They all made us feel taken very good care of.

Negative experience: Have been a patient of this practice for multiple years and have consistently (almost always) had disappointing experiences. Running 30 minutes late at best most days, doctors giving incredibly brief consults with very little patient care or empathy. Was fine to deal with all this when it was bulk billing but now that there’s significant out of pocket costs, don’t bother going here.

Negative experience: Worst reception staff existing ever. Don’t know how to communicate and talk to people. Charged 130 dollar for a standard consultation. Worst place I ever visited. Never going back.

Negative experience: I did not come here to be lectured and be judged by the doctor. The doctor did not handle the consultation professional and assumed the worst of me. There has been multiple times where he raised his voice and cut me off when I was stating my symptoms, I feel like he is just trying to get over with the consultation and let me go. Dr Brian Soo needs to listen to his patient.
