Negative experience: I went online to book two appointments for my children, all good and all confirmed online. I find out the beautiful puppy molar is not in on those days. It would be helpful to have this on your appointments as Molar is a key feature and attraction especially for children. I was told they would hold the appointment regardless, then showed up for that appt with my 11 year old and it had been cancelled.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been patients of Dr Jason's for over a decade, and despite having moved several times, we're more than willing to travel a fair distance to continue seeing him. It's rare to find a dental practice that not only makes you feel comfortable but also goes out of their way to ensure you're well-informed every step of the way. We've always had a positive and outstanding experience with Dr. Jason, who is highly knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. His team is very friendly, approachable, and welcoming, immediately putting you at ease once you enter the practice. My husband and I are grateful for the excellent care we've received and appreciate all the kindness shown to us, and we're eager to continue our care. A big thank you to the whole team. I will see you soon for my next check up. P.S. I recently met the therapy dog Molar at the practice, and he is the cutest.

Fantastic experience: My son (12 years old) gets anxious going to the dentist but Dr Casey was so gentle and understanding to his sensitivity. From booking our first visit through Courtney, the ease and friendliness of this dental practice sets a very high standard. I would definitely recommend taking your family here!! Negative experience: I’ve visited this clinic today to do the check-up with my gum irritation. I had an inflammation recently of the last end part of my gum due to residue stuck in the gap between the right second molar tooth with an emerging wisdom tooth. Came to this clinic and request an examination for that today, the very young dental clinician has done showing me up the condition of the gum and explained what happened to the gum and advised me to do clean up at home with a given syringe after the meal. Then he did the clean up just that area but at the end of 20mins session, they showed me the bill of a treatment which never ever been done on me today. I’m also a health practitioner and I know how to deal well on the patients. According to what have done, I felt not happy with the explanation of the receptionist and the young clinician because all of the services today were just checking up and cleaning up, that’s it. You even can’t understand what calls a treatment so I would recommend you to learn it again and treat your patients in the right manner. This made me feeling so unhappy to what they charged me and gave a bad experience to this clinic, would not be recommended.

I was quite worried about the pain in my tooth and the impending pain on my bank account, and they helped on both fronts. The booking was simple, the call I received before the appointment convinced me I was in good hands, the reception staff were friendly and supportive, and Dr Alina Lu was super professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. Easily the best dentist I have been to in Brisbane.

I've had some bad experiences in other places, so I'm often sceptical of what dentists tell me and usually ask for a second opinion. But when I had my first appointment with Dr Casey, I could immediately tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. She is never pushy and thoroughly explains everything in a kind, soft-spoken manner. All the staff including assistants, receptionists, and the friendly therapy dog Molar, are caring and welcoming too. I highly recommend this place.
