Kathleen at reception is lovely and accommodating while the Murdoch Drive location is central within a small shopping complex, featuring a large free carpark. Close to Mandurah Forum, and accessible via public transport.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist within ten minutes drive from our home. My first appointment required an extraction. It was a complicated procedure requiring an incision and stitches by a dental surgeon. There was very minimal pain and the follow-up checkup . My wife and I have recently moved into this area and are looking forward to making Platinum Smile our family dentist..

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed such a delightful visit to Platinum Smile today for the very first time. Keen to discover my brightest smile, and short on time, the very helpful Dental Receptionist Jess, booked me a same day appointment in the morning! (This was amazing as in England it usually takes weeks!) I was booked in with the very professional and competent Dr Sahithi and her very thoughtful and kind Dental Nurse, whose name I am so sorry I didn't get! From the moment I walked into the practice and was welcomed by Jess, with her very happy sunny disposition, I knew I was in good hands. Dr Sahithi explained the necessary procedure and the pros and cons of teeth whitening before I went ahead with the mold's, which are all crafted to fit my exact teeth profile and I felt completely at ease during the procedure. I can't wait to try out my teeth whitening kit when it arrives in approximately 2 weeks! Thank you ladies!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first experience at platinum smile dental and it was wonderful. I had been to another Mandurah dentist and found them condescending and very unhelpful. Dr Khoo on the other hand was sympathetic, showed an understanding of my situation and was very helpful in seeking a solution to my issues. My treatment is not finished but I have found a dentist I'm comfortable with and have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone Have returned for further treatment and am happy to say that the care and attention from Dr. Khoo continues to be of the highest standard

Dr Eugene is highly skilled and always puts me at ease, Lee the hygienist is gentle and super thorough and the front staff are lovely. Also love the docos playing on the ceiling screen - the perfect distraction for a nervous patient. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Fantastic experience: From the first time I visited Eugene about 10 years ago(referred by my neighbours, who raved about him), I was impressed. It was a free consultation to discuss a particular problem. He took X-rays and photos and was thorough and informative, explaining clearly my options and the related costs. The work he did was excellent. But it's more than that; Eugene won't talk to you until he can put everything aside and move his chair around to face you. I've never met a dentist like him. There is no chit-chat between himself and his assistant while he works. He is totally focused on his patient. He has also chosen (or trained) his staff extremely well, because they are so pleasant and helpful. I've never sat in the waiting room for long......I could go on and on. Any time someone says "dentist" I recommend Eugene!

Fantastic experience: Dr Koh and staff are absolutely amazing. From the first visit the professionalism and caring atmosphere really gives you confidence in their service. Everything went exactly as described and extremely happy with the results. This is my second time with the pra time the first was for veneers on the top teeth this second one was for replacement of crooked teeth bottom front. From our encounter upon greeting along with being in the chair for our family member was amazing. For the first time ever we were all calm and alternative was to proceed with dental care was outlined for a very anxious person. Positive experience: I have to give this dentist three stars because, my appointment did get mixed up & I did end up missing it. Second reason being my new dentist that I moved to told me I only needed one filling done not all of them asap, but when I was at platinum smiles the dentist told me I needed all of them done asap, which wasn't true at all. I'm not saying avoid this dentist, but it helps to shop around, if its not the right one for you.

Fantastic experience: Never liked Dentists but desperately needed my teeth fixed. Dr Eugene organised my four front porcelain crowns, two back teeth removed and three fillings. Not prepared to sit through this awake, I had the best Anaethetist who was gentle and patient with two visits required to complete all the work. Covered by some Medicare for sedation, & HBF, my porcelain crowns are beautiful and am also pain free costing me $8k out of pocket. Best investment ever and a totally new outlook on the future. I’m a big person on reviews and everyone had nothing but great things to say about this practice so I thought I would give it a go. I had called to make an appointment and was informed they where quite busy. Whilst trying to make an appointment, the lovely Jess had mentioned someone had just cancelled and then put me in for the following day. Jess was so lovely and was a pleasure to deal with. My appointment was great. I was wonderfully greeted by the lovely girls on reception. I was then called in by the nurse and then Eugene came shortly after. They where both wonderful. Made me feel very comfortable and even went to the extent of doing something extra for me after closing hours. Shortly after my visit I had received an email on what was discussed at my appointment with breakdowns and different payment options etc. I can 150% recommend this wonderful practice to anyone. The whole team are super efficient and passionate in what they do.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing dentist. I came to them with a lot of pain from an abcess and problems with a molar and a wisdom tooth. I elected to have them removed and did ut under lical anaesthetic. The surgeon did an awesome job and my pain was gone within 3 days. I have just had my 2 week checkup and everything us healing well. Thanks for great technical skill as well as good "bedside manner". I also need to mention the very friendly front reception staff. I definitely feel like a person rather than just a patient.

Fantastic experience: I never realised I could have such a beautiful smile , this of course was until I had the pleasure also honour of meeting with Doctor Eugene and Aimee . My smile has not only boosted my personal confidence which was lacking , also my professional confidence . I now speak with great enthusiasm I am happy , really happy . With a short wait, again I'm greeting by the dentist and accompanying dental nurse and they are so kind, patient and friendly. I know my service is always top class, and well priced. Fantastic experience: Platinum Smile Dentist is the best Dental clinic I have been to. I have been a patient for many years now and since finding them I would not go anywhere else. The Principal Dentist Dr. Eugene Khoo, is so friendly, communicates openly and eases any concerns you may have. I have had check-ups, cleans and dental work done and have always been extremely happy with his work and manner. I have also seen Dr. Sahithi Munagala and was very happy after this appointment also. All the staff from reception to dental assistants are really lovely and patients are valued and cared for here. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to Platinum Smile Dental Clinic, Mandurah, last week very hesitantly!! Having had a bad experience at the last dentist I saw. I was petrified as having had torture for over an hour at the last dentist, the last thing I wanted was another bad experience!! I had been recommended Dr Eugene Khoo by a friend and had been told that he was very gentle, friendly, approachable and explained everything to you.
