Fantastic experience: Hoppers Crossing family dental is a very welcoming clinic starting from the friendly reception. I went in feeling quite anxious, but their sympathetic and kind approach put me at ease. Dr Sonam took the time to explain my diagnosis thoroughly and discussed treatment options with great sense of care and made sure I understood everything. This really helped calm my nerves. What impressed me most was Dr Sonam's gentle treatment skills and the kindness she showed while discussing my plans. Her expertise and genuine care have made my visits reassuring. I highly recommend this clinic for their exceptional service and genuine care.

Negative experience: Not happy with Dr Sona, she was doing my teeth and instead of let me rinse my mouth she told me to swallow the dirty liquid instead. Not just that she gave bad advice in the first consultation which costing me 10k for my 1 root conale and a set of mouth guard. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience today, the receptionist Andrea was friendly and made scheduling appointments easy allowing me to work around my schedule. The nurse mini and the dentist Waronga both were amazing, the talked through everything they were doing and explained every step of the way making it easy to know what to do going forward, would highly recommend them for anyone else in the future!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been coming to Hoppers Crossing Family Dentist for a lot of years now and as soon as we walk into the door, we are always welcomed by the lovely Andrea, she always has a smile on her face and if we need anything, she is always there to assist us in anyway she can. We will be continuing to come here for a long time for the fantastic service.

Negative experience: Andrea is very rude. My dentist informed me that the receptionist would call me shortly for the information needed for my referral. After waiting two hours with no call, I called them and provided the details to Andrea, the receptionist. She assured me she would call back to confirm when the referral would be sent. Another two hours passed with no call, so I followed up again at 17.48, 17/2/25. This time, she rudely responded, "You should respect my time and not keep calling me." This was only my second call, and I was simply following up on something she had committed to. The confirmation was important for my hospital follow-up. It seems they are attentive when payment is involved, but for something like a referral, the service becomes dismissive. The clinic should seriously improve its customer service.

Andrea is the most wonderful receptionist, she was very kind and lovely from the very beginning. I also had a few fillings done with Dr.Waronga and believe me when I tell you she is the best dentist in my opinion, she was very kind, humorous and reassuring. Negative experience: My first 2 experiences here were great. For my 3rd appointment they booked me in with a new lady there and the experience was horrible. She was rough, rude, and was rushing. I went in for a check up and was told i had a small hole in 2 of my teeth (never had any pain or anything in those teeth) after she did the fillings my teeth are constantly sore when i eat. Now i have to find a new dentist to see if they can fix what she did. Will never go here again.

What got me is the professionalism which my daughter didn’t even know or noticed the injection she had received that was needed to help with her procedure. Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience was a waste of time. Went there to seek their opinion and get help regarding my situation and possible Implants solutions. After examining my mouth which hardly has any teeth and all need to come out, I was asked, what do you want us to do? Full mouth Implants will cost you $75,000 if not more. The surgeon will want 50% upfront. If you can't pay through Super, then dentures are your only option $10,000. Was told to go across the road and see Matt, he will help you with the dentures. Unless you have $$$$ , dentistry in Australia is appalling.

Negative experience: Filled in a form online last Friday asking about a treatment I needed. Had a reply back saying their "caring" staff would contact me "shortly". Never heard anything Friday. Followed up with a message asking very politely on Saturday when could they let me know please? It's the end of Tuesday now and I've still heard nothing. Disappointing, annoying and time wasting.

Fantastic experience: I never looked after my teeth as a kid so I have been to many dentists in my adult years and I have to say this is by far the best one I have been too. First of all the staff are so lovely!! My dentist herself and the assistant were both amazing! Making sure I was ok and comforting me through a tooth extraction and followed up the next day and a few days later. If anyone is anxious about going to the dentist this is the place for you as they are so attentive and comforting! Will never go anywhere else from now on and will recommend to everyone i know!! It didn't stop there..... My dentist- Sneha, made me feel so at home and really understand my concerns and worries, not once did I feel judged or embarrassed. Her knowledge and beautiful, caring and kind nature was something I will actually never forget... Fantastic experience: The clinic team are very caring and professional people. They really helped me relieve the sharp nerve pain I had on a public holiday where all others are closed. Dr. Sinha was amazing, she was gentle, and very considerate, as was her assistant. Reception was also just as amazing sorting out appointments and helping with payment issues. Negative experience: I will share my today’s experience with dentist.. i booked for Tartar cleaning for my teeth. I was told will cost $110. But at end of the, the took $215 form my pocket . What was said to me $60 for consultation fees we charge ,, $45 for gum gel liquid stuff we did to your teeth .. So their words and their jobs didn’t not match . . I am not dealing with them in future ..

Could not believe I was out so quickly and that my problematic teeth were finally gone. I was also called afterwards many times to make sure everything was okay. Ash and Andrea do a great job at organising and an honourable mention to Mariam also. A caring and efficient practice overall.

I have had tooth extractions, fillings, deep clean, zoom whitening and all of these visits have been very good experiences, Dr SONAM is a great dentist and makes the whole experience comfortable and pain free. Me and my wife have been to them multiple times in the past and we have always found the whole staff to be very helpful, accomodating and understanding. Even with just my teeth clean, I never felt judged or made guilty for the state of my teeth. Which is part of the reason I usually hate going to the dentist. But I never felt that here. All of the staff were very friendly and professional and always on time for appointments. Dr Sonam definitely stands out for me among other dentists, with her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for her patients. I had a tooth ache for 3 years and I didn’t meet any dentist because of my anxiety. From my first phone call with Andrea, to Ash and the team it was behind professional, welcoming, they all went way beyond what I’ve experienced in the past!! I went in for a consultation on my wisdom teeth for an extraction and immediately was explained thoroughly about costs, procedures, after care and how my day would go. For someone who’s very anxious about these things I felt supported and informed about everything! Dr Rez aka Dr Wizzy was a boss! Positive experience: Dr Rizwan is amazing. Very thorough. Explains very well. He’s mostly booked and only comes in once a month. But one of the best dentists I’ve seen. I’ve also seen Dr sonam who is great. They definitely care about their patients here and take out time for you no matter what.
