Fantastic experience: First time going to million smiles dental last week and they were so Accommodating and helpful! I had dentist David duong and he was great. The receptionist is so kind and all the staff seem great. I look forward to next time, thanks heaps!

Me and my family visit here for our routine checkups and have always found the ladies at the front very welcoming and helpful in every possible way. The dentists here are doing an amazing work too. They explain you well and never rush you, rather are very much accommodating. 5 starts to this dental clinic.

The girls when entering and meeting them is very wonderful and I love Dr. Sowmya very much. Her treatment was very beautiful with me and my child and he was very comfortable with her thank you

Negative experience: I previously put up a glowing review for these guys but since then every filling they did for my kids has had to be removed and refilled due to decay under the fillings... which I had to pay for out of pocket because they charged the government dental plan for more than a few procedures which never happened. They hounded me to rebook with them even after I requested several times to stop calling me. They made multiple follow up appointments which I never agreed to, then called me to confirm them... even after complaining about this, they did it at least a couple more times. The receptionist even pressuring me by stating that if we don't use the funding it will just go back to the government. Appalling, unethical, greedy behaviour.

I'm usually very anxious to see a dentist but after my appointment here I left feeling so much better and am more than happy to come back. There is no judgement here and everything is explained to you so you understand what's happening. The dentist checked in on me constantly throughout my appointment to make sure I was comfortable. I'd give 10 stars is I could.

The new dentist here is excellent with kids and she’s so personable and very educational! 5 stars ⭐️ —— Dr Sai was great with both my kids (11yo & 7yo). She explained what she was doing before she did it which gave them some understanding of what’s to come. She was also Very mindful of costs and asked and explain what procedures where necessary now and what could wait.

Negative experience: You got Kids in real complaints. Don’t even bother going to Million Smiles dental because you won’t have Million Smiles you’ll have a Million and one headache complaining that you guys in the middle of the night and you can hear them grinding they won’t necessary.

Positive experience: Very lovely attending dentists and nurses. Don't break the bank, either. $1500 for 4 wisdom teeth extractions (one was surgical, hense the higher price). The only reason I give 3 stars is because they keep calling me to come in despite me asking them to please stop and take me off the callback list. It made me very uncomfortable as they were super pushy and essentially stated I "have" to come in for a bi-annual check-up and basically wouldn't let me hang up unless I agreed. Very strange way to keep customers.

Negative experience: causing my child pain and suffering from tooth filling without numbing the tooth root. Previously requested an oxygen tank which was comfortable but the nasal tube was large and not pediatric type.

Dr. Jeremy Perera and his amazing team have been providing me with Invisalign services, and the entire experience has been fantastic. The team is incredibly professional, and they make every visit enjoyable. Dr. Perera is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the best outcome for my smile. The consultations are thorough, and I always feel informed and confident in the treatment plan. Plus, the wait times are impressively short, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you're looking for excellent dental care, especially for Invisalign, Million Smiles Dental is the place to go!

Very gentle and I barely felt the anaesthetic and once I was numb it only took around 90 seconds to extract the tooth. She was super gentle and made me feel really comfortable. Negative experience: Came for first visit and was told my oldest son needed a filling, refused to do it on the day, came back for a second appointment for his filling only to be told they can't do the filling at this clinic and need a specialist. Why wouldn't you just tell me that at the first appointment? My youngest son they try tell me he needs fissure sealants on baby teeth that his now at the age where they're falling out. They're obviously just ripping people off making you book multiple appointments for no reason.

But at Million Smiles Dentist they’re so patient and kind. They explain every step of the way; and don’t get frustrated when she needs them to stop. She’s now at a point she doesn’t mind who she sees there; as they’re all lovely.

Negative experience: There were friendly people at the dental clinic, but I don't recommend going there for tooth fillings. Many of the workers there need more training. However, I would like to thank a wonderful lady who tried her best to make me happy. Although I wasn't satisfied with what I paid for, I am happy that I got my smile back, at least for now.
