I received VIP treatment the moment I stepped through the door. Jenny, the receptionist, and Lucy, the practice manager, went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Dr Meng is an exceptional dentist. Not only was she thorough in her treatment, she took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and make sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. They have set the bar so exceptionally high for what an experience at the dentist should be. I will be looking to them for all future dental care.

I was apprehensive and frankly a bit scared about getting Invisalign (worried about how long it’ll take and if I can maintain the changes to my lifestyle) but I’m soooo glad Dr. Ruta gave me the push that she did. Fantastic experience: I got composite bonding done on my 6 top teeth by Dr Garo and nurse Megha, the process from start to finish was super easy, the team keep you informed of every step they take and ensure that you are always comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr Garo for your composite bonding as he has an eye for detail and ensures everything is done perfectly he was also extremely patient and answered all my question in detail!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Boutique Dental Care for 20 yrs taking advantage of all of their services - regular cleaning, fillings, root canals, crowns, and veneers. The Team at Boutique Dental Care always apply a customer centric / empathy focussed model!! Most recently had a number of procedures during the same two week period: a filling, crown(2), and veneer; just before an overseas trip. The Boutique Dental Care Team marshalled extensive resources in their eco-system to ensure that all procedures were completed within the 2-week period with a day to spare to allow for any fine adjustments. The veneer that was recently installed has resolved a chipped front tooth - now feeling confident again in my smile. :) Would highly recommend Boutique Dental Care for your dental needs!!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Chris 12 months ago for Invisalign, not very hopeful I could achieve the smile I wanted due to a lifetime of delayed dental treatment. From the first consult, Dr. Chris was so caring, compassionate, and kind. I went ahead on his advice and today was my finish appointment after comprehensive Invisalign treatment and a small composite bond on a chipped tooth. The difference between my ‘before and after’ photos is astounding, but the most important difference for me is how I feel. For the first time in my life I’m able to smile with confidence, and this is all due to Dr. Chris’ expertise and care. Dental Boutique is also unlike any dentist you’ve even visited, it’s like a day spa filled with amazingly kind and caring staff! This time, I came to this clinic based on a friend’s recommendation for a dental checkup and cleaning. Dr. Cindy was incredibly gentle and professional. Noticing that I was wearing a back brace due to a L1 fracture, she immediately brought me a cushion and asked if the chair’s angle needed adjustment—such thoughtfulness! The cleaning and checkup went smoothly, and she identified a cavity, for which I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have it filled. The entire process was seamless and professional. The staff at the clinic were all very friendly. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others!

When I first visited, I had doubts about whether my very "British" teeth could ever be straightened. As a teenager, I was told by the NHS that there wasn’t anything they could do, so I was nervous but hopeful to see what Dr. Ruta could do. Dr. Ruta took the time to explain that my teeth were quite crowded, with an abnormal tooth growing in toward my tongue that needed to be removed before we could proceed. After the extraction, they scanned my teeth to determine if straightening was even possible. To my relief, it was, and I began my Invisalign journey. Now, 18 months later, my teeth look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. You came through on your promise. Now I just do my part and find a wife. Ha ha. I’m excited to take the next step and fix the chips that developed over the years, but even now, I’ve never felt so confident smiling. Fantastic experience: Cleaning is very good, and the staff are friendly. One area that can have some improvements is that the dentist is pushy and somewhat crosses the line when it comes to orthodontics. I don't feel very comfortable with this part. 5 star for the good cleaning service.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Boutique Dental Care in Chatswood enough, they are so friendly and I am super happy with my Invisalign results. They are very reasonably priced and no unexpected expenses in their Invisalign package. It's an all female team (based on whom I have met when I have been there) and Dr. Meng has been wonderful and have made me feel in safe hands all through the journey. I took my little daughter to her first dental visit there this weekend and Dr. Ruta was so good with her and she had a great first experience. Fantastic experience: This is the best dental clinic I've been to. The staff and receptionists are always very warm, friendly and accommodating. I have never had to wait to be seen at my appointments, so everything happens smoothly and efficiently. Also, when I had a small area of my filling that felt a little uncomfortable, I let them know late that day and was immediately offered a time the next day to address it, which was done without charge. Dr. Meng Quah-Shepherd herself is very lovely and professional and ensures you feel comfortable and looked after! :)

Negative experience: The service was good, but they only cleaned half of my teeth, they said leave another half for next time, this was first time happened to me since I seen dentist, it makes me felt so weird and uncomfortable, leave another half of teeth didn’t cleaned. I asked other friends, it was never happened in their teeth cleaning experience with their dentist! Unbelievable!

Negative experience: I didn’t want to post this review but I feel like I must tell others of my experience. I walked in for a Invisalign consult via Instagram ads and was told I needed fillings done. I did 2 fillings simultaneously but had to go back to redo one of them as I was feeling sensitivity from biting down on solid foods. On my return visit, I did a third filling hoping that my previous filling would be fixed. Nope. In total I had to redo my fillings 4 times. I had to redo my filling on one tooth 3 times. It STILL wasn’t resolved so I had to ask for a refund. The filling I thought has been fixed is showing small signs of discomfort. Very small… but the anxiety and anticipation that eventually I will bite into something hard and I’ll have to bear the pain is driving me crazy. I’ve had to go back and forth from this clinic for these two fillings that have been giving me hell. I write this review out of frustration. I’ve had to chew on one side of my face for weeks and then had to alternate as the one filling got fixed. 2/3 fillings have NOT been fixed. Everyone at the clinic is very nice but I’m going through it bad. So much time wasted, even going to another clinic is giving me so much stress.

It was a smooth and easy process from the consultation to booking appointments, the whole Invisalign process which took just over a year went by before I knew it. The appointments themselves were comfortable as Dr Ruta and the team made me feel at ease everytime, it took away the nerves that I usually get from visiting dentists. The treatment was painless and every step was clear from the consultation process, including quotation and timeline and Dr Ruta explained each point of the treatment agreement before we officially got started. After a while the appointments felt like a regular catch up instead of visiting the dentist. Fantastic experience: My friend introduced me to Boutigue Dental Care as I have a great fear of the dentist and had not been for 15 years. I saw Dr Meng, and she immediatly put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do. I even had some cosmetic surgery on my front teeth to close some gaps and my teeth are looking great now and I am so happy with them. From the first consultation I felt like I was really being listened to and all my queries and concerns were considered and answered. I didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision without thinking it through first. Dr Ruta is an absolute professional and clearly takes her work very seriously. A genuinely nice person to be in the company of and even the longer appointments were comfortable and pain free. Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I've had in my Iife. The entire team really cares about patient experience. Both Dr Meng & Cindy educated me on dental health & my treatment and I can't wait for more. I hate getting my teeth cleaned so after 2 years, I finally got them done by Cindy. She was super gentle to the point where I took a mini nap during the cleaning process. My dental phobia is slowly going away thanks to Dr Meng
