Fantastic experience: Awesome experience for my teen daughter who hasn’t been to the dentist in a while and wanted Invisalign! Dr Jacky was amazing, made her feel comfortable and answered all our questions! The ladies at the reception were also very welcoming and attentive! Couldn’t recommend enough! x

Fantastic experience: My first time at beyond denial care, Dr Jacky Shum was very friendly and made my experience more relaxable. Quick to stop all procedures when I raised my and made sure everything was okay. She was very helpful in explaining everything in details and options in all categories. Management was also helpful and friendly to step in and also explain more in details of any options. All round my experience was very helpful and a little more at ease to treatment.

Fantastic experience: Took both my girls (6 & 10) to Edgar. Both were nervous, but he had great bedside manner that instantly had them giggling and at ease. Fantastic experience: Can not recommend enough. Always been terrified of dentist, to the point of non-verbal. Massive amounts of dental work later (I think I’ve now dealt with every staff member!) and all of them absolutely amazing, positive, sweet, understanding people that I have now been able to carry conversations with. Genuinely best dental surgery I’ve been to, with each staff member being their own special experience to each appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had read fantastic reviews online through Google and Facebook, and I could also see the amazing initiatives that Beyond do within our local community- I am all for giving back to others. So I made an easy online booking for an emergency appointment due to a toothache, and was called not long after to confirm my appointment. Even the phone call helped me feel more at ease. Upon entering the front door, I was greeted by name and presented with a comfort menu and a cup of tea. I seen Dr Edgar and Ruby- a dental assistant was super lovely too. Dr Edgar was very patient with me and supportive. He explained everything honestly. I am a very anxious dental patient! With a low pain threshold. I even appreciated at the conclusion of my appointment, that Jen came around the front of the desk and spoke to me to explain my care options moving forward. I didn’t feel like a number. I don’t look forward to dental appointments but I because of my first experience at Beyond, I am not freaking out about having to go back. Highly recommend the team at Beyond. Fantastic experience: Dr Zaw was the best dentist experience i have honestly every had in my 27yrs and he was the most gentle person doing the needles. Very very happy with the dentist and lovely receptionist ladies at front. Thank you for the best Experience!.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough. I was having major wisdom tooth pain as it had broken due to decay, and the nerve was exposed. I called the public health oral centre and they couldn't get me in for an emergency, so they told me they were sending a voucher to use for an emergency appointment privately. This place was the first place I called, and it was the last because the way they handled it was absolutely amazing. Brooke was kind, considerate, and compassionate to my needs and allowed me to come in, get it repaired, and sent me on my way the same day!! I was, and still am, so overwhelmed by how wonderfully they handle this situation. You just don't see it often enough!! Thank you so so much! And thank you to Dr Edgar Evans and his assistant for taking the pain away. I will be returning with a smile on my face!! ❤️❤️ To add: I had no choice but to bring my 2 year old daughter in with me as, again, this was an emergency. The way they all handled her was amazing!! Giving her toys to play with, and being so kind about her drawing on things she shouldn't have , and overall just putting up with her wildness while working on me lol. I will endeavour not to bring her to my next appointments, but I do know they will be ever so kind about it if I do ❤️

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, professional and so lovely. The entire dental experience was fantastic. everything was clearly explained, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout. Can’t forget the luxury pamper menu also, so many options to choose from to make your experience more comfortable!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely used to have the worst fear/phobia of dentists since I was a kid. After going to this dental practice and even having 3 different dentists work on me I am no longer afraid of going to dentists. They have all been so caring, gentle and patient. Very professional in the work they do. (Had all my amalgam fillings replaced) clean / checkups / fillings etc. All great. Would 100% recommend. So happy with them.

Fantastic experience: Absolute highest recommendation for the team at Beyond Dental. Took my son in for his first dental appointment and they were more than happy to answer all my questions and any queries I had when booking his appointment. When he had his appointment they were brilliant in showing him all the tools, letting him see how the chair worked and explaining dental health and what happens when you visit. Televisions in the ceiling is a great idea for a distraction and worked very well in ensuring he felt comfortable. We left very happy and are looking forward to his visit in 6 months time!

From the moment we walked in, the team was amazing—so patient, kind, and thoughtful. Dr. Shum went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable, showing him how every tool worked and even letting him hold and explore them so nothing felt scary or overwhelming. It completely transformed what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something positive and even fun. The lovely receptionists are wonderful and happy being at work( amazing I know ). They made sure I was comfortable with numbing mouth wash and cream etc. The dentist checked in multiple times during the cleaning to ensure I was comfortable. She made him aware of what was happening but ensured that he felt safe and was comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend her. The recovery was also amazing, which I think shows how well the procedure went.

Fantastic experience: Dr Edgar Evans was incredible!! I am petrified of dentists and hate having needles therefore I avoid the dentist. I was wanting to have the happy gas to ease my nerves and was 100% certain my tooth would need to be pulled . Dr Edgar eased my anxiety without being pushy and I received a needle - he was by far the most gentle dentist I have encountered. Additionally, he was able to save my tooth (it was a 36yr old rotted baby tooth) it is now cavity + infection free and no longer rotting!! I am beyond stoked with how my tooth looks and after the numbing wore off I've had minimal to no pain. I will not visit another dentist ever again. And if your nervous or scared of the dentist I highly recommend Dr Edgar.

Fantastic experience: From my first phone call to this practice I felt totally welcomed. Tori was amazing at explaining everything and booked me with Dr Div. My first appt was a crown so quite a big first appt for a nervous patient. I need not have worried, Dr Div with his quiet nature, so calm and gentle, I NEVER felt a thing!!! Fantastic experience: As we walked through the door to the reception area, it felt nice to be greeted with a smile, offered water and our child was asked what she would like to watch on Netflix, while she was seeing the dentist. The dentist was professional, friendly and informed us all what step he was going to do next. Dentist assistant was nice and friendly too. Would recommend everyone I know about this dentist as they are excellent with children. Thank you or the stickers. Our child said ' I had fun at the dentist!'.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful practise. Dr Jackie and her team helped me through 4 fillings keeping a calm and gentle atmosphere. Making sure I had no pain and was comfortable the whole time. I normally shake and cry at the dentist but this time I was able to complete the whole session without gas or needing to stop. Dr Jackie and her team are very knowledgeable and able to work with you through anything you may need. Myself and my family will only be going to this practise from now on

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Jackie @ Beyond Dental Care Burpengary today, I was anxious about the appointment, as a trained social worker and used to dealing with people who are dealing with a range of often emotionally charged situations. Dr Jackie really reassured me, she could see and feel my anxiety about being there. We all know when you have met someone who is genuine, and really does care for how we feel. I think Dr Jackie may have missed her calling in Social Work or Counselling. I came home and telling my family that Dr Jackie is who we should all go to. From the reception, where a staff member rang me and was able to fit me into Dr Jackie's schedule on the same day due to a cancellation, this staff member was awesome too. Thank you. Also the Dental Assistant was really cool and reassuring to me. She gave me a squishy/squeeze ball as she could see I was getting anxious. I am 63 years old, I laughed on the inside, but what was really funny was that this squishy actually did help hahaha just nt tell ,y grandchildren.. Well this is a long enough, review, thank you Dr Jackie and your wonderful staff, you are all amazing, and in Burpengary, local and incredible, well done.

Fantastic experience: I don't recommend avoiding the dentist for 12 years but after a word of mouth referral for Dr Jacky I bit the bullet and made an appointment. Dr Jacky was great, gentle and explained everything she was doing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for my check-up in six months time.

Fantastic experience: We went to Burpengary Beyond Dental today with our 3 year old as she said her teeth hurt. I chatted with Jen on the phone and let her know that this was the little ones first time at the dentist. I was a bit nervous and as a parent I wanted our little one to have a positive dentist experience. When we got there Jen greeted our daughter by name and chatted with her about pre advised topics like Bluey. She offered a stress ball and let our daughter know where the room was, who would be in there by name and advised there was a tv on the ceiling. Dr Zaw was great. He was so friendly and took the time to make our daughter comfortable and he was very patient. He made the whole experience fun. He explained everything really well to us as parents and was all round fabulous. He had our daughter brush her teeth and gave her encouragement and advice. Ruby assisted and she was gentle, kind and encouraging with our daughter. This team was wonderful and we will be back.

Fantastic experience: We had to take our 6 yo for a check up as well as a check of a problematic front tooth. The dentist and dental assistant were absolutely wonderful with him. Very friendly and caring. And Bec on the front desk was an absolute stand out with her lovely smile and positive attitude. No hesitation to recommend them. We are all going for a check up soon

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience, from the second i walked into the clinic Bec and Jen were so welcoming and polite. Jen looked after my appointment, she was so sweet, informative and attentive her customer service was exceptional. My appointment went so smoothly and I couldn’t be anymore satisfied by Dr Zaw’s work. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny and has a keen eye for detail when it comes to getting your pearly whites just right. Beyond Dental Care is by far the best dental clinic i have been to such a great experience and I would highly recommend it to all my friends, family and especially first time goers as they’re all so polite, caring and understanding.

Every person I’ve had contact with at the practice have been 10/10 amazing. Fantastic experience: I have never been to a dentist this good. I was terrified due to past traumatic experiences. I barely felt the numbing needle. I put there noise cancelling head phones on and watched a comedy. Even laughed a few times. I had a major treatment 4 hours in the chair. Today very little pain. Do yourself a favour and try Zaw or Mitesh. Receptionists are so loving and caring dental assistants are beautiful. They even have a comfort menu.
