Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Tony 2 weeks ago for my wisdom teeth extraction. I was honestly so anxious for the appointment but it is as the reviews say. I was in good hands and didn't have anything to worry about. Throughout the appointment, I was explained what they would be doing from start to finish. I had my scans done in a different clinic but didn't follow through given my lower tooth was a little complicated. Believe me i researched for good dental clinics for peace of mind etc. I used the messaging system and got a response really quickly and then appointment booked with all my enquiries answered. When I was exiting the clinic, I was also advised that if there was any further issues to message through as they access it even after hours. I've waited 2 weeks before giving this review as I wanted to see how I went with recovery post procedure etc. It has been uneventful which is the best thing ever and definitely deserving of an acknowledgement of good service/skills. I felt safe and assured throughout this whole experience.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Croydon Central Dental. They have the latest modern technology, which amazed me. The ladies at the reception are lovely and efficient, constantly reminding us about our yearly check-ups. The doctors are very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Dr. Tony was my dentist, and he listened to my concerns. I had one tooth implant done two years ago and was quite scared about the procedure. However, Dr. Tony provided reassurance and explained the steps, making it easier and resulting in a great outcome. The doctors here are also excellent with kids; my son has always had a great experience at this clinic. We consistently receive outstanding service here. I’ve even recommended this clinic to a coworker, and they have expressed their satisfaction with the services as well.

Fantastic experience: Of all the dental clinics I've been to in my life, this clinic has blown me away with their service and professionalism. - Reception staff are friendly and responsive. - Dental professionals know their craft. - Dentists explain conditions and procedures in layman's terms and help you manage expectations. - You can SMS them if you experience issues and they will squeeze you in asap to review the issue. Clearly a clinic where they take pride in their work and care about their patients. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to an endodontist for a root canal treatment on a molar tooth. The waiting list was long, and the costs were high. Fortunately, I found Dr. Azar, an overseas-trained endodontist based in Croydon Central. The treatment I received was excellent, completely pain-free during and after the procedure, and surprisingly, it was at the same cost as seeing a general dentist. Highly recommended!"

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Herman and his team. I booked through HotDoc on Sunday morning. Their customer service was outstanding— They messaged me Sunday afternoon to offer an earlier appointment after learning I was in severe pain. The procedure was efficient, and the cost was in line with other wisdom tooth removals I've had. Dr. Herman was professional, caring, and highly skilled. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of dental care!

Negative experience: Do not go here. I booked an appointment specifically to fill a cavity that I can clearly see in my tooth and that my mother (an ex-dental nurse) also agreed needed filling. When I arrived there I was told that it in fact did not need to be filled (I am still currently in pain because I now need to get it filled by a different dentist), no instead I underwent the most painful “cleaning” I have ever had from Dr Aslani. I finished with blood splattered up my nose and across my face and with my teeth hurting significantly more than they had when I entered. And still with my cavity unfilled. And for the cherry on top I was charged a nice surprise of $300 due to the 3 X-Rays Dr Aslani pressured me into including a wisdom tooth X-Ray (wisdom teeth were not of any concern to me at all). Very disappointed that I essentially blew $300 to not even have my issue resolved.

My 4yr old autistic, adhd son needed an emergency appointment as he had knocked out his front tooth. Negative experience: Don't come here this is a horrible clinic I have had nothing but problems and still can't be fixed and like charging through the roof my teeth still hurt still bothering me which for me makes it hard to concentrate and hardly makes a difference coming here just want to charge for more stuff then fixing the problem

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Croydon Central Dental. I suddenly got a terrible toothache whilst on holidays in the area. When I called, the receptionist squeezed me in for an early appointment after I told her that I was in agony. I ended up requiring a tooth extraction. Dr Isabelle Seow was incredible. She explained the process and addressed my concerns. Her assistant was very helpful too. Before long, the procedure was completed and I left pain free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fantastic experience: My husband has been visiting Croydon Central Dental for a few years now and every time we visit we are astonished by how wonderful they are. My husband has a severe phobia of dentists and struggles very, very badly with anxiety and panic prior to a visit but the staff at Croydon Central Dental are so kind, gentle and understanding. He truly feels cared for there and after every visit he raves about how kind they are to him and how he feels that the staff are healing his phobia one visit at a time. A couple of times we’ve had emergent situations and had to get urgent care. Both times we contacted the surgery well outside business hours (9 or 10pm) and both times we received an immediate response and were able to be seen by the dentist first thing the very next morning.. in one of those cases they even opened the surgery a little early to accommodate us in our time of need. They have never made us feel like a bother (even when we’re messaging them at 10pm, or when they’re opening up for us) and have always taken the extra time to help my husband feel at ease when he arrives. In addition to being kind, professional, and deeply accommodating, they are also extremely reasonably priced. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. They are wonderful and we’re lucky to have found them. If you want a dentist who sees you as a human being, and understands that trips to the dentist can be scary, and who will treat you with kindness and respect (no matter the time of day!) then definitely call them.. you won’t be sorry.

Priyanka was so compassionate and caring for this nervous patient. Explains every procedure throughout the appointment. I felt assured I was always in good hands.

Negative experience: My boyfriend went in the day prior for a clean and got very good care. So I booked for the next day with a different person. Firstly that was the most painful clean I’ve ever gotten. My bf the day prior had his gums numbed before cleaning. I got none of that. His clean took a full hour. I was in and out within 30minutes despite my teeth being worse off tartar wise. The backs of my teeth still feel rough on my tongue. Not the best clean I’ve ever had. I believe the dentist was far too quick and ready to have me out the door for it to have been anywhere near as thorough as I’ve had in the past. Which I also believe contributed to the pain. My bf said the dentist he got told him a way to alert if it became too much. My dentist didn’t do that. He was given paperwork at the end. Not me. Lastly he was given a complimentary pack with toothpaste and stuff at the end, being the first time at the clinic. I thought that was really nice and as I went out to pay I thought at least I had that to look forward to. Given that it was going to cost me more than I’d payed in the past for a clean, and the dentist didn’t do the greatest of jobs. The woman at first quotes me more money and then corrects herself. That’s fine. But I wasn’t given the complimented package despite it also being my first time.

Fantastic experience: I have been there to see Dr. Herman Chu a few times now and have always had an a positive experience. I really don’t like going to the dentist like most, but he is calm and efficient and I feel like he takes pride in his work. Always makes sure I am ok in the chair throughout the procedure. As a result I have taken my son there recently to get his teeth checked.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared to visit a new dentist as mine is booked up for months, and last time I went elsewhere I ended up in hospital for months with a bacterial blood infection. I contacted this clinic who immediately booked me in as a filling from the not named clinic had come out and my tooth had shattered. The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart as was the dentist and assistant. I would highly recommend this clinic! The replacement filling is so much better than the other clinic and they were so kind and supportive 10 out of 5 stars!!!!

Fantastic experience: Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Not only to patients, but to each other as well. Appointment was running late due to an emergency. But this was explained, and dentist was very apologetic. And staff made sure one was comfortable while waiting. Really appreciated refreshing honesty of their capabilities and limits, with a referral to a specialist who would be better able to assist. Overall, quite a pleasant experience. And didn't feel 'clinical' at all. P.s. You've got to get IN the shopping centre to find them Opposite Baker's Delight, next to med clinic

Fantastic experience: I avoid the dentist at all costs if possible! I am terrified of the pain usually inflicted Having recently moved into the area, I decided to bite the bullet and have a checkup. It was a moment of weakness. However, I have to say that I have never been to a dentist so calming, professional and incredibly gentle (I still felt a minor twinge, but nothing really!). The incredible equipment and services offered are second to none. I thought my previous Dentist was pretty good, but Dr Chu and staff are absolute stand alones! If I can manage a trip to this fantastic dental practice, then everyone can.

Fantastic experience: Katherine( sorry if I spelt your name wrong and I mean the nice reception lady today) is an absolute super star! I called late Friday to book a last minute teeth whitening appointment for a personal matter. she patiently explained the process, price, and booked me in for 12.00PM and got my tray ready for pick up within 3 hours. Fantastic experience: I’m very phobic about dental treatment but had a great experience at the Croydon Central Dental. And I trusted that I’m in good hands. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable dentists. Up to date equipment and very clean. Could not ask for more. Highly recommend this clinic

Fantastic experience: Amazing Expierence! First time i have been here and the staff at the reception are so lovely and welcoming. And my dentist i saw Dr H was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of this place.
