Fantastic experience: Had my second clean done here last Friday. I have nothing but praise for the amazing team. The receptionist there are super friendly, dentists are really through with the clean and diagnosing areas of concerns that my previous dentist might have missed, I know I’m in good hands with Dr.Tatiana and Jash. The clean was affordable for people who doesn’t have coverage for dental at only $149 out of pocket. Will definitely come back for more de tal services. Negative experience: Very disappointed in my child's orthodontal experience at this clinic. everytime you go in, you see a different dentist. some of them are probably just assistants too. we saw Niyushe yesterday and the wire problem was not fixed at all. Receptionist used to message to even let you know who your next appointment is with and now even thats not made clear. You're left to be surprised at your appoitments. 0 stars

Fantastic experience: I used to have odontophobia. A past bad experience had made me terrified of going to the dentist and putting it off for far too long. It lead me to needing root canal treatment on one of my teeth. The team at Royal Dental Care were nothing like my past experience though. Everyone, from the receptionists to the dentist, were lovely. Everything was explained to me so I didn’t feel so anxious. The staff were kind and friendly, making what could have been a very scary experience for me far easier to handle. I’ve been going back ever since for my 6 month checkups and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend, 10/10

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time at Royal Dental Care. My oral health therapist Farhat handled my teeth with precision and care. She gave me a full breakdown of my teeth, tooth by tooth with maintenance and future care methods. She made me feel really comfortable and she’s very knowledgeable! I strongly recommend seeing her!!! Additionally, Sia was absolutely lovely!!! I want to come back just to have a chat with her. As soon as I walked in, I sensed a hint of comfort and warmth to the clinic and I personally attribute it to Sia, she’s wonderful and incredibly kind! I will be coming in again :)

Negative experience: Don't recommend. Expensive but no quality. I paid more than 21K just for 3 teeth implants ( not including extractions). Two teeth were made together. There are gap between them and have food stuck in it every I had a meal. The dentist told me that's how the teeth was. So I am not sure why am I paying such a high price for this service. There are clinics around which does a better job for HALF the price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting experience with Royal Dental Care Parramatta. My wife and I went there in August last year for check-ups and quotes for dental work. We decided not to return simply because it was too far from home. Since then, we've been constantly bombarded with phone calls and especially SMS messages about their “specials” and dental loans up to $30K. We have replied multiple times asking them to stop, we've said “NO,” we’ve called, we’ve emailed, and yet, the spam keeps coming. It’s beyond frustrating and shows a complete disregard for our privacy and basic decency. If this practice actually had a good reputation or relied on happy clients recommending them, they wouldn’t need to harass people like this. It comes across as desperate and unprofessional. If they can’t understand a simple “Do Not Contact” request, how can they be trusted to look after people’s teeth? This is your FINAL WARNING – remove every trace of our contact information from your system immediately. If we receive one more message, phone call, or email from your clinic, I will not hesitate to lodge a formal complaint with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and any other relevant consumer protection bodies. Learn what “Do not contact” means, and apply it. Avoid this place. We deeply regret ever giving them our details.
Negative experience: Left worse off than when i started! After $7.5k spent to get straight teeth, the staff at royal dental care parramatta - unbeknownst to me - shaved down one of my front teeth creating an unnatural and uneven appearance. The tooth they over shaved is now shorter than the other, is sensitive and requires veneers to fix. I was very unhappy and relayed my concerns to staff there - initially (in my opinion) I felt they seemed to be gaslighting me by saying that my teeth had always appeared this way. They quickly backtracked when i demanded scans and medical records. They then offered a written apology and agreed to compensation, however they only agreed to once off complementary temporary fillings (which would stain and need almost yearly replacing). After i declined this they stopped negotiating further (despite saying they want to resolve the matter). I have not heard from them since. In my opinion this is incredibly unprofessional. Those looking after my case were the oral health therapist Jash Thakkar, the orthodontist Isabel Drewling and later to negotiate compensation Dr MJ the director of the practice. I also got a second opinion from another dentist and was advised I was left with an open bite! RDC have yet to comment on this despite repeated emails. I do not recommend Royal Dental Care Parramatta to anybody. Their behaviour (in my opinion) has been unprofessional and has left me in a position where otherwise healthy teeth were damaged. I recommend to save your money and your teeth and go elsewhere. I am happy to provide picture and email proof to anybody who would like prior to putting your smile in the hands of RDC.

The front of house staff are super friendly, and as someone with a serious phobia of dentists, I can easily say this would have to be the best appointment ive ever had. Negative experience: They booked me with one doctor and then without informing me they put me with an assistant(not a doctor) and which is very dodgy. We have to be careful of what these guys do otherwise going to be a waste of time and money. Feeling frustrated.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke. They cancel and reschedule, then get aggressive on the phone… Very unprofessional. We booked two weeks in advance for a wisdom tooth removal and they quoted FOUR wisdom tooth removal for almost $3000. I read the other reviews and apparently this place adds procedures and products that they did not even do and charge it to the private health insurance card secretly… Like what? Is this a scam lol… it’s giving fraud.

At your complimentary consultation, we initially provided a quote for the removal of all four wisdom teeth at $2,740. Once we understood you preferred to proceed with just two, we adjusted the treatment plan and offered a reduced price of $1,320. We always strive to offer clear and upfront pricing tailored to each patient’s needs. Regarding your concerns about billing—please rest assured that we take these matters very seriously. We do not and would never charge any health fund without a patient’s knowledge or consent. If anything was unclear, we’d be more than happy to go over it with you directly. Negative experience: If I can give zero stars, I would They told me they can fix all of my teeth for $35,000 with dr pooneh and il get a Hollywood smile I ended up huge top teeth and crooked down the bottom constant pain the job isn’t finished and one of my caps already fell out Every time I went back, I told her about my pain she told me it’s nothing. It’s just your gums. Went back in to to fix one tooth and to pull out one which I thought was in the package obviously it was not. They charge me again over $2000on top of what I had to pay. I complain to the manager they went into the office. I can see them arguing. She came back out and told me. No you just have to pay 1500. I just had enough and I took it to the dental council obviously they realised there’s an issue because they put a lot of restrictions on her Now I have to get a lawyer to try to get money back or get other dentist to fix it and they pay I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
