Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my experience with ABC dental over the last few years. Recently getting my Invisalign done with Dr David & Dr Mei. The receptionist (Luanne & Amy) are always so lovely and accommodating. Dr Mei is so gentle and reassuring, she’s been fantastic throughout my Invisalign journey! I will definitely keep returning for my annual check ups!

Negative experience: Arrived on time and be asked to wait for 20mins and the receptionist give me a feeling she is not feeling sorry at all, very disappointed. Checked previous comments said they will charge you $80 if customers are late, too bad.

Fantastic experience: I visited ABC Dental on my lunch break as I had a cracked tooth and slight pain, the receptionist was lovely and welcoming I didn’t manage to get her name but she booked me in to see a dentist right away, I filled out a form & my dentist Simon was ready to see me. I was so happy with the outcome, Simon talked me through every step after the x-ray explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me a plan going forward. Both Simon and his dental assistant were so professional and kind making me feel comfortable. I walked out with work done & a plan going forward all within an hour but it was never rushed, Simon took his time. I can’t thank you enough for helping me! Best dentist in bondi!

Negative experience: Was running late for 15 mins. Been charged for $80 cancelations fees. Never been told will be charged for it. But First time I had to wait for half hour for the dentist to be ready. Because she Was late for her last patient. Quotations was given 2 weeks ago for 3 fillings. Now we done 2 easy filling were same price as 3 filling. Disappointed and dishonest charged.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. In tears after dealing with them, the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. No empathy or understanding when trying to reschedule an appointment because of a very personal, emotional issue, instead they quickly charged my card while I was still on the phone to them & refused to refund or help in any way. Honestly in shock after how they treated me.

Negative experience: I went there to fix my front teeth as I had a small accident eating something and chipped them. The doctor treat only one tooth as he decided that my treatment couldn’t be done because I haven’t done something on my back teeth. He could be right but didn’t explain when he was doing the job but just until seeing the results at the end. He insisted I caused this, found my old x ray and told me I had to repair something else. I hate the fact I was there for one thing but he wanted me to go ahead with more. Terrible way to talk to me and at the end he only fix one tooth. There are ways to say things. Very unprofessional place

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the team. As a new patient I was booked on short notice for a gum abscess and saw Dr Caroline O'Mahony. She was very helpful, patient, thorough and gave me plenty of information. Absolutely perfect. Many thanks! In addition to this, the fees are transparent and reasonable. The opening hours are largely accommodating and the location is practical for easy parking.

Positive experience: The service was good and the vibe is fine, it is bit overpriced.

Negative experience: Called through to cancel appointment- they did not believe me and charged me $80 for it, I sent a screenshot and they said it still didn’t match up. I am a busy mum with extremely busy work schedule and the fact that this was being argued about was frankly quite rude and unappreciative. My family and I see them Regularly and we will no longer be going to this business.

Negative experience: I have been going to the Bondi Junction practice for 7 years and today I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated yesterday I called on Monday to make an appointment for yesterday as my split broke. The appointment time I was given was for 5.30 pm. When I arrived I was advised that I should have never been given this appointment time as a splint impression takes more than half an hour. Thanks Dr.Lindsey This is really not acceptable, also I was emailed at about 3 pm and asked to fill out my personal details online even though I have been going there for 7 years and all my details are on file. Thanks ABC Dental you just lost a longtime customer

Negative experience: Had 4 fillings done WRONG by a Dentist that left the clinic straight after he did them (I was told dentists move around a lot at ABC DENTAL). I couldn't eat properly for a month, I was waiting for the dentist WHO LEFT to APPROVE the reimbursement (?) So I could get them redone again by a different dentist. I had to go there 3 times as the first 2 times 2 different dentists tried to FILE the fillings (SO PAINFUL) as they thought they were too high BUT the third time a Senior Dentist confirmed the fillings were wrong and I needed to take them out and do them again. I LOST 2 MONTHS OF MY TIME, VISITING THE CLINIC 5 TIMES, WHILE I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN. SHOCKING!!

Negative experience: What ever you do DO NOT HAVE MAJOR WORK DONE AT ABC DENTAL. I have gone to ABC dental to get 4 crowns. They insisted that to get a better smile I would need to get all the top teeth done. I was hesitant but wanted the best result. I needed to have the 4 crowns done due to erosion of my original teeth. It cost a lot of money and was an extremely unpleasant experience, as they did all the teeth in one session. I was at the dental chair for 7 hours. Consequently a year on, they have ruined my life. I now have to have all of them redone, which I can't afford. I find it hard to eat and they have twice fallen out in the year, where I had to have the teeth reconnected. This has caused me to have anxiety every time eat and I am totally traumatised. They have also deleted a previous review that I posted.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my appointment with Dr Raj and had to write a review because for the first time ever, my checkup and clean was discomfort and pain free. Dr Raj went above and beyond to ensure that I was at ease as I mentioned to him dentists weren’t my favourite due to past negative experiences with rough and rushed appointments. Cannot recommend Dr Raj enough as his attention to detail, kind and genuine persona made my checkup easy! Ontop of this, he was thorough, giving me tips to ensure my oral health stays great. The facilities and staff were both amazing also! I’ve already booked my 6 monthly checkup and for once am not nervous or anxious thinking about seeing a dentist, thank you Dr Raj!

Fantastic experience: Did dental check up with teeth cleaning service from Dr. Suraj. Very careful service with minimum to none pain service. It was first time ever I had no gum bleeding. The 3D scanning having shown to me was amazing experience where I could see how my teeth conditions are. I would recommend Dr. Suraj and his kind crew with 5 stars out of 5. Fantastic experience: I am a little disappointed because I was told that the experience would be so comfortable that I may fall asleep. Basically I could only catch a quick nap, and I would say massages are much more relaxing and cheap.

Fantastic experience: Lan is the absolute best dentist. She really takes care of you. I have been with her for quite a while for routine as well as cosmetic procedures and have never been disappointed.

Negative experience: Made a booking and cancelled my shift to come, but failed to see the doctor without the COVID testing result. They should told the patient they need to get test before they come. I made a phone call to booking with the doctor, and the lady on the line said the test is optional, however it became necessary when I arrived even I’ve got both vaccinated already. Wasting time and uncomfortable experience. It was ridiculous is the bondi used to be the hotspot, but no one asks the test results from them when I came at that period. Even the lady at reception I’ve met didn’t put her mask properly, very loose to see her nose

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend ABC Dental Bondi Junction, because I arrived there literally crying. From the reception the girls were very polite, treated me with great affection and gave me a lot of attention, trying all the time to calm me down. The dentist and her assistant were attentive, very professional. The dentist examined me, gave me the prescription and said everything will be fine. She listened to me very patiently and took all my doubts. I came in crying and left smiling, there are no other words. Thank you so much girls, thank you so much to this wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous dental patient I cannot recommend Dr Yena enough. She did a thorough consultation with me prior to the removal of my wisdom teeth which put my mind at ease. On the day of my surgery, she was calm and talked me through the process so I felt in safe hands. Since then, I have been back for a filling and Dr Yena didn't rush and took her time to talk to me prior. She always talks through my options and explains them so well. I couldn't recommend her any more highly! I will never go anywhere else!

Negative experience: My family has spent more than $4000 at this dentist in the last 6 months. One of my crowns fell off today. They absolutely refused to reattach it, saying their policy is that they will only work on crowns that they make. My wife has phoned 2 other dentists, both of whom have no problem doing this. I'm absolutely disugsted at this treatment, and my family are all moving dentists to a more understanding dentist. I am unable to go to work, and can't afford their suggestion - just get a new crown. She explained that we have pretty much no money, and they honestly couldn't care less. My favourite dentist recently left here and I understand why.

Booking process was easy online and easy to get a booking with little notice. Fairly standard check up and clean so no complaints there. No gap if you are with major health funds (I’m with MediBank)

Positive experience: The Denists are great, friendly and professional. They explained what was going on and were upfront in costs, time and work to be done. Gordon was the Denist who looked after me and made me feel comfortable. Had issues with accounts and invoices (health insurance claims) but did not effect the impression of the Dr Gordon.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service received by ABC Dental and Doctor Raj. Came in for an emergency, cracked my wisdom tooth on the weekend. They were very accommodating. I ended up having a pain free extraction, one week on and have no swelling or side affects at all. 5 stars, we will definitely go back.

Positive experience: Highly recommended. I had the wisdom teeth extraction here two weeks ago by Anita. She is so gentle, I felt no pain during the whole surgery. The best part is I even didn’t get swollen or feel painful after!!! I only took one panadol after when I got home then it just recovered itself. I would have gave a 5 star if I don’t have to wait for my invoice a week and keep calling them asking for it.

Negative experience: Absolutely incompetent dentists, my whole family had problems with them.(maybe there is same good dentist there, but we hadn't luck to meet him) Do they work on commissions? Last week my daughter was at the checkup and the dentist found three very superficial holes and wanted to fill them. My daughters followed my advice and went to an experienced dentist and he said that such small holes are not good to make a felling in. He just have to check sometimes .... I would write too long about all the serious faults in this clinic my family and I have experienced ... I definitely never go there again!!!!
