Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist isn’t always a pleasant experience but UC dental has created an amazing experience for me every single time. Dr Dan has been my dentist and he is incredible; always makes me feel comfortable through “scary” situations, explains rather than just does and is so friendly. He really goes above and beyond and I’m so thankful to be met with such kindness and patience! 1000% recommend!

Negative experience: Let me tell you about my experience, after leaving work at 3:30pm, I was met with unexpected lovely Gold Coast traffic. At 3:40 pm, I decided that my 4:00pm dental appointment at UC Dental Upper Coomera would be a hard target to hit with a 4:15 ETA, so whilst travelling from my workplace in Arundel, I thought the correct thing to do would be call UC dental and make them aware I would be 10-15 late for my appointment, but ensured them I was on my way! Once arriving after again, being stuck in the greatest 3:30pm traffic I have ever experienced, the receptionist informed me I was considered a no show and I would have to reschedule because the dentist was now with another patient. My partner called soon after to ask what had happened, to which she was informed “the other receptionist forgot to mention it”. I will not be returning to UC Dental Upper Coomera and am writing this review to hope nobody has an experience like mine. I hope the dental work is better than the admin team’s communication, otherwise I’d be very worried.

Fantastic experience: The team at UC Dental provided a welcoming and attentive service. They were able to adjust the appointment when my plans had to change and created a warm environment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan was fantastic! I came in for a check and clean, and he was incredibly gentle throughout the entire process. Sarah was an amazing assistant—professional, friendly, and clearly great at what she does. Will be back again !

Fantastic experience: Took my 10 year old son last Thursday to have his first official dentist check up and clean. Jess and her assistant were absolutely amazing! Jess's assistant noticed my son was wearing a pokemon jumper and then looked for pokemon on the TV without even asking him. That's great observation and service. Well done ladies, keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: After moving to the area from interstate 8 years ago and having to find a new dentist we went to UC dental. 8 years later we are so very thankful we made the choice to make UC dental our family dentist. From the time I walk in I feel at ease Dr James has been amazing as are the rest of the friendly staff. I can’t recommend UC dental enough.

Fantastic experience: First of all I’m not a dentist fan at all due to a few bad experiences So when I finally decided to go to the dentist due to lots of teeth issues I went here to UC Dental Trust me I was very scared I had Dr Dan as my dental practitioner And my first visit was amazing as he was so gentle and caring explaining everything and I can honestly say I’m not scared anymore Due to his caring nature to look after you Nothing bothers me now I have a completely different outlook on dentists now , all thanks to Dr Dan And I’m happy to say that after about 10 appointments new white teeth and many other procedures done I’m the happiest person today So thank you so much Dr Dan I’m happy to be able to smile again. Definitely 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I can’t express enough how greatful I am for my experience today with Dan the dentist and the beautiful welcoming I received from the lady’s on the desk. From the moment I had the phone call to confirm my appointment till when I left the building. I suffer severe anxiety from a previous experience from another dentist ( at a completely different place) I explained my fear and throughout my procedure I was asked if I was ok and reassured. The whole treatment was explained to me and quotes/options given before I had my tooth fixed. Thank you so much for this as I feel I no longer have a fear knowing I’m in good hands. Today I would like to acknowledge Dr Callum, I have been seeing Callum for a while now , and his professionalism, his knowledge and his kindness are way above a 10/10 , I have never experienced pain or discomfort while in his care , just a few laughs along the way, he checks to make sure you are ok , and explains the process as he goes along , his staff that assist him are also lovely , as so are the staff at the front desk . Fantastic experience: UC Dental is hands down the place to be if you're looking for a dental office that feels more like a day spa—except, you know, for your teeth. I walked in expecting the usual awkward small talk and anxiety, but instead, I was greeted like I was family. The vibe is so good, I almost forgot why I was there (but my teeth didn't)! The office is spotless, and the team somehow manages to balance professionalism with a sense of humor that kept me grinning the whole time. By the time I left, I was practically floating, and my smile was definitely a few watts brighter. Fantastic experience: Our whole family have been going to UC Dental for years and we have had nothing but excellent experiences. Just recently, they were able to squeeze us in at very short notice for an emergency appointment. Dr Alice and Georgie were absolutely amazing with our son who ended up having a tooth extracted. They were so patient, caring and kind and they made my son feel so relaxed in their care.

Fantastic experience: Like Kobyn, l am also not one to write reviews but Dr Tasha certainly deserves kudos because she is outstanding in every respect and in everything she does. I therefore do not mind the one hour return journey to visit her. I shouldn’t perhaps sing her praises so loudly as she will become so popular, l might struggle to get future appointments with her.

Fantastic experience: I’m not one to write reviews or provide feedback but I feel compelled after what can only be described as one of the best experiences we’ve had with a dental professional. My son, Cam, came to visit over the weekend after a suspected broken tooth - his anxiety through the roof and with countless reasonings and excuses as to why he didn’t want to go to the appointment. It was clear Dr Tasha took the time to read his new patient card and then implemented a simply beautiful doctor/patient interaction where she made Cam feel so comfortable and at ease. She explained everything in such a way it was easy for him to understand and reassured him with each thing she did. What could have easily been a very distressing experience for Cam turned into one where he left feeling confident and with a renewed commitment to look after his teeth. Dr Tasha is a wonderful dentist and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who has any anxiety regarding seeing a dentist. Thank you, we will see you in 6 months for that check up!

Fantastic experience: UC Dental has been our family’s dental clinic for a number of years and we have found them to be excellent no matter what it is that we have needed. From a chipped tooth on a 10 year old adult front tooth, Invisalign, crowns to check ups with sensitivity. Multiple practitioners at UC Dental have been able to help with no problems.

Fantastic experience: My family have been seeing Dr James Brown for several yrs now and if your like me and detest the dentist this is the place to go. He makes it as pleasant as can be and makes you relax through your procedure. They are very accommodating for emergencies and the gals on the desk are just as friendly and professional as the dentist here. We have actually moved away but travel to UC Dental as I wouldn't want to or need to go anywhere else. We highly recommend

My 10 yo suffers with an anxiety disorder and you’d never even know with how calm he was in Jordan’s care. A true reflection of a great doctor. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: I'd love to give a massive shout out and thank you to Angeline Viskovich for being the most incredible dentist, ever. I booked an emergency appointment for a tooth that was giving me all sorts of trouble and knowing that I was a nervous as I could possibly be - a 6'2 lad in his mid 30s.. she was a Saint. Angeline walked me through all of the processes in place that would lead to me having a wisdom tooth removed. The experience was so warm and comforting that I felt rather warm and relaxed. I went from being extremely nervous to enjoying the experience as much as one can when they're having a wisdom tooth removed. Please, if anyone is looking for someone spectacular in this field who is almost as good as a psychologist as they are a dentist, Angeline is the one to look after you. I felt the overall experience from everyone at the team very pleasant, professional and welcoming; and boy did I need it. As the great Molly Meldrum says .. "do yourself a favour"..

Fantastic experience: Dr Callum Prestidge and his assistant are fantastic. My kids have being going to Dr Callum for a few years and my son who is quite nervous is very comfortable with Dr Callum. I myself haven’t gone to the dentist in 9 years and start to go to Dr Callum I. had to get a few fillings Dr Callum was very patient and understanding with me and it was a great experience nothing to be nervous about.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great, I’ve seen both James Brown and Tasha Isak as Dentists and they are top notch. I drive past many dentists to go to them. Pricing and Professionalism is fantastic. Speaking of Professional, front desk give you the red carpet treatment, and if your lucky enough to see Tasha, Nikita is an exception Dental Assistant. I wish I knew how they found such great staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been to so many dental clinics and I always end up coming back to UC dental. I see Dr Tasha and she is absolutely brilliant at what she does. I saw her when I was heavily pregnant and the care was amazing. I came in recently for my next check up and brought bub with me. I was nervous about bringing her but Mel and Kiara took care of my baby and distracted her. I felt so much more at ease. Highly recommend this clinic! (And the new location is beautiful).

Fantastic experience: We needed to see UC Dental urgently after our teenage son damaged his front tooth in an accident while we were on holiday. Dr David Scavone did a phenomenal job, so much so that our NZ orthodontist even commented on the excellence of his work. We would highly recommend Dr Scavone. Credit also to the fantastic reception staff who managed to fit us in at short notice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tasha is the best dentist we’ve ever seen before. She is excellent, patient and knowledgeable. She is very good at dealing with kids. My boys love seeing her very much.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to UC Dental for 7 years. My ASD son absolutely looks forward to coming to the dentist. He has a lot of fun. The dentist and assistant are wonderful with him making the dentist visit something to look forward to. My son has had to have some dental work done (including needles and fillings) and still he looks forward to his appointments. I also look forward to my own appointments and the new space is lovely!

Fantastic experience: Dr Tasha Isak has been so patient with my son Zachary, always willing to take the time and go at his pace as he is a nervous little patient, could not ask for a better dentist or dental experience. Highly recommend for your children or even yourself :) and of course the lovley ladies out the front and the dental assistant deserve the 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: There are dentists and then there’s Dr Tasha Isak. An exceptionally passionate and caring soul who is incredibly knowledgeable about dental care. My family have been coming to UCDental for years and worked with many in the practice - all of the team are exceptional in their attention to detail and level of care. At my age, despite never having needed a filling and having excellent teeth, two years ago, Dr Isak gave me a refresher in how to care for my teeth at home according to the latest techniques - something I do twice a day and I thought I knew so well. Advancements in dentistry have ensured we could all use an update on our dental hygiene practice at home and if you get a chance to learn from Dr Isak, please take it. She is genuinely a one of kind - every visit is such a positive experience!

Negative experience: I DO NOT recommend Dr Tasha Isak. She is downgrading, talks down to you, probably half my age and I left in near tears after how she spoke to me. I've seen a few dentists in my time, she is most definitely the worst! No people skills. First and last time to see her. Pointed out every negative aspect she could find about me and that was before she cleaned my teeth. I brush twice a day, floss, have 6-12mth check ups/cleans and she made me feel the worst type of person and I'm a grown man. Her profile is nothing like her. I've been going there many years, looking elsewhere now.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend UC Dental enough. Dr Tasha Isak and Matisse work fantastically together. They are both very professional and do an incredible job making you feel comfortable throughout the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I just had a check up and clean with Dr Angeline and it was fantastic. I've never had a dental appointment more thorough or informative as this one. Also the reception staff were super helpful and friendly. All round, the experience there was great!

Fantastic experience: Dr Prestidge is a fantastic dentist and he has done a wonderful job with my teeth. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Savvas is so lovely with looking after my children’s teeth and helps calm my little one with being anxious about visiting. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had to attend UC Dental with tooth ache and subsequently needed an emergency root canal. The staff and Dr Chris took excellent care of me and even made follow up calls to see how I was doing. Fantastic practice, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of UC Dental for years and couldn’t fault them. The staff are always friendly and this clinic is very accomodating. I regularly see Dr Tasha Isak who is so lovely - she doesn’t rush you & makes sure you are comfortable and feeling okay while she’s working on your teeth. You know you’re in good hands with her. Yesterday, I had a bit of a dental emergency, and my orthodontic clinic “couldn’t help me” and doubted a dentist would either - well, they were wrong. I called UC Dental, they fit me in that same day and had my issue fixed in less than 5 minutes by Dr David McKenzie who was also very kind and welcoming. UC Dental is simply the best - you won’t find better. Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: If you have been searching for that dentist that does the best for you and is practical, go see David. I have been going to UC Dental for nearly 10 years and could not say anything bad about them. In this time I have moved an hour away from the clinic and still go to UC Dental. They are so caring and make you feel apart of their dentistry family. Very reasonably priced and there have never been any hidden costs. I have now had a baby and I can't wait for her to be able to attend this beautiful practice!

Fantastic experience: After years of avoiding the dentist, I had a lot of work to get done. UC Dental provided me with a thorough treatment plan and worked with me regarding my finances & what I hoped to achieve. Dr Callum Prestidge achieved this all, but he did so with a caring and non judgmental manner. I finally can smile without shame. Thank u Callum for the hard work and the laughs! Fantastic experience: I have come to this dentil clinic for years now! It has to be the best dental clinic I have ever been to and I have lived all over Australia and had had many bad experiences! The staff at UC DENTAL are so beautiful and friendly they always welcome you with a warm smile! Fantastic experience: We see Dr Isak and she is fantastic. Really takes the time to get to know you to put you at ease. My 8 year old really likes Dr Isak and is happy to go to the dentist. Explains everything really well and is very interested in preventative dental work, will not try to sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend all the dentists here.

Fantastic experience: Such a great dental clinic! I have always been super anxious when having to see the dentist but the staff here are so nice and welcoming, I’ve visited twice now and dr tasha has just done such a great job I am looking forward to my next visit, she explains everything so well and makes sure you are in no pain, she has really taught me how to take better care of my teeth and overall helped me regain some confidence! I couldn’t be more thankful and will definitely recommend!

I was booked in the same day with Dr Ally, such a knowledgeable, compassionate & gentle dentist. She went out of her way to explain everything to me, patiently answer all my questions & at no point did I feel rushed. Fantastic experience: My 4 years old son had the most unstressful visit with Dr Tash. She made him calm and comfortable in a chair and professionally checked and cleaned his teeth. Her assistant Belle was very friendly and even had some tooth paste with rainbow flavor. I wish I found them earlier.

Dr James was very reassuring and pleasant and made a very thorough treatment plan for me. He patiently addressed all my oral health concerns in detail and I have left feeling relieved and happy to come back to begin treatment at UC Dental.

Fantastic experience: From first consult to first appointment (of many) I’ve never felt so comfortable and reassured as I was with Dr Tash Isak discussing options with me. She made up a whole treatment plan which no dentist has ever taken the time to do with me (and I’ve been to many over nearly 4 decades!) She assured me that she will do all she can to keep my natural teeth. She educated me on what needed to be done and talked me through the process in detail. I was already blown away with the level of genuine care she has for her clients. Then my first appointment today… I NEVER FELT A THING!!! Even the jab to numb my mouth I didn’t feel! First time ever!!! She used great distraction techniques to calm me as I always get very anxious when going to the dentist, and for the first time I was relaxed and she talked me through everything she was doing which eased my nerves. I most definitely don’t have any anxiety about future visits!! I actually can’t wait! Thank you Tash!! You’re a blessing to the world of dentistry!!!
