Positive experience: I was pretty happy for two years, everyone just so friendly and professional. Not until it’s about to finish, I moved to Sydney and I tried to contact them and one of the girl from reception said someone from Sydney will contact me and that’s two months ago. Tried to contact second time, the girl from the reception said the same thing, Yet I’m still waiting. I haven’t got my retainer yet which I already paid for. And no one cares if your treatment is finished or not. Pretty sad about the results

Fantastic experience: Dental Boutique is one of the best dentist I have ever been to. My Dentist Dr Ly Tran is one of the best Dental Dr I have. He is very specific off his work explaining every detail that’s needed to be done. I had a full Implant to teeth done last month and the procedure when very well the pain does not last long because Dr Ly had prescribed pain medication to be taken. I was very happy with the results. Within 3 Weeks I had my teeth implant put in. I was very surprised with the results, it was perfectly beautiful. I can smile with confidence from now now. Dr Ly assistant nurse Trisha is very friendly and warm welcoming, she’s very gentle with her work as an assistant making sure that you’re feeling comfortable while getting the procedure done. Fantastic experience: Due to being born with a missing front tooth as well as catching a severe flu as a baby and needing strong antibiotics for it, my whole life I was insecure about my crooked, discoloured, gappy, misshapen teeth. I was bullied as a child for them by classmates and even my own cousins. Botched braces and teeth whitening by previous dentists only made them worse. Fantastic experience: For years I'd had issues with my teeth... they were falling out, breaking, all in all, not a fun time... after my initial consult with Dr Ly and the amazing dental nurse Trisha. I had full upper and partial lower dentures curated. All bar two of my teeth were removed under sedation (was an absolutely amazing thing for someone with a severe fear of dentists) and they were amazing with me. All I remember is sobbing because I was sorry (don't ask me what for...) we opted for a wait time to let everything heal, and I can't be happier with my teeth!!! I can smile again, I can eat! Fantastic experience: I didn't know what to expect as I have always been extremely anxious and suffer with panic attacks when it came to the dentist. The entire team at Dental Boutique North Adelaide, are warm and caring and put you at ease from the moment you enter. Dr Tom was kind and compassionate from the very first appointment. Dr Tom explained every option available to me thoroughly and took the time to answer my questions. The decision was made for to have a dental implant to replace my missing tooth. Dr Tom had to remove my broken tooth stump from my gum first then clean out the infection in by gum and place the implant rod requiring stitches. Dr Tom and Nurse Mary went above and beyond to help me through .y procedure even being patient and allowing me to get up and walk off my anxiety more than once during the procedure. Dr Tom and Nurse Mary were there to releive my anxiety with compassion and care. The procedure was explained to me through out the whole process. Dr Tom even gave me many options on ways they would be able to perform the procedure such as a anesethic etc it was my decision to have the treatment without anesthiasia. Dr Tom and Nurse Mary thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you have given me throughout my journey. The quality of work is exceptional i am extremely happy with the dental work and care I received i will be recommending Dental Boutique North Adelaide to everyone .

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr Ly and his team at dental boutique. Having already gone through Invisalign at another dental practice a number of years ago, my teeth subsequently moved back to their original spots. I’ve since had 3 referrals to different practitioners, all which suggested quite extreme measures which would have resulted in a 6-9 month gap in one of my front four teeth before having an implant. Dr Ly thought outside the box and came up with a plan that both solved my problem while retaining teeth in their original positions. I am over the moon with the final result - it is much better than I even could imagine. Dr Ly was kind, patient, explained procedures thoroughly and is highly skilled. My teeth have bothered me my entire adult life, and was something I thought about every day. I’m so glad that I bit the bullet and did something about it, and I would highly recommend Dr Ly and the team at dental boutique.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental procedure done at Dental Boutique Adelaide and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Ly is truly exceptional. He is highly skilled, professional, and attentive to every detail. The procedure was smooth which made me really feel comfortable, and I didn't experience any dental problems or side effects during or after the treatment, which really speaks volumes about his expertise and care. Though the healing period between the implant and placing the tooth took longer than expected, it was absolutely worth the wait as the result is fantastic - no issues at all. The dental nurse, Trish has also done an amazing work. She also made me completely at ease throughout the process, and her light hand made scans quick and comfortable. Their tandem - Dr. Ly and Trish - was amazing! We shared laughs and good vibes in the room, which made me feel even more comfortable. Moreover, the clinic staff overall went above and beyond to ensure excellent experience for patients. They were warm, very welcoming, and thoroughly professional, making sure I was well-informed every step of the way. Fantastic experience: To Dr Paul, his assistant Alex, to emma and the other reception staff, thanku for your warm,friendly and professional manner in which you treated me. From day one i was made to feel like i was the only patient they had, they made you feel special, not just a number, from my initial consultation, to talking to me about my options to finance options ,there was never any pressure to go with them, it was a easy decision in the end. I was so lucky to get Dr Paul and his wonderful assistant Alex, as a team they just made my process so stress free, mind you it would have been like a mechanic trying to fix a car engine after 40 yrs neglect. I cant say eneogh about how good and professional Dr paul is, he's like a top rate surgeon performing his craft. The whole process was just something to behold, i would not hesitate to recommend this organisation especially Dr paul and Alex to anyone needing work done on there teeth, large or small jobs they are just that good. Fantastic experience: Dr Lina is absolutely amazing! I was initially hesitant about getting Invisalign but after my consultation with them, I felt completely at ease. Dr Lina always makes me feel welcome and ensure that I’m happy with my treatment by answering all my questions. The Invisalign treatment has been a breeze, the quality of the aligners was great and they’re super comfortable. I was able to eat and drink most things as usual. It didn’t take long for me to notice the improvement in my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Lina and Dental Boutique if you’re looking into getting Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: From consult to post teeth check up, Dr Jeff Bridges made me feel super comfortable, cared for and happy upon each visit. He exceeded what I thought my teeth could ever look like, and did an amazing job. Negative experience: Pretty disappointed in the work done, went for a consult for veneers, understandably needed some fillings and other work done prior, fillings weren't done by a qualified dentist and now have to be re-done. Felt pressured into getting veneers, decided to get a second hand opinion, which Im so glad I did. They also charge prior to the work done, so I was in credit quite a bit and they dont tell you that while they hold onto your money, and then take weeks to refund you. Just shady, only reason this isnt a 1 star is they probably do good quality veneers, I will never know.

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely loved my experience at Dental Boutique Adelaide thanks to the amazing Lina. Having only been to the dentist once prior to this since I was a kid due to alot of anxiety around going, I now actually look forward to it! Lina has been wonderful, I have just completed my invasalign and I am so happy. I have also had whitening, some cleans and fillings. For me I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and Lina is always running on time, but I have never felt rushed in my appointments. I love chatting to the ladies at the front desk and checking out. Everyone is super nice.
