Norlane Dental Surgery is a multi-surgery practice which has been operating for over 30 years taking care of the oral health needs of the communities. At Norlane Dental our focus remains on providing patients with exceptional General, Orthodontics and Implant dentistry.

Negative experience: Took my son in recently. Not an overly pleasant experience. First visit I told them what needed to be done on the phone while making the appointment. Actually waited longer in the waiting room than consult. Didn't tell me what work was actually done just that he needed another appointment. Stood there for another 10 mins while the receptionist stared at the screen. I had to call and ask what the treatment was for his next appointment this time spoke to a male receptionist who repeatedly called my son the wrong name. Told me eventually what the next appointment was for. Ok. Took him in for that one after arriving home had a few small issues. Called up was put on hold for 10 mins. Hanged up spoke to a different receptionist who was more helpful. Definitely need to work on communication. Dentist himself seemed good but otherwise not feeling like I would return.

Fantastic experience: Dr Albin was fantastic! He talked our daughter through everything to make her less nervous. He explained all treatments for our family in detail and explained payment options for us too. Dr Albin was very kind and understanding, and great at his job.

Fantastic experience: First of all, I love the classy deco and architecture of the building. It makes the dental visits less clinical and stressful for some nervous patients. All staff are friendly and welcoming, always have a smile on their faces. My last visit was for a crown, which was done so efficiently and so painlessly by Dr. Albin Abraham. He is very gentle, professional, extremely warm and friendly. I feel like I am his friend, not his patient. The porcelain crown was made and installed in less than 3 hours. I also had a new dental splint for the grinding issue, and was made perfectly. I would recommend Albin and Norlane Dental Clinic to anyone!

Fantastic experience: After seeing multiple dentists elsewhere, my daughter (8) was left terrified and wouldn’t open her mouth for a dentist. I was considering sleep dentistry but then we found Dr. Albin! Dr. Albin is incredibly understanding and patient. He takes the time needed to explain everything directly to her in a child-friendly manner, and answers any questions she has. It's given her a great sense of control and put her at such ease. At our first appointment he let her hold a mirror to watch what he was doing (such a simple thing, but made a huge difference). He also went through most of the tools he uses. It took away the fear of the unknown and left her feeling much more settled. We've now seen him three times and she happily lets him complete the treatments needed. He's built a wonderful trust with her over a short period of time that she’s actually excited and asks how long we have to wait for her next appointment! I am so very grateful for the care Dr. Albin has shown. I highly, highly recommend him for children (and adults too). He’s truly amazing. For my own appointments I have previously seen Dr.Jeremy Parry and Dr. Narender who are both just as wonderful and absolutely fantastic at what they do! Overall a really great team of dentists and receptionists at Norlane Dental Aesthetics and Implants! :) Thank you !

Fantastic experience: After a bit of a rocky start with consistent issues from an aesthetic procedure, I’ve now been seeing Nerender for my dental care, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly patient, thorough, and genuinely dedicated to finding out the root cause of the issue. Fantastic experience: Could not have found a more caring and efficent dentist and all the staff likewise. He out lined the problem and dealt with it on Easter Saturday when we were very anxious about infection of the tooth during the Easter break. The pharmacy also was excellant in the same building.

Fantastic experience: My name is shay I went to Norlane Dental Aesthetics and implants extremely upset due to another dentist and Dr Alvin Abraham and his assistant Chantelle did an amazing job on my not so nice looking tooth filling it,they were so kind Dr Abraham went through all my options and was extremely professional and it was a very positive clean environment exactly what you want when you go to the dentist,I will be going back for all my dental work there and am actually going back for veneers!!They also call and remind you of appointments and all the receptionists are so kind also highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As always, it was a warm, friendly reception for me on my arrival at the clinic today. My dentist, Dr Narender and her assistant Jocelyn made sure I felt comfortable with cheerful conversation as I settled into the chair. A nice comfortable cushion was placed behind me. Narender and Jocelyn were gentle during the teeth cleaning process and gave me plenty of breaks and asked how I was going. Dr Narender's advice regarding my ongoing dental care and hygiene, and what to expect on my next visit was straight forward. It's always good to leave, smiling with all my teeth

I chipped my front teeth and Dr Albin did an amazing job in fixing my teeth and brought back my smile. Fantastic experience: This dental clinic is one of the best I’ve been to! It’s very clean, modern & spacious. The customer service from both the admin & clinical staff is great. They are very helpful & friendly. I was lucky to receive treatment for severe gum disease from Dr Mehak. i was in a lot of pain & bleeding from my gums when I finally found this clinic, thanks to Google! Now my gums are much healthier & I can eat & drink without pain. Dr Mehak is a professional & communicates well and she regularly checked in with me during treatment to make sure I was okay. Now I’ve changed dentists with the bonus of having a gum specialist (periodontist) as well. Very happy

I haven't been to the dentist in a very very long time and Dr Narendar was amazing and took the time to discuss the treatment plan of action with costs clearly displayed and then given a quote with private health taken off, amazing to know costs straight up. Fantastic experience: My daughter (13 yrs) had 3 teeth removed and she was petrified before the procedure even began. Dr Damien was fantastic in the way that he listened to her and explained what he was doing. The 2 nurses were amazing. They held her hand and reassured her the whole time and I can’t thank them enough. For a child who isn’t a fan of the dentist when we got home she asked if Dr Damien could be her dentist forever.

Positive experience: I like how Dr. Narender is gentle. But nonetheless I think she charges an arm and a leg. I ran into her twice this financial year and coughed up almost $450 even though I'm a poor renter who struggles to make ends meet. I used to visit dentists in Sunbury who were cheaper and didn't need me to come back every six months. Instead they encouraged me to come once a year and this clinic was a bulk billing one I think. That was Macedon Street Dental.

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I've had was during a tooth extraction procedure at the Norlane dental. I was nervous and anxious about the procedure, but from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The dentist was friendly, professional, and explained everything they were going to do, making sure I understood the process. They also made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, checking in with me regularly to ask how I was doing. What really impressed me, though, was the dentist's gentle and careful approach during the extraction. They made sure I didn't feel any pain, and the procedure was over before I knew it. After the extraction, the dentist provided me with clear instructions on how to care for the extraction site, and they even followed up with me the next day to check on my recovery. What made this experience stand out, though, was the dentist's empathy and kindness. He understood my anxiety and fear, and he took the time to reassure me and make me feel comfortable. It was a truly positive experience, and I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone who needs a tooth extraction or any other dental procedure.
