Fantastic experience: I recently had my teeth cleaned and two fillings done by Dr. Jo and nurse Charlotte, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve suffered with dental anxiety due to past experiences, but Dr. Jo and Charlotte made me feel completely at ease and calmed my nerves throughout the whole appointment. They were kind, patient, and explained everything, which really helped me feel calm and comfortable. The front desk staff, Laura and Nikki, were also wonderful — they were so lovely and managed to get me an appointment as soon as possible when I shared my concerns about my fillings. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making what would usually be a stressful visit so easy and stress-free. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have a terrible history with dental appointments, but after a horrendous toothache forced me to book, I found Oasis Demtal in Chirn Park. The staff are absolutely amazing and so encouraging and supportive. I saw Dr Michelle on Monday and she got me in for an extraction with Dr Braden. I am so embarrassed by the condition of my teeth, but both Michelle and Braden made me feel so at ease. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment with Michelle, and starting my journey to dental health!

From the receptionists to the nurses, the entire team made me feel very COMFORTABLE and RELAXED. Dr Suelen and her lovely NURSE LAURA did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB. I had two cavities in hard-to-reach areas, and even though Dr Suelen works with dental implants, her CONSERVATIVE APPROACH doing a small surgery to expose more the cavities and place fillings, allowed her to SAVE BOTH TEETH, avoiding unnecessary extra costs or more complex treatments. She was incredibly ATTENTIVE, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and also educating me on how to better care for my oral health. The surgery with the fillings went very smoothly, and the recovery was almost PAIN-FREE with barely any swelling. Dr Suelen, nurse Laura, receptionists Chanele and Nikki, manager Laura, and the Oasis Dental team have been taking care of me for years. Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed – Not the 5-Star Experience I Expected I booked with Oasis Dental in chirn Park based on their glowing 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has left me seriously questioning the validity of those ratings. After completing a treatment plan that included multiple fillings and a crown, I expected a high standard of care—especially given the complexity and cost of the work. Instead, I was assigned a newly arrived dentist from the UK, who made me questioning from the start. I explained that I was only getting fillings done here and had booked my veneers elsewhere. Instead of respecting that, he questioned my decision repeatedly and tried to push his own veneer services on me, even mocking my choice to go elsewhere. He even created a mock-up photo of veneers for me after I had clearly said I was not interested. It felt more like a sales pitch than a dental consultation. When I returned for my two-hour filling appointment (3 fillings), it was rushed and completed in just under an hour. The work was so rough and uneven I could literally feel sharp edges that cut my tongue. When I raised concerns, I was told it would “settle in a week.” Well, a week passed, and nothing improved. To their credit, the reception staff were polite and helped rebook me, but at that point, I had already lost trust. Two weeks later, it’s even worse I can’t eat on the right side of my mouth. It feels like the filling may have hit a nerve. Now, over $1,000 down the drain and will need to have all the fillings redone elsewhere. This has been a huge letdown. What should have been a professional and high-quality service turned into a rushed, uncomfortable, and painful experience. One star.

Fantastic experience: Dr Michelle is amazing! After years of pain and constant headaches with TMJ - teeth grinding and Bruxism, I finally got Botox treatment in my jaw to ease the pain. The relief was felt within days and is a life saver! Now I just go for top up's with Dr Michelle. She is extremely professional, gentle and caring!

Fantastic experience: Taking my children (aged 7 and 10) for their dentist appointment is easy. There is never any protest. In fact, the opposite, they are super excited to see Dr. Michelle Tan and her team. They know exactly how to engage with children and make them feel comfortable and part of the whole teeth cleaning process. Dr. Tan has been our family dentist since we moved to the Gold Coast in 2017. My husband and I knew instantly that Dr. Tan would be the best choice of dentist for our children too, to ensure their early experience of visiting a dentist was positive.

As this was my first surgical dental procedure I was very anxious however after expressing this Dr Suelen Cella and her attending where very kind and patient, taking the time to calm my nerves and step me through what turned out to be a very quick, efficient procedure with no discomfort. Fantastic experience: Let me save you the time if you’re hunting for an awesome cosmetic dentist- Dr Ben Cosgrove and the team at Oasis Chirn Park should be your first and only choice. Having cosmetic dentistry is a big step and you need to trust the Dr and team they will deliver on your expectations. I was concerned that my teeth would look too white, horsey and generally very fake. It’s not only the visually appealing smile your want but also ensuring an anatomical and functional bite. The attention to detail and patient care is second to none (and I’ve had a lot of dentistry over the years). In short, some minor pre work dentistry, temporary teeth whilst my crowns were being designed - you get the results in the photos -13 crowns 1.before 2. Fantastic experience: *I had 8 composite veneers done by a different practice that were not done to quality or standard leaving me victim to easily chipped teeth that needed intensive restoration* My SIL recommended Oasis Dental Chirn Park specifically to me however from previous experiences following recommendations by all family members I was hesitant and thought I would do my own research finding the perfect dentist for my needs. With no luck to my surprise I did not find anyone that could offer a free cosmetic consultation or even have any availability in the time frame I needed or even adequate customer service that I decided to bite the bullet and ring Oasis Chirn park… and WOW am I so glad my hunt for a dentist wasn’t as easy as I expected because I would not have been fortunate enough to receive the following wholesome experience OF MY LIFE! I contacted Oasis Chirn park and was blessed with the utmost INCREDIBLE customer service & support from their desk staff Maddy. She was kind, bubbly, very communicative, assuring, and actually enthusiastically excited for me to come into their practice to see a highly recommended dentist by the name Dr. Benjamin Cosgrove. The first phone call with Maddy left me with a outburst rage of HAPPINESS that I rang my sister in law SCREAMING with joy and gratitude to her for the recommendation and I haven’t even stepped foot in their practice yet because 1. They were offering free cosmetic consultations ✅ 2. They had availability SAME DAY as my phone enquiry ✅ 3. Maddy was the bestest customer service I had ever received in my 30 years!! ✅ I went in for my consultation and WOW was I blown away by their advanced technology & in depth services provided!! Dr. Ben gave me instant comfortability as his beautiful demeanour and caring persona made me feel so at ease because he was the first dentist to actually listen and take on board my concerns and even my unrealistic knowledge on what I thought I could achieve instead of my usual experiences of dentists talking over my concerns & expectations and not listening or taking on board my expectations, always making me feel dismissed, judged, or even criticised to the conditions of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I always have a wonderful experience at Oasis dental, visiting the dentist has always caused me anxiety until I started seeing Dr Michelle at Chrin Park. She's so kind, patient, gentle and always explains her way through the procedures. I had a filling here today and as always Dr Michelle and Nurse Laura were AMAZING. Fantastic experience: Have been going to Oasis for a little while now and just completed my Invisalign treatment plan with Dr Brayden. He was so helpful the whole way through, provided realistic time frames and actively listened to my areas of concern. We finished off my treatment with some composite bonding on 2.5 of my teeth and they blended perfectly with my natural teeth which is exactly what I was after. On top of that he worked around my pregnancy, ensuring we wrapped up treatment/bonding just in time for the arrival of our new bub and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had literally flawless interactions with this practice! They make the experience so quick, efficient and all staff have such a warm and welcoming attitude. I used to avoid the dentist for years but these girls make me want to come in every day. Dr Jess & Nurse Tarnee make procedures feel like I’m in the company of friends and always make sure I’m comfortable. Chanele and Maddie on front desk have the loveliest nature and patience and always have a smile on their face. They call to check in and make sure everything is okay too. The clinic itself is modern and they even have a TV playing during procedures, I barely even notice the time go by. They only do what is needed, even if it means a lower cost, which shows their patient centred care. Definitely the best practice I’ve experienced and would recommend to anyone in the area

Fantastic experience: Dr Suelen is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is extremely passionate about educating her patients on dental health but will also give you specific recommendations on products for your teeth. She does this in a completely informative way not as a way to upsell. I have since asked for support with my toddler son and sister who has a disability and dental fear and she has been extremely accomodating with both. Id recommend oasis and particularly Suelen to anyone but especially those who require a little more patience and care with their dental.

Since moving from Melbourne, I have been getting significant dental work done by Dr Ben Cosgrove who is a youngish dentist from Ireland and his skill, knowledge & commitment is very impressive ! His very friendly, mindful and can do attitude is very reassuring & calming. He is very in tune with the dental technology Oasis has at its disposal and makes the experience as stress-free as possible. Can’t recommend Dr Ben enough. Also a special mention to the team who are friendly & helpful.

Fantastic experience: Had a bridge done with Braden and Kate and just wanted to say thank you for a very easy experience. It took 2hrs of prep and less than an hour to fit and tidyup, all done in one day. I was a little nervous beforehand of the prep work, considering that it was going to take 2hrs, but once we got going, time flew and I was relaxed throughout the whole thing. To be honest, I had to stop myself from dozing off a few times. Braden talks you through everything before hand. The tech is fantastic, 3D scanner allows them to mill the bridge on site for a perfect fit and a hour or two later it was being fitted, job done. Im writing this the following day and zero pain or discomfort today, yesterday my jaw was a little tender from being open so long, but some panadol sorted that. If you are considering a bridge I'd highly recomend having a chat with Braden or the team at Chirn Park.

Fantastic experience: I have no words for the talent that is Dr Bharat Agrawal. He is super friendly, gentle, knowledgeable and talented. He is understanding and not judgmental, and makes sure things are done perfectly. He is genuinely caring and focussed on the best results for the client. I had an extremely tricky situation involving a large cavity which was borderline needing a root canal. I had been to another dentist which recommended a root canal urgently, and did not really consider any other options. I did not know much about root canals as I have barely needed any teeth work done so was hesitant to jump in until getting a second opinion. A friend referred me to Dr Bharat and I came here for a second opinion. While he agreed it was such a large cavity that a root canal could be possible or highly likely, he was prepared to try and fill it if he got in there and the nerve wasn't exposed. We had two plans going into the appointment, as it was unknown from the x-ray given how close it was to the nerve cavity. Dr Bharat ended up doing a very complex filling. The sheer amount of work and time that went into that filling was insane. It was complex, with almost half the tooth needing to be rebuilt in the end. I am extremely grateful for his willingness to consider alternative options to a root canal, and giving a filling a go if it was safe to do so. The outcome looks spectacular, almost like there's never been any work done to the tooth! It blows my mind how well he executed it. The whole process was seamless. Also shout out to the lovely receptionists, hygienists and dental assistants who work there as well. It's such a good vibe, and the dental assistant was incredibly talented and switched on as well to be able to support Dr Bharat in such a complex and efficient manner.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bharat is undoubtedly the best dentist I have ever seen. A few weeks ago, I experienced a skateboard accident and broke my front tooth. Despite always taking great care of my dental health, as a foreign student, finding myself in that situation left me feeling depressed and desperate. I went to another dentist who filled the gap in my mouth, but I could still notice a significant difference between my real tooth and the resin they used. This affected my self-esteem to the point that I couldn't even go for a daily walk. That's when I met Dr. Bharat. He explained his procedure, using different types of resin to match my smile.
