Fantastic experience: My first visit here today for a long long overdue clean and checkup. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all, and everyone from reception to Andrew my hygienist and consulting dentist John were all super friendly and professional and made me feel totally at ease. Following the checkup I was provided with multiple treatment options depending on my circumstances and requirements. Highly recommended! Thanks guys.

He was quick, thorough, and incredibly professional everything you’d hope for in a dental visit with a 4 year old. Nina loved her cleaning and is already asking when she can go back! As for myself, Dr. John was fantastic with my crown it fits perfectly and feels completely natural. From start to finish, we felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this incredible team!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I broke a tooth just before Christmas, and my usual dentist was closed for the holidays until January. The broken tooth was quite sore and uncomfortable, so I contacted Northmead Dental since they are in the local area. From my first contact they were very professional and helpful, and despite the fact that I had never been a patient there they were able to book me in to see a dentist the next day (on Christmas Eve). Dr John Twomey was fantastic and did a great job on my tooth, thank you so much! I am very grateful for the professional treatment, now I can relax and enjoy the Christmas season.

Positive experience: I booked in with Annie the oral health therapist. She does a good job, is professional, pleasant, capable and I am happy with her work. The receptionist that served me was equally pleasant. Then why the 4/5 instead of 5/5? One noticeable difference this time compared to 2 years ago, is that previously after Annie had finished, a dentist came in and did a once-over check as well. No dentist came in this time.

Fantastic experience: Once again I’ve had a 5 star checkup and clean at Northmead Dental. This time with Jonathan, as Kim is off on maternity leave (congratulations!). Despite his youthful looks, has immense knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. In fact he’s the first dentist to EVER ask about my dental history in any depth! I’ll be happy to keep going there. PS Besides, there’s a great little cafe (Pourt Cafe) around the corner. I like to pop in before my dentist appointment since I have to wait 1/2 hr after it before I can drink or eat.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked my first appointment at Northmead Dental after having not had a dental check up anywhere for far too long! I made my decision based on reviews I read, and my experience was in line with all the positive comments I had read. April in reception was welcoming, friendly and professional. I saw Annie first, who was thorough, gentle and made me feel very at ease. Andrea came in afterwards to take a look at my x-rays and check everything over. I was very impressed with Annie, Andrea and the dental assistant, and am pleased to have found a great dentist so close to my home. I'll be back.

Everyone is so professional & friendly however the main reason I do go - they are all about helping you prevent major problems with your teeth & gums. Compared to a number of dentists I have been to in the past who were obviousl all about them and not the patient.... I would recommend Andrea & her team.

Fantastic experience: My family have a great experience coming here. The staff are very friendly and so helpful in getting my children into the habit of looking after their teeth. There are some pretty neat tools (purple dye on teeth to learn where is getting brushed best) and rewards used to make going to the dentist a treat rather than a moment of dread. Have to give a shout out to Dr Kimberthy Wong who is my dentist of choice but I'm confident that all the Doctors here do great work on all their patients. The practice itself feels very modern and clean and while I go just for general checkups I'm sure that they will be able to get me through concerns I have in the future.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience I had at Northmead Dental today with root canal treatment. I did not feel a thing to plus had a first experience with headphones whilst being treated. Comparing to-days treatment with previous treatments which I had in the 1990s the improved technology and a great dentist was just amazing.

I met with Dr Andrea Lakatos. What a wonderful dentist. She was cautious but thorough. ❤ the experience As a new patient I was given a toothbrush and a small tote bag as a gift. With the gap, it came up to just over $100 plus. Will be back. Worth travelling from North Sydney.
