Fantastic experience: I have found Bendigo Smiles to be a friendly professional dentist practice. They put you right at ease from the very first contact whether it be a phone call, or at their front desk manned by helpful knowledgeable staff. I thoroughly recommend Bendigo Smiles as a place to go to for all differing ages and situations.

Fantastic experience: I've had Dr. Pooja treating me over multiple visits for numerous reasons. She has been so kind, friendly and gentle. Her skills at administrating the anaesthesia are amazing. She doesn't rush the topical process and I have not experienced the same amount of stinging, pain and discomfort as I have felt with other dentists over the years. Today was a difficult procedure (for me) as I was having an extraction. I was emotional, even as a grown woman its still stressful having something like this happen. She managed to remove it quite quickly considering it was a major molar and it was reassuring that she kept checking in with me throughout all my procedures as she noticed my breathing change or if I made slight noises or any anxious movements with my hands. It is evident she has a beautiful caring, maternal heart that is sensitive to the patient and what they may be feeling. Especially as she was dabbing my tears away. Remarkable woman and her assistant is amazing. I aplogise for not remembering her name but all the staff have been great. I highly recommend. May God bless you, your family and your workplace. ✨️✨️

Negative experience: Booked an appointment almost a week out, time off work and all the usual to make the appointment, the confirmed it with a text message and a phone call day prior. Go into the waiting room and the wait kept getting drawn out further and further. Probably no point in booking in if you don’t have the whole day to wait to around. Additionally there is little point in them confirming if they can’t keep the appointment times. Would have expected better from a Bupa first provider.

Very understanding of my fear Actually listen to me when I said I needed extra pain relief but still he was gentle. And. I will definitely recommend this clinic

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Bendigo Smiles for quite a few years now and they have always gone out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I have recently had major dental work performed by Dr Patrick. I am extremely happy with the outcome of this work and would highly recommend Dr Patrick and Bendigo Smiles.

Negative experience: Dental nurse was fantastic and so lovely. Dentist rushed 3 fillings and a clean on same appointment. The 3 injections all really hurt me. Tools used were banging into my teeth and water spilled down my face a few times. I had asked for someone gentle and this was far from it. I had root canal treatment elsewhere and it was much more bearable than that, also the dentist had no empathy towards me after she hurt me so much. Worst experience.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Bendigo smiles has been very positive. The reception assistants, dentist and dental assistants were all so supportive and really calming. I really felt that they noted that I struggled with discomfort with my back, needles and any other unique things I mentioned on my form (which was awesome that they ask this information as well). I really felt that they heard this and made extra effort to help ease me through the process. One dental assistant in particular was so calming, reminding me to breathe- such a caring approach, thank you so much for making what can be an uncomfortable experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bendigo Smiles for many years and they have always been professional and friendly. I have recently gone through the process of getting veneers with my dentist Patrick and I could not be happier! He did an excellent job through the whole process and they look amazing!

I was in excruciating tooth pain and desperately looking for a dentist when I came across this practice. They immediately scheduled an appointment for me, and I was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Patrick Mattu, a skilled dental surgeon. From my very first visit, I was thoroughly assessed, and a treatment plan was put in place, which included a root canal to address the problem. The quality of work and the level of care I received truly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Morgan, the dental assistant, who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also want to acknowledge the dental hygienist who performed a deep cleaning of my teeth. They were meticulous, gentle, and ensured I was at ease throughout the procedure, which made the experience even more pleasant. I visited the clinic four times for the procedure, and each visit was handled with the utmost professionalism and kindness. What impressed me most was their follow-up care—they called the day after each appointment to check on how I was feeling. This level of care and attention is what makes Bendigo Smiles stand out. Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience at Bendigo Smiles, I went in really anxious and worried as I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was a little kid. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and made to feel right at home. We discussed options to help me get the best smile for my wedding. Dr Patrick helped me with my journey of veneers, himself and Skye made the experience so wonderful and such smooth sailing, he absolutely perfected my smile and I’m so so happy with my veneers. I couldn’t recommend Bendigo smiles, Dr Patrick and Skye enough! If you’re looking to get any form of dental work especially veneers I couldn’t speak more highly of Dr Patrick and the team. He perfected his work made sure I was comfortable the whole time and really took the time to make sure they were exactly what I was after. Fantastic experience: Rang first thing in the morning for an emergency appointment. I got one 40 mins from when I rang. I then returned for treatment 3 hrs later. Follow up appt booked in 8 days. Staff are always excellent here in all aspects. They treat you with the highest of respect. My entire family come to this clinic. I highly recommend Bendigo Smiles.

Patrick my dentist was very understanding and explained everything to me each step of the way and his dental assistant was likewise very caring and understanding. I was going to opt for a General anaesthetic but I'm very pleased that ahead and had the fillings done at the dental clinic. Would definitely recommend Bendigo Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Dr Renuka was absolutely amazing with my son, who has struggled at the dentist from a young age. She explained everything to him to try and keep him at ease, and reassured him every step of the way.

Negative experience: been here twice now and both times the guy has been quiet rude, he gave me the numbing needle and didn’t give it anytime to work so i could feel the whole thing, i tries to say ow to get him to stop but he ignored it and continued. there was also dead fish in the fish tank both times.

Before continuing with the work we discussed dental options and what was suitable to meet my current dental needs. We also discussed financial plans and payment options for either dental option I took. Works were completed in a timely manner and I can smile with confidence that the work carried out was professional, skilled and with a flare of finesse.
