Positive experience: The clinic (Gregory Hills) was a little hard to find as the address is not noted in the appointment in the app, and the clinic is not visible from the street, but it is located above Dosa Hut in Hub Building A (Level 1). Parking is a challenge, the ground level carpark is limited, the underground carpark is reserved for staff, and the streets all around are packed with cars, but I did find a spot in the basement next to the ones reserved for Dental 99 - I think they have one spare as there are 3 spots reserved for them (only 2 marked) but there are only 2 staff working there, from what I could tell. There is presently no Dentist at this location, but the Oral Hygiene Therapist (Anna Ngo) said she is able to do certain fillings as well as the check, clean and treatment plan. To have to make a separate appointment at a different (further) location for the filling I was advised I need is a bit inconvenient, but they are planning to have a Dentist at this location (soon?). The experience felt quite rushed, but was professional and helpful overall, and Anna did her best to be friendly, gentle and make sure she wasn't hurting me during the clean, and to give some helpful advice and recommendations. The X-rays are done at the start of the appointment which the Therapist can then view and refer to, and the fact that these are done for free and uploaded in the app is a very good service, I feel. I was also able to purchase a Dental 99 take-home LED Teeth Whitening kit for $99 which Anna showed me through how to pay for online and advised how to use, how long it lasts etc.

Negative experience: If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! My daughter who is 17 walked out in tears because she was rushed (a check up and clean didn’t even last 15 minutes!), they were extremely rough with the clean, they left her gums in pain and bleeding, even though she told them REPEATEDLY it was hurting, she’d stop for half a second and continue again with the rough treatment. No consideration for the patient and how the patient was feeling WHATSOEVER. DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This all happened when I walked out to attend to a phone call. They had just started the clean when I walked out. I wish I had seen how she was treated because I would’ve spoken up. Oh and when the assistant took the xray, she walked out but happily left me in the room and didn’t ask me to leave!

Fantastic experience: Visiting dental 99 for several times now, they did my anual dental cleaning, managing any dental issues, I had composite veneers with them and it is amazing. I've been attending diferent dental and cost me a fortune. My partner learn about Debtal 99 a lot cheaper services compare to any dental clinics arround Sydney but royal treatment, so me and my partner attend the practice since then. Ms. Anna Ngo is brilliant on looking after me. On my recent appointment, I was suprise when I recieved a call from her as I totally forget my appointment, she is very kind to re acheduled it, Ms. Ngo look after me since I started attending Dental 99 in 3 years now. You can have royal smile without breaking an arm and a leg with Dental 99.

Negative experience: I attended a consultation at Dental 99 (Gregory Hills) in November for a checkup and clean. The Oral Health Therapist had rushed through the procedure and the outside of my mouth was sliced with the tool used. I never received an apology at the time. I contacted the customer service team after the appointment, as the burning pain continued to get worse. I was advised to use an Avene scar gel (costing more than $20) and was told this should heal. Unfortunately I am now left with a scar... Disappointing experience overall.

Negative experience: If only i could give 0 star Absolutely lies of a clinic! Do not go to this place! They lie about ' work to be done in teeths' when nothing is wrong, They try to steal your money by making you pay for fillings when nothing is wrong, They charge you $99 for xray and check up, though they try to charge you again for a clean.... Positive experience: Hurt like a hell, but lady nice. 3* because basic clean and scale doesn't come with any needles for pain killers, ana did the clean and scale in under 20minutes so felt every damn bit of it, was extremely bloody painful. If pain obstruction was administered I would be rating 5*, I will come back again but I want better care taken as it felt extremely harsh compared to previous dentist I remember visiting as a child

Negative experience: Staff are friendly, booking is simple, cost is cheaper but first visit for a filling was long, sore jaw and rough. Second visit to remove another tooth was the same. Sore jaw from opening for very long periods and rough treatment with implements knocking or pressing against other teeth which I’ve never experienced with other dentists ever. Seems like the dentists were on training?

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at Dental 99 as I thought I’d try somewhere new for a clean and checkup, and I’m so glad I did! I was so shocked that it was only $99 for the whole treatment including X-rays + photos for the initial appointment. The dentist that treated me was absolutely lovely and very informative. I love the accessibility of the app and that I can see notes and photos from my appointment at any time. It’s so easy to book and attend an appointment, and I’m so happy to continue my treatment with Dental 99
