Fantastic experience: I've been going here for as long as I can remember and never been disappointed. Recently had a sporting accident which revealed a more extensive issue. These guys saw me the next day and thoroughly sorted it all out. Zero issues, great results, peace of mind. Do recommend!

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at Fullarton park dental! I recently took my six-year-old child to this dental practice for a filling. The young oral health therapist who performed the procedure left much to be desired. Not only was I overcharged by $200, but the therapist also failed to properly clean the area under the filling. After bringing the billing error to their attention, the management team apologized and refunded the excess amount. However, my trust was already broken. Today, I took my child to a different dental practice for a second opinion. The X-ray revealed that the area under the filling had not been properly cleaned. I've attached a photo for reference. While I can't speak to the competence of their other team members, my experience with this young and inexperienced oral health therapist was extremely disappointing. Beware of subpar work and billing errors!

Fantastic experience: Incredible practice called in with a painful toothache and they were fully booked but to ensure I was seen too Dr. Lucas after through examinations and discussion extracted the tooth during his lunch hour !!!! Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental practice. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and have difficulty with the sound of the equipment. They were able to do a manual clean to make it more comfortable and the staff in general bent over backwards to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible. I saw Renee and Dr Lauren - both fantastic, caring and empathetic. The staff at the front desk were also kind and supportive. Strongly recommend this practice for anyone but especially those with anxiety and/or are neurodivergent.

Fantastic experience: Having moved back to Melbourne with 3 children we were looking for a dentist that the whole family could visit. It made sense to look local. Based on the reviews we chose Fullarton Park Dental and after my chevk up we booked the rest of the family in overtime and we couldn't be happier. Since being back we've had check ups, emergency visits from accidents, advice around toothpaste for kids as well what to look for when selecting an orthodontist. The last two we felt silly for asking but appreciated the team taking the time to answer our questions. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Fullarton Park Dental. Took my 6 year old there today and she had a very positive experience. Loved the friendly staff (and impromptu magic show!), the tv screen mounted on the ceiling playing a favourite cartoon, and the little show bag she was given afterwards was quite the hit! The whole practice has a really lovely feel; it's clean, modern and filled with natural light. Staff were friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Fullarton Park Dental more highly. I recently visited for an appointment and from the moment I arrived I was greeted by friendly reception staff, inside a beautifully renovated building. Not long after I was seated my hygienist Serena greeted me and I felt at ease straight away in her presence. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns and my nerves with attending the dentist however I shortly discovered I had nothing to worry about as she calmed my worries and was incredibly gentle. Not to mention we were having such wonderful conversations the clean flew past and was over before I knew it - pain free! It was a pleasure to have Dr Greta too, she has such a gentle and warm nature and is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. We visited FPD on a professional visit and have been to many dental practices in Australia. This one is super organised and the team were all very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a good dental near my area having high reviews in Google and found this dental. They provide the online booking facility which I prefer much. When we went there, first the receptionists were warmly welcoming both me and my husband. Then the nurse direct us to the room. Both the nurse and the doctor were very friendly. The doctor was much knowledgeable and explained every possible ways to save my tooth showing the X-ray along with what he prefers. Also, they allowed my husband to come in and doctor had a friendly chat with him while doing my filling. I am so grateful for them as it was painless throughout the filling. Definitely I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to go to the best dentist I could find In Adelaide after a TERRIBLY SHOCKING experience at the last dentist I went to. I was not disappointed by Fullarton Park Dental. Serena did my clean and it was the gentlest clean I have had in my life. She was so careful, kind and had a very calming presence overall which is what you want from someone who is putting random tools in your mouth! I saw Dr Olivia for my checkup and for moulds for a new night guard. She listened to and validated my concerns with my last dental experience (at a different surgery!!), answered my questions and took the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciated as someone who gets very anxious about teeth stuff! Although Fullarton Park Dental is 40mins from where I live, I will never go anywhere else. If you are scared of the dentist, have had horrible experiences in the past and don't want to go to the dentist as a result, Fullarton Park Dental is the place for you, I can imagine they will do all they can to help your fears and anxieties.

Fantastic experience: I had such a lovely experience here. I had my back tooth pulled out by Dr Lucas and his assistant Angela yesterday. Both Dr Lucas and Angela were so kind and gentle with me. They were patient even though I’m sure my anxiety slowed them down a bit. They really took their time with me. Angela put her hand on my arm and talked me through my anxiety while the tooth was being pulled and I was really touched by that. Dr Lucas went out of his way to give me verbal reassurance the whole way through the procedure and checked in with me the entire time, didn’t hesitate to give me a break or to give me another numbing injection if needed. They were both so attentive and caring, made a great team and I felt completely safe and confident in their care. And I got a cute little goodie bag afterwards with some soup in it - such a nice touch. Definite five stars. :-)

Recently I had a painful emergency issue witch they immediately made room for me to be seen. They worked collaboratively and solved the cause of the problem whilst ensuring I was not in pain. I love the big windows here with the calming view of trees outside - plus a TV on the ceiling for more distraction! Staff are always lovely and do their best to make it a comfortable experience.

Unlike other dentists, its never been a painful or difficult ordeal, even when dealing with a badly broken tooth. They have an excellent text messaging system in place to make sure you won't miss an appointment. 5/5, could not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely clinic! Dr Greta, Dr Michael and their wonderful team are highly professional and very caring. My daughter was very nervous about going for a checkup but Dr Greta's gentle and patient manner allowed her to feel comfortable and relaxed. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

Ended up in tears in the office thanking them for not discriminating against people and making me feel normal and not like some diseased person cos im unjabbed. Any procedure required has always been explained in full prior and undertaken to the highest of standards. Fantastic experience: My girls (aged 5, 7 and 14) are huge fans and are excited for a visit to Fullarton Park Dental. They are made to feel comfortable and all the staff are patient and kind. Dr Filosi is their favourite because he does magic tricks and blows up glove balloons for them! The TV screens on the ceilings are a bonus and I like that I can swipe my Bupa card. I highly recommend Fullarton Park Dental for all ages.

After avoiding the dentist for a number of years, Fullarton Park Dental were more than happy to take me on as a client and make me feel comfortable, and were able to negotiate a well explained treatment plan. On my first visit Dr. Greta Filosi did such a great job at restoring and building up a tooth that I thought was beyond repair! Dr. Michael Filosi is very skilled at extractions and was able to carry out a tricky procedure that felt safe and gentle. I highly recommend this practice - both Greta & Michael are experts, and I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff and doctors if this is how high they've set the bar. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: The staff at this dental clinic are amazing. The clinic has a very warm and welcoming environment and I actually come out of my appointment feeling relaxed as both Arna and Michael are so gentle when working on my teeth. No nerves at all when visiting this clinic when having my teeth cleaned and treated. Would highly recommend especially to those who get nervous when visiting the dentist. 5 Gold stars for customer service!

Fantastic experience: The team at Fullarton Park Dental are second to none. Dr. Filosi's dental and Amy's oral hygienist skills are brilliant, what a team they make. Like most people I used to have a fear of visiting a dental clinic, but now I look forward to my check ups every 6 months. From the time you arrive at the clinic to the time you leave there is strong sense of community and synergy in the air.

Fantastic experience: I entirely agree with other reviews. All staff at Fullarton Park Dental to be very friendly, professional, gentle and reliable. When I visited, I worried about my back tooth as it has a darker colour. Dr Greta Filosi carefully checked x-ray pictures. She explained it was not a cavity, but my previous filling changed its colour. Her explanation relieved me as my last dentist in Sydney did not tell me the reason for the colour, which had made me worried for two years. Also, while checking ups, she found a few small cavities and fixed one of them as others were too small to fill. She suggested flossing more frequently and will keep her eyes on them in regular checkups. It means they do not offer any unnecessary treatments. I highly recommend Fullarton Park Dental because of its excellent, honest and trustworthy service.
