Fantastic experience: You still may not enjoy going to the dentist, but at Toothpaste Family Dentistry it's about as good as it can get! If the whizzbang technology doesn't distract you, the choice of Netflix movies will. More importantly, the dentists are responsive to you, not only telling you what's going on, but ensuring that checkups and work is done with as little stress to you as possible. Back to that technology, it's good to know that these dentists are also proactive - they are all about saving your teeth into old age! Very professional and also very friendly.

And give you good advice about how to maintain better. He is very friendly and smiling all the time. The price is reasonable as well. I highly recommend him to the public. Fantastic experience: Friendly, very efficient, very easy access for wheelchairs. On a subsequent visit, I needed some fairly major work just before leaving for an overseas trip. Dr Alex was wonderful, informing me of all the options, explaining everything and ended up making the right decision. Great follow up service too. Had a super, pain free, holiday afterwards! Negative experience: I am so unhappy with this practice, I went to another dentist closer to home since our regular dentist here left for an unknown time period? In doing this our new dentist was shocked at how 'bad' our teeth were and she was surprised we have been seeing a dentist regularly every 6 months.... She spent over an hr with my whole family each to rectify. She also saw 3 fillings for two of us in six months with regular flossing? She stated they have there for awhile? She then looked at our mouth guards and explained they were also a waste of money and they didn't fit properly and needed new ones! They were a year old. So, I really wonder in the years we were coming to this clinic what they actually did? We walked away from the new dentist with so much work and money needed to fix what toothpaste dental dentist lacked in doing. I was shocked and disappointed on many levels as anything this dentist told us we needed we did and yet in 6 months 6 fillings between us which could have been avoided and a new mouth guard needed. Let alone the trauma of all the work. I think the hardest part is as a patient we have no idea if the dentist is really doing the best care practice or not until you go elsewhere, lucky we did now and not later.....

My case was quite intricate I had seen several professional dentists before Tom went through my problem step by step. I was very pleased with my treatment at the moment which is on going . Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental practice. Our family has been going here for years and every service is excellent, from checkups, to mouthguards for sport, and more involved procedures. We've worked with a number of dentists in the practice and all are so positive and skilled, and the practice staff go above and beyond in scheduling such as having all kids seen in the same booking. They do a brilliant job of getting young kids used to going to the dentist with quick, relaxed, gentle, and very positive checkups.

Dr. Caroline was not only knowledgeable but also made sure I felt at ease during my consult. Dr. Caroline referred me to Dr. Raiz in clinic due to my jaw pain from clenching my teeth . I turned to Dr. Raiz and Renee for Botox treatment to address muscle tension due to stress, and they were simply fantastic.
