Fantastic experience: As always, Dr Grace is so gentle and patient. She's taken great care of my teeth, after I'd neglected them for a while. I now have regular check ups and my teeth are much better!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Alam and the team was so helpful, fantastic and very professional. My case was very complex with full upper and lower teeth reconstruction. After intense work and multiple sessions with minimal pain, Dr Alam and team did a marvellous job. I now have a full bite, my teeth are all straight and aligned. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Bilal after my crown fell off. The tooth underneath had broken years ago from work done elsewhere. I needed the crown glued back on urgently as I had an event coming up that Sunday. Bilal did a great job fixing it, It lasted well beyond the event. I’m really grateful he was able to squeeze me in on such short notice and took the time to clean around the tooth properly. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been a long-time customer of Painfree Dentistry. They are capable of good orthodontic work, having provided 6 crowns for me over about 10 years. If a problem arises with any work (eg: cracked temporary crown due to biting too hard), they have made repairs at no cost to me. I believe they keep a couple of free slots most days for dental emergencies.

Fantastic experience: They are the most phenomenal professional honest and you when you go there you’ll realise they’re genuineness. All their doctors are amazing high-grade specialist. Their intention is to save you money not rip you off. I had gone there after I had got ripped off in another dentist which I had kept Wanting to create issues and just cost money when I want to pain-free dentistry I’ve got a complete assessment x-ray 3-D checked it all out put in a plan. Tell me how much it was gonna cost. I know people write posts and reviews and talk themselves up but I’m just really being genuine. I’m very critical and I haven’t had good experience at dentist until I was recommended this place Dr Ellie and his staff and the ladies in the front are phenomenal. No one is perfect but compare to what’s out there they are way above the rest.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of getting my fillings done by the legendary Dr Thomas and let me tell you, he's a dental rockstar! At the initial check-up, he breaks down every tooth's drama, showing off his 3D Scanner and X-Ray skills like a dental detective. When it's filling time, he's like a surgeon - dental dam and all - and even checks your bite afterwards to make sure everything's perfect. And, for the curious, he takes before-and-after photos of the decay removal, walking you through every step like a dental tour guide, so you can see the masterpiece for yourself. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The environment was Extremely clean and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I am a phobic when it comes to dentist and it’s taken me 10yrs to go back to the dentist due to a toothache. When I say PHOPIC I mean I need to be put to sleep to be able to stand sitting at the dentist’s chair, so since I don’t go to dentists regularly, I need a lot of work done and I mean A LOT. Negative experience: I work in the industry. I didn’t tell them. I would run and never go back. Do not trust anything they say. Don’t trust me, get a second opinion from a trusted medical professional. Even the receptionist were dodgy so get advice elsewhere.

Negative experience: This one star more than enough for This Dentistry just stolen money from people I call to book appointments for my teeth she say to me she charge me around 200 $ to do consulting and x_ray I tell her any dental he didn't charge and she was very rude on the phone she say to me u don't want you can go anthoer dantels . I didn't recommend anyone go in this dentistry just stolen money from people. Please people don't visit this Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. First I thought 'Painfree' was just a clever branding, but they lived up to their name. I spent half of my life at dentist chairs, and met few, who was this gentle and careful, while being professional. I am impressed.

Negative experience: $65 F O R N O T H I N G I had a deeply disappointing experience with this dentist. They seemed more interested in making money than providing genuine care. I was shocked when they charged me for suggesting my own treatment plan during a so-called consultation. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this place.

Maya took her time with me and initially worked with me in regards to everything that I needed and she was so patient with me. The dentist practice itself took very good care of me and are extremely professional in the field that they are in. 10/10 the whole experience.

Negative experience: Don’t not recommend coming here ever again. I have been situational experiences in this place since I have been 22 and now I’m 38 I used to go there a lot and pain free would schedule me in for my next appointment now last month or so I had to fix a wisdom tooth of mine that got fixed which overtime had had shattered And so I went to get it fixed and as I would tell the dentist my issue and that it may have a nerve still left in the tooth as I had to pay for a few X-rays for them to find it.. as when I first had the tooth taken out they couldn’t find the last nerve and so this dentist claims “oh how can someone remember something like that what dentist told me that long ago… I told him well I’ve only been coming here. Eventually after the pathetic smart mouth remark I asked what can I do with the tooth he gave me two options and everything got resolved. My next issue I have a bottom tooth at the back chipped away and I’ve called to make an appointment to get it fixed as I didn’t want long term problems down the track. I was rescheduled my appointment an hour later changed which I agreed to but then when I came to my appointment the dentist I had been assigned to was charbel, so I’ve heard things about this dentist… my mum comes to this dental practice also who isn’t happy going there either… moving on I walked into the room address if he was charbel and I told him my reason for my appointment I sat down he clearly took a sec and didn’t look very happy coming near my mouth or taking a look at it almost as though he was grossed to look inside immediately debated that it was not broken or chipped no no no it’s not I told him I had the tooth chip fall out on a worksite I shouldn’t have to bring evidence so then he decide to use the camera to further prove himself this matter may have taken 30mins of wasted time.. his assistant seemed to know more of what she was doing then him knowing his job. He had attitude and said “ go get a second opinion, I said where another dentist here he said no you can go somewhere else… I replied are you serious i pay a lot of money when I come here.. furthermore, his quick response was” you don’t pay me” lol now this becomes a further argument and tells me I can go somewhere else. I tell him I’ve now had my time wasted in which he could have explained what my resolutions to help me with the matter or how to fix it etc I was sent out back to reception area to further again explain to another person. And of course dr alam. I have recommended my mum not go there anymore as her experience with charbel was also dramatic and difficult he’s not a knowledgeable person and i preferably believe He’s profession in this department in making people feel anxious and stressful on their experience their. After not going there for years I will never go back again.. and thanks charbel for your wise feedback I will go somewhere else to people with trusted experience not quivering and frightful leaning to a persons mouth like your going to throw up if you had to peak at what may be inside a mouth for gods sake. I have two chipped bottom teeth that still looked chipped and I’ve paid for them to be filed down and look nothing of change. There’s so many dentists to pick from this place if I could give it a -0 out of 5 I would.

I have been attending Painfreedentistry for around five years. I have had dental treatments with Dr.Alam, Dr.Hani and Dr. Rami. Dr Alam is a very caring person very gentle friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I only have great feedback from the minute I walked through the doors at Painfree Dentistry -Harris Park From my very first phone call to the clinic Joanne was so understanding, extremely helpful and unbelievably patient, so nice to see these days. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience! A good dentist is one in a million and i can confidentally say i found one! I saw Dr Thomas Ramzy when I was experiencing some pain and he was a miracle worker. Not only did he relieve my pain but he explained everything that he was doing, why he was doing it and what I can do to avoid further problems. He was patient with my countless questions and just made the whole experience stress free. Can't recommend him enough!

Negative experience: Had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist I was literally there for over an hour complaining about my wisdom tooth after doing a X-ray it was recommended I keep the tooth and fix the whole I had, they injected me over 5 times unsuccessfully getting there nerve numb but yet still carried on with the drilling after going through to much pain I told them to stop. They said they where sorry and couldn’t do anything for me but give me antibiotics and to come back after a few days. $300 later I’m in 10x more pain then when I walked in and I’m actually admitting my self to hospital now as I can’t take the pain what an absolute awful experience I’ll never go back there again

Fantastic experience: Check ups at the dentist... Not exactly something which is top of mind for many people.. Often it takes pain or some sort of discomfort in the mouth before we even consider it... This is something I know all too well. Dentist hopping has been a common occurrence for me in previous years.. With my last check up being in 2018, I could see and feel the signs of neglect beginning to take place... After googling many practices, I had my mind made up. Enter Painfree Dentistry A household name serving the Parramatta district since 1997 Address: 7 Marion Street Harris Park NSW 2153 Here is my experience from my check up and clean. The team at painfree are very warm and welcoming upon arrival. The practice is modern with beautiful examination rooms. The room I was in had an outside view of a fishpond, as I was seated on the chair. This was a nice touch and added a nice calm ambience to the experience. In the past I've had two types of experiences with my cleans. A thorough clean with a rough dentist, or a very gentle dentist in with a below par cleaning. I can confidently say my clean experience was a perfect combination of a thorough clean whilst being as gentle as possible with no pain. Whether you are located in the Parramatta district, western Sydney or inner west. It is well worth the drive to get quality dental care. 5 stars !

Fantastic experience: Been going to this dentistry for the past 5 years, it's literally one of the best clinics I've been to, I made all my family visit them. It is a friendly and clean environment with the most lovely and helpful doctors and staff. I would highly recommend Dr Alam and Dr Rami because those are the Drs that I have seen.

From the receptionists through to the dentists and dental assistants, everyone is so kind, thorough, and genuine. I had four wisdom teeth extracted in one go, and the process was so transparent and smooth that I was shocked by how easy it was, after putting off the procedure for years. Fantastic experience: I HATE DENTISTS, the pain the needles the sound of the drill. BUT BOY is this place different from the moment of entry there fantastic reception staff make you feel at ease. There dentists and nurses are AWESOME. So skilled and make you feel so at ease. I needed quite a bit of work after years of neglect. But they fixed each and every problem with finesse. Some rooms even offer your choice of music played during your appointment. I cannot rate or recommend this place higher.

Negative experience: AVOID!!! Was told it was $210 for a clean and checkup over the phone... When I got my clean done she said the total was $412 and my health cover would only cover $200 of it! I already knew that. They added 4 x rays for NO REASON! Apparently we need it before the clean! I go dentist atleast every 4-6 months and my health cover is the heightest and I've never had to pay $412 for a clean!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! SCAM DENTIST PLEASE AVOID!!!

Fantastic experience: The experience I had with painfree dentistry was amazing. I had my wisdom teeth removed the other day and both the staff and dentist were very calm and supportive as I was very anxious about my procedure. The injections I got were “painfree” and throughout the treatment I was told what to expect next. From walking through the front door to walking out at the end I was satisfied by how I was treated and looked after. I 100% would recommend to all my friends and family ☺️.

Positive experience: I am so happy with everything. From the receptionist attention to the amazing dental work my son provided. I will recommend Painfree Dentistry to all my friends. I had an issue with the payment and the receptionist referred that issue to the manger and promised me to let the manager call me back on the day after (Monday) but I didn’t receive the call so far . Otherwise, everything was great.

Fantastic experience: Dr Grace is the best dentist I have been to. I have severe anxiety and she dealt with me with utmost care. I was numb for a few hours after my root canal but no pain at all after it. Best place for all dental needs. Would highly recommend Dr Grace

Negative experience: After the initial paid consultation, I came in the following week for 2 fillings and a clean in preparation for my implants later down the track. After 2 local anaesthesia for the fillings, the dentist began a deep clean where he soon realised and stated that the X-rays were a bit deceiving not showing how bad the gums were and couldn’t proceed with the fillings. I was fine with this so he continued with the clean. Later upon exiting, the bill came to over $1000. I questioned this straight away as it only a clean with no other work done. Dr Hani came out to speak to me and explained that it was a deep and thorough clean and that he also discounted the amount bringing it down to $900. I paid it regardless as I didn’t want to make a scene. But I have a feeling that I covered the anaesthetics together with the clean and still numbed for absolutely nothing. Nice clean place and the girls at the front are very friendly. Other than that, pretty sad that I need another dentist.
