Fantastic experience: This is hands down THE best dental clinic in Brisbane, no, THE best in all of Australia. I freaking love place. The staff are all super duper friendly and professional. Dr. Billy is not just an amazingly fabulous and skilled dentist with a radiant smile but also a hunk of a man and quite the hottie I have been going here for around 5 years so I kind of feel bad that I hadn’t left a review for all this time. This really is THE clinic if you’re looking for top tier professional care for your teeth.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a Korean dental clinic in Brisbane, I totally recommend this one. I went in for a root canal, and the doctor explained everything really clearly and did a great job. They also followed up afterward to check how I was doing. Super thankful they helped me out with all the documents I needed for my insurance claim too!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never really liked how my smile appears and I finally decided this year was the time for me to have work done to improve my teeth. After a bit of research I decided on Billy Choi at Precision Dental located at the Valley in Brisbane and I am glad I did. I wanted quite a dramatic change my smile with my teeth to be whitened; straightened; cleaned and reshaped. Billy provided excellent dental services throughout from coming up with a dental plan to execution of the plan while keeping me well informed through the entire process and suffering through my changes of heart with a smile. The practice have a ridiculously friendly team who greet you like on old friend to clean office space housing some Modern tech which was actually a bit mind blowing. I imagine a lot if dentists could claim this stuff but it is Billy’s attention to detail that has made me a patient of their’s for life… which is a little bit annoying as I live nearly 2 hours drive away… The best dental practice I have been to the length of the Doomben straight. Fantastic experience: I went to visit after having a toothache and was absolutely dreading going to the dentist (it had been years since I went). They were very welcoming and very non-judgemental. Dr Billy explained everything to me in a very clear and understandable way. During the treatment I felt very safe as he would check in and if he noticed I was in any discomfort and would stop long before it got painful and re-plan how best to move forward. He was always very open to any questions I had and gave me a lot of helpful advice about how to best take care of my teeth. Finally all the staff there a very focused on building a connection with their customers, so I never felt like they were just trying to get through patients as quickly as possible and get the paycheck at the end. Dr Billy in particular would take a minute where possible to try to get to know a little bit about you. They would also call you the following day to make sure everything was going okay and to give you the chance to ask any questions. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t trust these dentists. I went in for a cleaning and check-up, and had seen a different dentist about 7 months prior (I do regular check ups). To my surprise, this clinic told me I needed fillings for 3 teeth, and the cost would be around $700. I don’t have private insurance, so this was a big concern. I didn’t make another appointment. Five months later, I went to a different clinic (you’d think if there were issues, they would’ve gotten worse by then). They did a full CT scan, and guess what? I don’t need a single filling. I’m not sure how they approach their work, but I wouldn’t trust them when it comes to assessing what actually needs to be done. Always get a second opinion.

Lucky still the precision dental starts taking new patients. Also it is Bupa's platinum partner, so it covers a lot to reduce the gap payment. Fantastic experience: Precision Dental is absolutly worthy of the other reviews you see here. Geniunly everyone is friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the dentists and assistants. Always supportive, calm and understanding, which for those who suffer any fear of sitting in the chair I'm sure will go along way. But even for those that don't, being very understanding of needing to take a short break during my long session and small things like that was vastly appreicated. Also being able to fire all the sessions out before Christmas was appreicated. So I originally found Precision via Google, so I figure it's only fair to leave a review after several months of treatment and to confirm the great reviews are geniune.

Fantastic experience: I saw the team at Precision Dental for the first time today. It was my first time going to the dentist in Australia. I'm really happy with the care I received. The practice itself feels very welcoming (not sterile and hostile like some other dentists I've been too in the past). The staff were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed with how high-tech the practice seemed, they had a different type of descaling that I'd not experienced before and even gave me a desensitising treatment afterwards to help make sure there was no discomfort after the clean. I was very happy with my consultation, check-up and clean, the dentist and assistant were very professional and kind and were able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand, they answered all my questions and concerns too. I was able to book in for my treatment after getting a quote within a week which is insane to me that you don't have to wait months for the next appointment. I'm not covered by private health but thought the pricing was reasonable for dental work. I'm very pleased I chose this practice!

Fantastic experience: I ve had dozens of dentist in my life, in 3 different Western countries and I can easily say that this one is the best I ve had. They are extremely friendly, professional and so far in 4 or 5 appointments I never waited more than 10min. I first went there because I use to live in the Valley but even though I moved 35min away by car I will not see another one. Also today I made mistake I came 2h too early and they still took me in so I wouldn't have to wait 2h. Thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Billy for about a year now and did a full Invisalign treatment, initially went for veneers but on Dr. Billy's advice we made some adjustments to correct my teeth alignment as it would be better suited for veneers, after getting the Invisalign treatment and some fillings completed, my teeth were at a point where I no longer felt the need for veneers, I came to Precision because it had a 5 star rating and I can say for sure that they have completely removed the pain that I've experienced in all dentist prior to Dr. Billy. Dr. Billy and his team are very professional and I never feel any form of shame when going in to get my teeth worked on etc. (Former dentist I have felt this way) I happily drive the 35 minute drive to see Dr. Billy over a local dentist because he has been exceptional in all my treatments. If you're someone who is not a huge fan of your dental visits I highly recommend Precision Dental they are very welcoming and provide an exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: Have seen Dr Choi for the past 10 years. Had a root canal, 3 wisdom tooth extractions and various other work done. I was previously quite nervous to see a dentist but Billy and the team are the best, I'll continue to make the trip there even though there are dentists much closer in my area.

Fantastic experience: Precision Dental have such lovely staff and do great quality work. I purchased a dentist issued take home whitening kit and a few weeks later had my chipped tooth filled in. Now has a very natural look and feel to it.

Fantastic experience: Possibly the best experience at a dentist ever. Needed a chipped tooth fixed. Dr Billy took the time to listen to the issue and even made a mock up of the proposed solution to check if I am ok with it. The work was done with no discomfort to me and the result looked great. When asked about other options he did not try and up-sell me which I really appreciated. The cost was very reasonable and within expectation. Also recieved a follow up call the next day to see if everything is going well. Overall my experience was that Dr Billy really cares about his patients and quality of work.
