Fantastic experience: Dr Robert was absolutely a 1 of a kind dentist! We have recently moved to the area, and my son needed to see a dentist, so I made an appointment at the Beaconsfield dental clinic, and or dentist was Dr Robert, I have never had a dentist that made me want to return back,but Dr Robert, was not only Kind, Understanding and Funny he explained everything and involved me, my son's older sister and my son in everything from the procedure, to the equipment he would use, he didn't do something we didn't need just for the money, he was upfront and honest, and if I could rate higher I would just because of him. Everyone these days as always so busy,rushing not nice, out to scam anyone just to make a quick buck, but Dr Robert proved to me there are genuine, honest people out there who actually care and kind, it means alot to me and I know my kids felt the warmth and kindest from Dr Robert. He will be our dentist from now on, as we only see people who we truly trust and respect, if you're after a one of a kind dentist for kids, teenagers, young adults or adults Dr Roberts would the dentist to go to!!! Thankyou Dr Robert, never change, you have a good heart! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Beaconsfield Dental! The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The clinic itself is clean, and well organised. My son loved the tv on the ceiling. He was happy and entertained while doctor checked his teeth. Dr. Hanna was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, making sure my son felt comfortable. She was gentle, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. Whether you’re coming in for a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, you can tell you’re in good hands. Scheduling was easy, and I really appreciated the reminders before appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had 3 wisdom teeth extraction with Dr. Hannah Kim today, for one being a surgical. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Hannah prepared me so well with a thoroughly explanation to get me ready for the day, including prescribed me with medication required. The procedure went so smooth and well, it was scheduled for 1.5 hours for 3 teeth, somehow she made it only half an hour! It has been 12 hours after the surgery and I feel great! No swollen and pain. Adding to that, the staff were so helpful! Chloe helped me during the procedure and the other staff was also very help-full by reminding me to take medicine prior to my procedure. Me and my family have been visiting Beaconsfield dental since 2017 and have been looked after by different practitioners there, and I can confirm all of them are so great! Thank you Beaconsfield Dental!

Fantastic experience: As a person who absolutely dreads going to the dentist I was very pleasantly surprised after finally having to see a dentist so I could eat. The reception staff are lovely and alleviated a lot of my fears. Dr. David was so kind and patient, explaining what needed doing and keeping me continually updated throughout the process. He has a excellent website (happydentists.com.au) which explains everything in layman's terms. Very helpful. I have more wisdom teeth to be removed and other procedures and have no hesitation in putting myself in Beaconsfield Dental's care.

Fantastic experience: One of the best services I’ve ever had in this field. Punctual and accurate with time and highly professional in what they do. I would have added a photo but seeing an old fellow could send a wrong signal, unless someone understands that with less and less time left you care more and more of what you have, including your time and teeth :-)

Fantastic experience: I have the biggest fear of the dentist but Dr Matthew has the kindest nature when he sees me. I had been rather naughty and had not seen the dentist for some time, so when I finally got the nerve to make an appointment for a check up and clean I went back to see Dr Matthew who remembered by phobia and made the check up and clean as pain free as possible. As part of my clean up Dr Matthew said I had two fillings which needed to be replaced and to make an appointment. I had one filling replaced yesterday with no pain whatsoever and the second filling to be replaced next month. For anyone with a phobia of the dentist please make an appointment with Dr Matthew, you will not be sorry

Fantastic experience: After having an accident and cracking one of my back teeth I was in excruciating pain. I rang Beaconsfield Dental needing an appointment asap. From the moment I got there I was impressed, the reception staff were exceptional, the process was seamless and the video games and “where’s Wally” books for the kids (and big kids) is an awesome idea. My dentistry work was done professionally and quickly. I’m happy to say I’ve found my new dentist.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal patient at Beaconsfield Dental Care for some time and have always appreciated the care provided by Dr. Sean. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed. I had booked my regular checkup, as usual, and took a day off work specifically for this appointment. To my surprise, I was assigned a different dentist without any prior notice or explanation. While I understand that scheduling changes can happen, the lack of communication about this change was frustrating. Additionally, the quality of the cleaning provided by the new dentist did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Beaconsfield Dental. The process felt rushed and less thorough compared to my previous experiences with Dr. Sean. I hope the clinic can improve communication with patients about such changes in the future and ensure that all staff maintain the same high standards of care. For now, I’m left feeling let down by an experience that has otherwise been consistently positive.

Fantastic experience: I consulted Dr Jacinta for a dental health check and clean. I found her to be a great listener, professional and highly thorough in her approach. Overall it was a great experience and I'd happily recommend her to anyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I am a regular with Dr Aida and i cant recommend enough, I am one of those people that checks reviews before they do anything, so if you are reading this - you are doing exactly what i would be doing. After reading about Aida at this clinic and others she has worked at, i decided to take the appointment and i was not disappointed. Aida was gentle, friendly and super clear and transparent. Negative experience: Nearly died at the cost of my last visit. I wouldn't have thought prices would have increased so much. Over double what health funds allow.

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in looking for a last minute appointment-I know what are the chances. Anyway -I was greated by a friendly receptionist who not only advised she would be more than happy to look for me but I managed to get one on the spot!! The Dentist and dental nurse were lovely and the rooms were immaculate. Highly recommend especially for any nervous clients.

Positive experience: The staff were all lovely, but I was disappointed that I was charged for my appointment given that nothing was done on the day. I had booked in appointment for the procedure that my orthodontist had requested, and this was confirmed by reception when checking in, together with confirmation that the clinic had received my referral from the orthodontist. Due to the lack of preparation and scrutiny of the referral, the dentist said there was not enough time to do the work. Had the referral been reviewed before my attendance, a phone call to reschedule a longer appointment could have been arranged. The work requested and booked for was not performed and it turned out to be just a 'chat' with the dentist and reschedule. It is for these reasons that I don't believe I should have been charged for this (non)appointment. I left the clinic without anything being done, having to book another appointment but now, having to also reschedule my next orthodontist appointment because my tooth had not been attended to. Despite text confirmations and $85 cancellation fee threats, I feel that I did what was expected of me but let down by the clinic with the fee charged. When I asked the cost of the work moving forward, the receptionists were unable to provide any insight.

I was disappointed at being told of a lengthy wait as the Dentist was running behind, however I was very impressed with Dr Hanna's professionalism and calm, gentle demeanor. I'll be returning for my crown (unfortunately just the tooth one lol) later in the year. Thank you also for not doing the upsell as my previous dentist has started doing!

Fantastic experience: 2024 Time for an update Heading back there over the next 7 days I have been back over the last 5 years and like how great the the Dentists, Dental Nurses and Staff are very efficient and friendly still. Still ample parking available with easy access from parking areas. Very close to public transport and local towns of Berwick and Beaconsfield. 2019 No doubt so thankful for putting an awesome smile back on me! So much more confident with meeting and greeting all that I come across Award winning Dental Surgery 2015, 2016 & 2017. Operating sustainable, using solar power, rain tank water and also have a power supply for recharging electric vehicles. Currently recycling green waste through the 6 compost bins, to utilize back into the garden areas. The addition of 2 more water tanks and the native artworks that have been done and are currently soon to be completed! A total indigenous native garden, that utilizes the tank water, via the solar power to operate the timer irrigation system! State of the Art Dental Surgery. They attend to your health and care of your teeth. I was very fascinated with the TV above the dental chair. Very impressed with a secure room for the children to use the ipads! Ample parking and easy access, also fully catered for people with disabilities!

Fantastic experience: I'm a very nervous patient, plus I knew that I was going to have extensive work done after a accident. The receptionist was very kind and understanding fitting me in immediately. Once at the practice I was ushered into the surgery by the dentist who was so kind and caring, taking time to make sure had all my details. The procedure was a little difficult however the dentist was so gentle and making sure that I was comfortable. I thoroughly recommend this practice, and if you're at all nervous you will be put at ease. Make sure you see Dr Hannah.

I had a wisdom tooth removed for the first time in my life and Dr David was able to help me get over my fear of the dentist, from the initial call to book my appointment to me arriving I felt like they took my concerns about my fear into fare considerations. Fantastic experience: First class personal service from the Beaconsfield Dental team, from the Director of First Impressions Ellyce to Dr Cynthia Vinen. This dental practice are truly patient focus from all angles and genuine in their service delivery. On another occasion Jan 2024, this practice and team were able to bring my appointment forward at the end of that same day, after my old filling pain was getting worse each day. Really appreciated the team accommodating me into their schedule and thanks to Dr Nipuni's excellent quick repair.

Fantastic experience: After visiting a paediatric dental clinic in an attempt to minimise any potential trauma to our daughter, we decided to visit Beaconsfield Dental instead due to the high costs of the specialist paediatric dentist. Our daughter went and saw Dr. David and after a thorough consult we’re relieved to say that we received a better treatment outcome both expectation and cost wise. We regretfully wish that we’d seen Dr. David initially as he truly is comforting, informative for our entire family and as equally equipped as the paediatric dentist we had seen prior.
