Fantastic experience: Doctors and support staff are excellent

Fantastic experience: I went to Launceston dental for sore wisdom teeth I was incredibly nervous and once I walked in the door Chloe the receptionist kind and gently spoken nature put me at ease immediately explaining the consents, forms etc. I saw dr Monica first who did my exam and eased my nerves explained clearly and effectively of what issues my wisdom teeth are causing and that they needed to be removed. She gave me a script as they needed some antibiotics first. I then saw dr Sam who I was referred to and without a doubt best dentist ever. He was such a kind and nurturing person and I knew I was in good hands. I had one wisdom removed and will be coming back for the others. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I’ve been too. Staff are very warm and friendly and my clean with Vickey was fantastic. I also had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Jin. I was very nervous as I’d never had an extraction before but Dr Jin made me feel calm and cared for every step of the way. Even post extraction! His dedication to his patients is unmatched. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Entering the facility, I was warmly greeted by the reception and nursing staff. Following that, I was brought into the surgery with Dr Monica who explained me the procedure clearly and professionally. While being examined and enquired, a reassuring environment was established. I was clearly notified about each procedure that was to take place and my confidentiality was preserved. Overall, the welcoming and friendly environment enabled me to share concerns regarding my dental health knowing I was in competent hands.

Fantastic experience: Great practice, Dr Sam was understanding and took the time to explain the options regarding wisdom tooth problems. After a visit earlier in the week to relive some pain I was booked in on the Friday for the extraction of two teeth. Will be returning for a follow up appointment and many more check ups for sure!

Negative experience: Worst dental experience in my life, dentist forcefully pushed dental dam in my jaw and nearly a year later I have problems with my jaw and clenching teeth at night which never happened before that procedure. Will never go there again.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Sam on my first visit and Dr Modi on my second visit. I can't recommend the dental practice enough. For someone with extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work, they were kind, empathetic, took the time to explain the procedures and put me at total ease.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Launceston Dental were Professional and very cheerful! These qualities make going to the dentist so much more amenable. My dentist, Dr. Modi was so eager to ensure my cleaning and X-rays were painless and thorough, both were achieved! The Dr. also isn’t so bad on the eyes while you’re having your cleaning, so much more pleasant than television and his lovely dental assistant knows what needs to be done to provide excellent support for him. The only downside, my entire dental needs could require a 2nd mortgage! That’s my fault, not theirs! You won’t find a more thoughtful group of professionals than those at Launceston Dental.

Fantastic experience: Let's preface this, I'm a child of the 60s - so I'm not a great patient in the dentist's chair! From the first emergency visit - yes! they were open on a Saturday morning! Dr Sam and the staff were amazing. So, my first 'Root Canal' - Dr Sam has to be one of the most patient and caring medical professionals I have dealt with.

Fantastic experience: In my experience the team at Launceston Dental are highly competent, friendly, communicative and professional. I generally have a high level of anxiety so this sort of thing really makes a difference for me. I have been seeing two dentists there for my dental needs and I'm really happy with the service they provide. Above all, I feel like I am in good hands. I feel safe and I can trust in the work they provide and the advice they give me. The assistant staff also deserve a special mention! They get it right every time. This may seem like a small deal, but for me there's little worse than being stuck in a dental chair with a mouth full of saliva because there's not enough suction. That has never been a problem for me at Launceston Dental. I highly recommend this dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: Going through a fairly complex series of extractions and then implants which I wasn't looking forward to, however Dr Jin and all the staff are amazing. Very clean and professional organisation and do everything they can to make the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend anyone to come here without a doubt. You are a master Dr Jin!
