Fantastic experience: I'd like to thank Dr Sophie and her assistant Olivia for their excellent care! I grind and clench my teeth at night and needed a splint. Thanks to Dr Sophie, the splint fits perfectly and has been comfortable to wear. The dental exam I had was also great. Dr Sophie was gentle with my teeth and gums, and took the time to explain everything to me patiently. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: I attended this practice many years ago before I left for overseas, and was so pleased with their work that I returned recently after many years away. It's a great testament to their level of skill that previous work was still intact, looked good and didn't require further treatment. However, the 'ageing' process had worn away a couple of other areas, and so two composite bondings were applied by Dr. Sophie Lee. I am absolutely delighted with the result, and impressed with this practice in general. They really are top notch.

Fantastic experience: I visited Paddington Dental Surgery last week. I was attended to by Dr Lincoln Law. He is professional and personable. The orthodontist, nurse and front office staff were equally pleasant and helpful. The examination and diagnosis by Dr Law was outstanding. His teeth cleaning was the best I've received for some time. The use of purple plaque disclosing solution to highlight problem areas was truly revelatory. Why have I not seen this before? I highly recommend the Paddington Dental Surgery!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to PDS for over 5 years now and they’ve been extremely amazing from the Drs to the hygienists to front desk. I had 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Michael George and I was a nervous wreck to say the least. However, he was very reassuring and patient with me and got all 4 out with almost no discomfort. Fantastic experience: I recently needed to have a tooth removed due to a failed old root canal treatment. Duncan Copp arranged the best periodontal specialist to remove the tooth and install an implant. When the time came Duncan installed a perfect looking crown to finish the job. I had been avoiding the dentist for years because, like many people, I associated dentists with pain, fear, and that ominous whirring sound that makes your soul leave your body. But my wisdom teeth were staging a rebellion, and it was time to face the music (or the drill). First up: a clean. Jess, the dental hygienist, treated my teeth like they were a 5-star hotel lobby about to be inspected by the Queen. Every nook, cranny, and suspicious-looking crevice got the royal treatment. I’ve had many cleans before — but this? This was like a full spa day for my teeth. Jess is the Michelangelo of dental hygienists. I’m not exaggerating when I say Dr Duncan and his team might just be one of the best dental crews in the world. Fantastic experience: As a long term patient of Duncan’s, I’m constantly impressed by his up to date knowledge of all things dental. After my old night splint finally gave in, I needed a new one and was dreading the gooey mould (to make the cast). To my delight, Duncan uses the iTero optical scanner which is basically a wand that scans your teeth to create a 3D digital image. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes! No mess, no fuss. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Joanna Seppelt who has been my guardian angel today. Being pregnant and needing a dental implant is not a good combination. Add to that some negative experiences with an oral surgeon and I was at the brink of a nervous breakdown today and completely unsure about what to do with all the conflicting advice. I’m not even a patient of Dr Seppelt but she was so kind to call me anyway and give me the confidence and calmness together with some general advice which is exactly what I needed in the moment. Fantastic experience: I have had problems with clenching and grinding for years now. After exploring many costly treatment methods over the years, that require weekly maintenance. Duncan suggested a muscle relaxant treatment. Within just a few days my migraine symptoms, headaches, neck and shoulder pain have all disappeared… It almost feels too good to good to be true after years of living with these ailments daily. What a fast, painless and cost effective treatment offering maximum results. I’ll be back but not too soon given the longevity this treatment offers. Fantastic experience: For years I had such severe dental phobia that my "solution" was to simply avoid dentists. Over time this led to some horrendous consequences and I was a nervous wreck when I finally got up the courage to attend Paddington Dental Surgery. Everyone there is kind and hyper-skilled: I was never once made to feel inadequate for my long-time neglect of this vital health component. It took a while but my gum health is now stable and my teeth are no longer a source of anxiety. Special shout-out to Justine the dental hygienist, the first practitioner at PDS to encounter my then scary fangs. She put me at ease, did a thorough deep-clean without a hint of pain and was candid yet unfailingly positive with me. I'd been to two other dental places in the Eastern Suburbs prior to PDS and been greeted with an unhelpful doom and gloom prognosis. Duncan and Justine had no such negativity, although they gifted me with an industrial quantity of floss that was a must-use, and I believe their positivity contributed to my fantastic results.

Fantastic experience: In my many years of going to the dentist, when I started to see Dr Duncan Copp & his Extraordinary team at the Paddington Dental Surgery it was like I had been transported into what ‘real’ innovative dentistry is about. Fantastic experience: I have had a considerable amount of dental work since choosing this practice last year. I am so happy with the treatment received from Angie. She is such a professional, the quotation for cosmetic work was detailed, she was in no way pushy and I am so happy with the result. Friends notice a subtle difference in my appearance, all so complimentary and it’s still “ME” with a fresher face. That means the world to me as I am a creative myself and believe in subtle finishes. I felt Angie was so focused and proud of the result, needless to say I couldn’t be happier. There have been times, either living overseas or because of a weekend emergency where I have seen other Dentists but I always return to The Paddington Dental Surgery. She asked the right questions and offered assistance with filling out the patient form, displaying great hospitality by offering a beverage and ensuring I felt comfortable. Emily performed my cleaning with exceptional skill and a gentle touch. Her expertise in her field is evident. Throughout the cleaning process, I never felt any pain or discomfort. She explained each step as she went along, making sure I was informed and at ease. This was probably the most comfortable dentist visit I've ever had.

His patients have no idea how lucky they are to have a dentist who flies 16 hours one way in order to learn new techniques so he can provide his patients with the best care possible.

Dr Copp is the absolute best in the business ~ highly accredited, a perfectionist, gentle (the lightest touch with fillings), has a great sense of humour, and goes the extra mile to ensure that any dental issues (from split wisdoms to gum recession to whitening to TMJ) are fixed to the highest possible standard. So much so that I constantly get compliments on my teeth. Always a pleasure!
