Fantastic experience: As someone with alot of anxiety and stimulation issues, going to the dentist has always been a mission to even consider. From reception, to the chair and then after care/follow up appointment conversations, they've been so wonderful to trust with my dental work. I don't have the best teeth but at no point was I made to feel bad about my situation and instead welcomed and thanked for making the effort. Seriously amazing to find this dentistry!

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with Dr. Nick that left me both in pain and deeply disappointed. I visited him because my splint had developed a crack line after only two months of use. During my appointment, while he was trying to press the splint onto my lower teeth, he accidentally trapped my lip inside the splint along with my teeth. This careless manner caused intense pain and bleeding on my lip. Rather than immediately acknowledging the mistake, he removed the splint and attempted to reinsert it without addressing my discomfort. I was so alarmed and in pain that I had to pull my lip away to prevent further injury. It wasn’t until the end of the procedure, after my lip was visibly bleeding, that he finally apologized. This experience was both unprofessional and distressing. No one deserves to be treated by a dentist who is so careless with patient safety and well-being.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed an extensive course of treatment with Paddington Dentistry and I could not be happier with the outcome. For various reasons my teeth were in a poor state, but, as promised on the website, there was no judgement and indeed not even a comment. Simply discussion about what was needed moving forwards. Dr. Nick listened to my many questions and concerns with the patience of a saint - I felt fully listened to and respected, and every step was taken to help me to feel at ease. I needed a lot of work done, a mixture of medical and cosmetic. Dr. Nick’s priority is to save natural teeth where possible and at the start we worked out the best plan to suit my budget. At all times I felt that Dr. Nick was genuine and I could trust his judgement and recommendations. I am thrilled with the end result, it has actually been life changing for me to get my smile back. The dental assistants and the reception staff are all lovely and kind too. Whatever your needs are I highly recommend this practice - I am extremely grateful to all the staff for everything that’ve they’ve done for me.

The reception staff are so kind and friendly, providing a warm welcome. Yajin completed her check up - so gentle, patient and thorough. Our daughter was very settled throughout the appointment, and I think this was due to Yajin’s care and wonderful skills with children. Fantastic experience: What can i say about Paddington Dental; friendly, detailed, professional and all round wonderful people! My treatment from start to finish was exemplary and at every point i was always made to feel comfortable and safe in their care. My Invisalign went really very smoothly in the capable hands of Dr Nick. I did my best to be a good patient and keep to the advice given to me and just over a year i was done! The team made sure i was happy with my results before initiating a removal and the end was just as sweet as the start. Ill be returning to this dentistry practice for all my dental needs in the future for sure. Thanks again Team, and thanks Liz for all the tea and honey in the waiting room <3
