Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Midway Dental Clinic since it first opened over 10 years ago. I have had root canal, my husband several fillings and my children various procedures ranging from braces to fillings and routine check ups. We have always been very pleased with the service and professional competence. All of our experiences have been very good. Dr Halasagi is kind and patient and her work is professional and thorough as are all the dentists at this clinic. They genuinely care about their patients and strive to deliver a quality outcome. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The clinic is clean and modern. The positive experiences with Dr Halasagi, Vinay and the other lovely dentists have definitely Re- defined the stigma of a visit to the dentist. My daughter who now lives in the Central Coast still travels all the way back to Ryde to see Dr Halasagi and colleagues. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for about 20yrs and always found Rekha to be very good. All the equipment is very modern. She has been extremely thorough with complex procedures when only 100% will do. Rekha just loves her job and that is what you want in a dentist. The other staff are great as well especially Klaudia on reception. They are all very business like and there is nothing wrong with that! :-)

I want to say a special thank you to Dr Rekha for looking after me throughout the whole process, including the pre-surgery checkups, the cleanup, the detailed explanation for the extraction of wisdom teeth, and the very efficient and painless procedure! Dr Rekha is patient, professional, efficient and responsible. During my first visit to Midway Family Dental Clinic, she had already done the 2D X-ray, 3D X-ray, the cleanup and the necessary filling. The efficiency saves me from having to take a couple of days off work as a full-time worker. The clinic answered all my calls and helped me to reschedule my appointment patiently. They helped me with understanding how the private insurance worked so that I could avoid any unnecessary costs. Dr Rekha gave detailed information and was very approachable, she even advised me to have some food before coming on the day for the wisdom teeth extraction. On the day of my appointment, I was very nervous. Dr Rekha eased my nervousness by repeatedly telling me that it was going to be painless. The television on the ceiling was put on the Olympic and that helped too- but because of her professionalism, the whole procedure was painless. The instructions from her were very clear and easy to follow. Everything was going very smoothly and fast with the extraction of the first wisdom tooth. This boosted my trust and it made the extraction of the second one more relaxing. Throughout the whole process, the dental assistant was very helpful too. The whole process ended in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, and my chin wasn’t even swollen as much as I thought it would be! Dr Rekha made me the prescription for antibiotics and pain medicine at last. I am very appreciated with Dr Rekha for her patience, professionalism and her understanding! I am privileged to have Dr Rekha and Dr Vinay as my dentist, which both are very professional, friendly and thoughtful. Fantastic experience: Had Dr Leslie Le take out 2 of my wisdom teeth and one was a complicated tooth but he took them out smoothly and quickly and was very confident (as i had gone to other dentists and they were not confident enough). I was nervous and shaking like hell but he and his lovely assistant were there the whole way through and were very calm, supportive and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience ever for dental treatment. Dr Rekha a very professional and caring dentist, I had consultation, X-rays and two upper wisdom teeth extraction. I was tremendously anxious for extraction due to previous painful experiences however Dr Rekha treated compassionately with no pain at all I did not even realise…Her consultations is very precise and informative. However, I am a bit upset that I was told my nib insurance cover dental X-ray and consultation by one of receptionist on phone while inquiry but found false. Otherwise Cheers to Dr Rekha she gave me discount for chasing her treatment from very long distance. I definitely recommend Dr Rekha for your dental treatment. Cheers

Fantastic experience: Dr Rekha Halasagi from the Midway Dental Clinic was amazing. Our little 4 year old girl smashed one of her front baby teeth Christmas evening. Some of the tooth chipped off, the rest remained in place, broken, wobbly and painful. We called the Midway Dental clinic first thing the next morning and Dr Rekha agreed to see us early that same morning ( Boxing day of all days!). Dr Rekha was the perfect mix of gentleness and firmness as the tooth needed to be removed and our little girl resisted the painkilling needle. All done now, and our little princess is smiling and bouncing around again, thank you so much Dr Rekha, you have been such a blessing !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Hi All, I would like to highly recommend Vinay and the whole crew at Midway Dental Clinic Ryde. I initially went there to have my front teeth fixed after an accident. I was so impressed by the results / follow up and friendly professional manner that I now send my whole family for all their dental work.

Negative experience: I went there recently with an infected wisdom tooth and told her before she saw me I am on blood thinners for heart attack. She took my tooth out, asked me to bite on a gauze to stop bleeding and quickly sent me out. In the end I bled heavily for next 12 hours and had to call ambulance to emergency to have heavy bleeding stopped. As an experienced dentist, she should have applied topical hemostatic with the gauze to stop bleeding. She was very rushed and saw me just as a money making opportunity. Not very caring at all. The waiting area was so small and uncomfortable. Regret going there. Terrible experience for me. Not recommended at all.

Staff were all friendly and very welcoming. Dr Vinay was very gentle and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable every visit. The opening hours were good for before and after work as well. He had recently, successfully performed a meticulous root-canal procedures on my molar without any after-effect afterwards. She was able to make me comfortable and support my needs with my 4 wisdom teeth extractions , due to her amazing skill my recovery was less than a week minimal swelling and little to no pain after. I had postponed the removal of one of my wisdom teeth for a few years because it was likely a more complicated procedure. Dr. Vinay recommended I just get it done and addressed any doubts I might have had by showing me an X-ray and clearly explaining the risks of waiting any longer. Dr. Rekha extracted my wisdom tooth the next week - she was extremely careful not to damage any nearby nerves and made helpful recommendations for managing my pain afterwards. She was also happy to see me again at short notice a few days later when I was having trouble with the pain. Dentist correctly diagnosed and efficiently treated a painful tooth where symptoms were obscured by unrelated pain and imagining was inconclusive.
